  • Screen unresponsive iphone 6

Recently, I had my iphone 6 replaced after cracking the screen and for the last two weeks the screen would just stop working while I was in the middle of writing a text message, I touch the screen several times and nothing happen, and sometimes after waiting a few minutes it would start just enter random apps without me touching the screen at all even calling a number in my phone book and with the screen on which I could not stop him. Sometimes if I reset the phone that he will return to the top ok and them let me use it again for a while and then same thing would happen again and again, I have restored from a backup phone, restored the phone as new and updated to the new 9.3 update but nothing seems to stop it. Anyone knows what do to solve this problem does not happen or should it go back for repair?

Take your device at the Apple Store for further diagnosis. Good luck.

  • Screen is full of vertical stripes of color and unresponsive - iPhone 6

    Hello

From time to time, the screen of my iPhone 6 stops working. The screen is filled with vertical stripes of color, and I don't see the content on the screen briefly, somehow by the bands. After that, it becomes black. Nothing works on the screen or buttons, but if I get a message, the phone buzz. The connection to my watch also works, but the screen is green or black. It stays like that, I tried the soft reset, several "home" button push... and anything else I can think of. After awhile, it works again as usual... In recent times this has happened every day, so I need to fix it!

Try the reset, and the error is still there. The phone is less than a year and has never been exposed to wet or damp or fallen climate on the ground...

First of all, it happened a few weeks after I plugged my new watch. Can this be a problem?

Anyone know what it is? And how to fix it?

    Ingeborg :)

It's probably a coincidence that you coupled to a watch just before it happened. Stripes and color screens normally suggest a hardware problem. Hardware issues will be also solved by a restore. I recommend that you take your phone to a Genius Bar or an Apple authorized service provider. -AJ

  • Hello, my iPhone 6 more was having a screen unresponsive and glitchy intermittent. Ive reset it several times and it is always that I don't know what to do

Hello, my iPhone Plus 6 has been intermittent, unresponsing and glitchin. What I mean by that is sometimes the phone will work perfectly as his guess, but eventually Pépin and become insensitive as the touchscreen doesn't work at all. The glitch usually comes hand in hand, sometimes it's not, but the problem is a bit like a time see through the layer that come from the very top of the screen; Sometimes the layer will be a single line at the top or they will appear on the top to about 1/4 of the screen and disappear and do it repeatedly. The only way that I can't seem to get the touchscreen to work and the glitching stop is either by sliding my finger quickly over the phone and or press several times the button on the lock screen. I reset the phone several times including factory and it continued to do so. I even turn off turn turn it on and press the lower screen and home screen lock button to reset it and it goes back to the same thing. I don't know what to do. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment and trying to help as much as possible, hope to hear from you soon.

  • IPhone 6 more than bricks because of the touchscreen unresponsive.

IPhone 6 Plus a touchscreen unresponsive after a fall. Running IOS 9.2, 128 GB, screen OK, no error message, no line, no ghost image. Screen has appropriate information are always displayed, except no sensitivity to the touch.  "Home" button works.  IPhone has undergone multiple efforts to recover and restore and had the new firmware and latest version of the software installed several times. Aooears to be an internal problem, but no error 53 or similar.

Male, an appointment with Apple and bring it in assessment.  There is no way to diagnose the exact nature of other damage in the drop-down list that you know it's broken.  You need a competent technician of AppleCare to check it out.  Chances are you need to replace out of warranty as you dropped and are not covered against accidental damage.

  • Why my IPhone 6s unresponsive when I touch the screen?

Very often when using my phone it becomes inadmissible to the touch, gel and not responding do not at all.  It seems to be a random thing that affect all apps/screens. When it happens, the only thing that seems to work is to turn off and on again.  I was told to turn it off at night, but that did not help.  It's only 1 month warranty.  :-((

  • iPhone 6 more screen unresponsive

I have an iPhone 6 and which has a blocking problem intermittent screen, sometimes the top of the screen shows a white dashed line on the top, and when you tap an app on the screen it opens another approx. 75% of the time that the phone works fine. The store technology Apple informed me that the problem is with my video card which they don't repair. I asked him if it was the video card then why if I apply a slight pressure on the corners opposite the screen the screen starts to work. He did not, he said. I asked him if the item was covered by the warranty and he informed me that my phone was 3 months warranty, and if it is 90 days, he could guarantee the phone. What irritates me is I take perfectly care of my phone and it is clearly an unwanted material. I tried to reset the phone but it is always the case. What can I do else?

Unfortunately, you will have to pay for repair.

  • iPhone 6 touchscreen unresponsive after the iOS 9.3.2 update

same as other users. I have also touch screen issues after updating to iOS 9.3.2 is really so frustrated when the screen will freeze until I press the sleep button, then sleep button. Apple software engineers must do something.

Reset: hold the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10 to 20 seconds).

If this does not help, you may need to restore your iPhone.

You can also put your iPhone into Recovery Mode by plugging your iPhone into your wall outlet instead. To do this, hold the Home and Sleep/Wake button and do not let go of these until you see the iTunes logo appear after the Apple logo. Once it's on the screen, plug in your iPhone to the computer again, and iTunes will see that the iPhone is in Recovery Mode. Don't forget that your iTunes is up to date. • iPhone 6 started flickering and unresponsive: how many replacement for a new

My iphone started to blink and does not, I have help allowed in my country and don't have a solution, I have no guarantee and they charged me R $1500 for a new, approximately $400. But I go to the United States next month and would like to know how much it costs to replace here. I googled hours on this subject, but I have not found the price.

Unless you bought the device in the United States, you will not be able to get a replacement here. A warranty replacement is performed only if guaranteed is done, the country of purchase. You will need to do the out of warranty Exchange in the country you bought the phone. One off replacement for the iPhone warranty 6 will be about $299. It is the American price, you must convert it to your location.

  • Broken screen, iPhone 5 c Unresponsive and doesn't turn on

    Hello guys,.

About a month back I dropped my iPhone 5 c from far away, I would say a metre or more. I couldn't get it fixed so I decided to let the battery drains down and leaving a safe place. After two weeks I went to turn on my iPhone and nothing don't to happen so I decided to try to load. Still nothing, I tried pressing the lock button and home for 15 seconds and connection to the computer and still nothing happens.

I would appreciate an answer on what to do.

    Thank you

Tare in there and see if you can get one off mandate changes for her.  Completely drain a lithium-polymer battery will usually ruin it - they do not real discharge of 100% recover and probably will never charge again.  And with your broken screen you cannot use the device anyway, and you don't know if there are other internal collateral damage.  I would say to cut your loses and get a new phone at this point.
