• Why 'print range' box 'current page' option please?

  Hi, I just changed from Internet Explorer to Firefox. In Internet Explorer, I had 'Current Page' as in 'print range' option in the print area. It's very useful when you want to just print the current page you are looking at. This option is available with Firefox please?

  Never use WPS to connect.  If done it should be disabled in the router for security reasons.  Connect manually via the SSID and password following the instructions in the manual.

  Could you please try this step

  Method 1: Restart Internet Explorer

  Close all instances of Internet Explorer, and then restart Internet Explorer and try to print or print preview. Restart Internet Explorer must re-create the folder.

  If this step does not resolve the problem, proceed to the next method

  Method 2: Create the missing folder

  Follow these steps to recreate the folder:

  Note: you must be logged in to an account with administrative privileges.

  1. close all instances of Internet Explorer

  2. click on start, type % Temp % in the search, text box and then click Temp in the list

  3. click on file in the main menu, click New and select the folder

  4. type thing for the name of the folder and click on enter

  5. close the Windows Explorer window, start Internet Explorer and attempt to print or print preview

  If these steps do not resolve the problem, proceed to the next method

  Method 3: Reset the low integrity level on the low folder

  To reset the low integrity level on the low folder, follow the steps below:

  1. click on start, all programs, then click Accessories

  2. right click on command prompt, and then click Run as administrator

  3. in the command prompt window, type or copy and paste the following and press enter

  My HP photosmart C4700 printer has a document stuck in queue which prevents further printing and not appearing is not in the box "which is printing.  Therefore, I can't clear the jammed paper.  Whenever I try to print I get status - doc error 1 printer in the queue prevents further printing.  Any help here please?  I tried to delete the printer and put it back in place and restarted my computer as well.  Thank you!

  I have a printer HP envy 5530 works well for my laptop.

  When I connect to my Win7 Remote Desktop Server (on which HP envy drivers are also installed) and try printing locally on my HP local printer, it does not work.

  When I look at my local mobile print queue, I see two copies of 'Remote Desktop redirected Printer Doc' contained in the queue. One of the queue said copies and then print. Impression size document in the print queue shows 4 KB that is abnormally low, then the missing documents from the print queue, but are not printed on the printer.

  Note that I have no problem with the same laptop, same Remote Desktop server, but using a different printer (not HP).

  I saw that on several forums (including this one), many users have this same problem but I've never seen a valid response that solves this problem with RDP.

  I solved the problem by creating a new printer on the local computer and configure the port to the Standard TCP/IP port with the IP address of the printer and the HP Deskjet 6940 driver use. Deskjet 5500 driver may work as well.
  
  The problem is with the specific Envy 5530 driver.
