64-BIT WINDOWS DOES NOT WORK ON MY LAPTOP!

I have a (HP pavilion 1307se g6) (windows 7 32 bit)

 

I just want to know if he does not accept windows 64-bit or not because whenever I try to install or configure a 64-bit operating system, the following error message is displayed as shown in this picture:

  

 

It was also mentioned that this computer laptop 64 bit operating system support, IF I WANT to KNOW HOW to SETUP WINDOWS has 64 BIT AND ALSO to KNOW if 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM IS INCLUDED WITH IT or I need TO BUY EXTRA SOFTWARE, OR SOMETHING?

 

ONE LAST THING: WHAT IS THE START BUTTON?
