After update to Skype 7, it crashes immediately after the connection.

I don't have facerig or FFsplit or any webcams. Update of Windows Firewall is disabled.

Any ideas that I can do to make it work again?

I don't know, but maybe it's one of several cases in the latest version of Skype 7.0 is not able properly to interpret data from the BIOS. At least, that was the issue with the cases already reported with this error message:

Exception code: 0xc0000005

Offset: 0x00d527d7

A fix may be available in one of the next versions of Skype. In the meantime, the solution is to uninstall version 7.0 and install the 6.21.0.104 previous version.

  • CC App crash immediately after the launch, the Adobe solution worsens the problem

    Installed OSX El Capitan a few weeks there are applications used as usual until today, when I decided to try Lightroom. Launched application Adobe CC for the first time since before installing El Capitan. CC App crashed immediately, but I managed to close the session after several attempts. Logs back in, and each application stops working, closes unexpectedly with an error: 16.

    Reformat the hard drive, reinstalled DVD Cougar, upgrade to El Capitan, to see whether the problem was related to the third party software. No help. Tried the solution tied once more and managed to launch Illustrator on the first run after install in safe mode, but it is broken as soon as I signed it in the CC system, still in safe mode. Does not not since. But: Now Adobe CC App works in mode without failure, but none of the applications, tried Illustrator and Dreamweaver. Nothing works in normal mode.

    Any suggestions?

    I contacted the Support, and I recommend others to a similar issue to do the same. Creating cloud still does not work, but my applications need.

    all my Adobe CC does not work as if it were a complete mess, I'm super irritated because not all of my settings were transferred in the which versions updates were released and I try to make everything synchronized. I don't have 4 versions of photoshop on my system or 2 versions of lightroom.   • Firefox crashes immediately after the upgrade

    We updated firefox to the latest version the week last in a small number of the PC in the office. After the upgrade, Firefox continues to fail at the launch. Create a new Firefox profile does not help. This problem occurs with other users that connect on the same machine. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. Safe mode not working anymore. It's just a continuous loop to break and we cannot go beyond it.

    The two machines with the problem so far under Windows 7 64-bit.

    If you have submitted reports of incidents, so thanks for posting the ID of one or more reports of recent incidents that have a prefix 'bp ':

    Make a check of malware with several malware scanning of programs on the Windows computer.
    Please scan with all programs, because each program detects a different malicious program.
    All of these programs have free versions.

    Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before scanning.

    My problem is like this.

    I have a desktop crt monitor. When I give power to it without plugging it into the motherboard, it's showing a message 'no signal' all the time and never goes to sleep mode.

    But when I connect it to the motherboard, the monitor goes into sleep mode immediately. When I delete the connection of motherboard once again, it's back mode 'sleep' and saying 'no signal 'again.

    Any other monitor works well with this office properly.

    This same thing happens when I am trying to connect this monitor to my laptop as an external display device.

    What could be the problem?

    Hi Ty,.

    I suggest that you check the manual of the monitor to check the frequency of the monitor support.

    It seems that the monitor is defective because the other monitor works fine.

  • 700 - 430qe envy: Wifi guard fall immediately after the connection manually

    Wireless of my new office as envy worked well for about six weeks and suddenly can't stay connected. I have at least 7 other devices using the same router wireless without any problem.  The connection drops at seconds.  Sometimes I can get a Web page to load but not a second.   I changed the channel on the Router 1, 6 and 11, but that did not help.  I also deselected the option to disable the network card in the computer to save energy, but even once, it did not help.  I can't find advice on the internet that seems to help.

    I suggest you to view update history to see which update might be causing the problem.

    (a) open Windows Update by clicking Start , all programs, and then Windows Update.

    (b) in the left pane, click view update history.

    (c) to display more information about an update, double-click it.

    Once you know Update KB number, provide us with the same for further analysis and troubleshooting.

Send us any ones you see listed for the last few days. (Please also do it for the log files in 'System'). When you do, provide us the name of the 'Source' and all that is listed in the description below the list of newspapers box when you click on one.

  • Photoshop elements Adobe 12 crashes immediately after that the editor is launched

    I just bought Adobe photoshop elements and 12 first. After that my first items installed, I was able to load the Organizer, but the editor crashes immediately after loading. I uninstalled, deleted all the files and folders of adobe and re-installed, only to find the same problem. The editor independently hangs if I load it from the screen flash launch or organizer.

    Thanks much for the reply, but I managed to get a conversation with an Adobe support person who has finally solved the problem. I ended up uninstalling, remove both files (sorry can't remember what they were called), re - install (on the C: drive, instead of my D: drive as before) and everything now works fine. Not sure if it was the other player or the files that I deleted that has solved the problem.

    Hey. I've been Googling around this problem for days now and can't seem to find relief. I can't describe the problem in some other way that once I log on Skype, the program crashes immediately.     I tried the two relocation with many different versions, I deleted the Skype roaming folder several times. I am at the end - of my mind please help!

    for some reason, I can't find any tutorial how to uninstall captures webcam that remain on the computer even after having to remove their since appwiz.

    the Skype is accident because the driver of the webcam ip.

    I download another driver for the webcam and when I install it it deafult camera then after that its work.

    If you don't understand me not so ill make it easy.

    If the driver of the webcam ip is your camera deafult on Skype. your Skype will crash. If you need to install the other driver to make the webcam ip is not not deafult.

    I use iwebcamera driver, you can use what you want.

    My computer crashes immediately after start upward. Sometimes I have the chance to actually click on something, but usually it will freeze just upward before I can do anything whatsoever. I'm running it in SafeMode right now and it works completely fine. Any ideas on what I can do?

    Follow these steps to exclude material failures.
     
    Type of memory in the start search box, and choose Diagnostic memory. This will
    take a few minutes.
     
    In computer discs right click and choose Properties, then the Tools tab.
    then click on check now. Check the TWO boxes and then click Ok. Reset. This will take
    from one day to the next.
     
    After running chkdsk (what does the foregoing) checks file
    corruption by clicking on Start - Programs - Accessories - right click
    Command prompt and choose Run as administrator. Type

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

    You can use one of them to set toolbars to display.

    • Firefox '3-bar' menu button > customize > show/hide toolbars
    • View > toolbars
      Press the ALT key, or press F10 to display the Menu bar
    • Right click on empty toolbar space
