The emulator can run out of space for applications - so if you have other applications that are deployed to the emulator remove them and then try again.

  • Parameters specified by step do not match the settings of the sequence

I just upgraded from Teststand 4.1.1 to 4.2 and have encountered this

problem during the review of the existing sequence files.

When I open a file of sequence, select any stage of type sequence call, which calls another sous-séquence

in a different sequence file, I learned that the parameters used do not correspond to those required.

To be more precise, in the settings area of the stage, a red exclamation symbol appears at the side of the

subsequence called step, and the ToolTip is displayed when the mouse pointer is

hovered over the exclamation point States:

"Parameters specified by the step do not match the settings of the sequence."

The ToolTip goes on to explain how to solve this problem by clicking on the exclamation symbol.

I find also that by deselecting the "Prototype using sequence" tab in step Settings\Module

    solves the problem.

When the sequence is executed, no problems occur with execution, the test performs correctly.

Is it possible to clear this error for each sequence call not in one operation?

    Thank you

    Gary.

My apologies to attach a file of sequence buggy. I forgot to pass a parameter to the LoadPrototype method to preserve existing settings. I have attached a corrected version of the sequence file. I changed to update SequenceCall not only because of potential problems, reloading the DLL prototypes.

I would try to explain why you see cela TestStand 4.2. The additional results feature, we added to TestStand 4.1 needs to know what parameters are entered, output and input/output (i.e. what settings is pass by reference). Before TestStand 4.1, step of calling sequence does not store this information but rather dynamically got it and it appears in the column how go. Now that we store the past by reference with the step option, you can have an inconsistency between the option stored in step and the current setting of the sequence called. This inconsistency affects only additional results and not execution. TestStand 4.1, the sequence editor to not warn you on these inconsistencies. We have added the TestStand 4.2 warning so that you will have the correct information for additional results.

When TestStand 4.1 or 4.2 load a file of sequence from a pre-version 4.1 version, TestStand sets cervical optionally reference true for all parameters in the call sequence steps. This is why you see the warning for any sequence calling step created TestStand 3.5 If no parameters are not passing by reference. You can also see the problem if you change the option collar called a reference parameter in the sequence.

  • Error: "unable to start the service Object Push Profile (OBEX OPP)" when trying to transfer files from the Android phone via bluetooth

Original title: Android mobile phone via bluetooth, I get an error on my phone.

When I try to send a file by my Android phone to my laptop via bluetooth, I get an error on my phone saying "cannot start service Object Push Profile (OBEX OPP)". Reason: The return value is "false", but I can send files from my laptop to my phone OK.

    Hi steve3624,

We recommend to check if there is no parameter which must be activated on your phone, then try to transfer the file to your laptop.

We also advise to check if there are any service name Object Push Profile and start it. To do this, try the following steps:
    a. Click Start, type services.msc and press to enter.
    b. in the list of services, locate Object Push Profile service and double-click it.
    c. change the startup type to automatic and click on the Start button to start the service.
    d. click ok to apply the changes.

  • Future of the Android Runtime

    Hello

I work as a developer of Android apps and my boss received the device BlackBerry 10 Alpha.

So I played a little with it and successfully port 2 simple Android applications in the BlackBerry 10 Alpha.

But when I tried to port of our largest app, it fails to run. I can only assume since BB10 is still in alpha, not all APIs are still supported.

So, I have a few questions.

    1. What is the future of the Android Runtime?

    2. I heard the rumor that you guys plan to abandon the Android Runtime support in the future. Can you guys confirm?

    3. If you guys plan continue Runtime Android, when you guys will add support for Android 4.0 (API 14) and above?

Thank you very much for your time.

There is no plan to abandon support for the execution of BlackBerry for Android applications

We are always evaluating what future features and API that we'll add to the Runtime. Things like the NFC, Bluetooth, etc. It is a matter of priority, time and effort. We have a roadmap for the main features posted here: http://developer.blackberry.com/android/tools/roadmap/ then as new APIs and support is expected, we will not fail to update the roadamp.

As for the future, we assess now what next Android OS we will provide support to. So don't worry, we do not expect to stay on Ginderbread 2.3.3 forever.

    See you soon

    Help will be greatly appreciated

    Hello

I see this in your papers

[SEVERE - oracle.adfmf.framework - RestTransportLayer - readResponse] Exception reading response: java.io.IOException: connection refused

What URL did you use your connection IS MAF? Did you follow-up point 3 to step 6

"If you use the Android emulator to test, localhost (127.0.0.1) will not work for testing and you can use as the host address 10.0.2.2. It is a special alias to your host loopback interface. Set the connection IS as shown in the image below, and change the reference of localhost (127.0.0.1) for 10.0.2.2.

Note: to 10.0.2.2 you can also use the actual IP address that is assigned to your computer (assuming that your computer is on a network). »

I suggest to use the actual IP address where possible.

    Hello

I found the answer to this error, it's like actually had reinstalled Studio Android, whereby a new directory has been created with the software, called SDK as sdk1. And in my tools-> preferences, path of the plate-shape and tools platform was given as the sdk (old directory). Now, I've updated the path in the new directory as sdk1 and it works fine.

    Best regards,

  • ADF Mobile: Error when accessing the app from the Android emulator

I am trying to build a mobile app ADF with JDeveloper (11.1.2.4.0) and its extension ADF Mobile Framework (11.1.2.4.39.64.69). The version of the Android API is 23 and the SDK build tools and platform version 20.

    Hi SayantanSinha,

If you look under API supported levels, the maximum is 19 API.  I can't speak for the ADF 11.1.2 but the lines of code in the (more recent) MAF, who have a similar support matrix, we have noted problems with the API 20.

You can download older versions of the API of the Manager of Android SDK tool.  Remember to update your EPCO or JDev SDK configuration with the version that you want to use once it is installed.

  • ADF Mobile: ERROR: no suitable Java found. In order to properly use the Android Developer

    Hi all

I use version 11.1.2.4.0 jdev to create mobile applications ADF.

    I followed this tutorial

    Oracle JDeveloper 11 g tutorials

problem is when I try to deploy the application to the emulator as defined in the above tutorial following error occurred.

[14: 00:46] deployment failed due to one or more errors returned by "C:\Documents and Settings\JK1309\My Documents\Downloads\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20140321\sdk\build-tools\android-4.4.2\dx.bat".

What follows is a summary of the returned error:

ERROR: No suitable Java is found. In order to properly use the Android Developer

    Thank you

Thanks for answer and Billett shay.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    problem is solved.

I just need to set the java class path using environment variables.

  • Web service runs is not on the android device.

    Hi all

I use JDeveloper 11.1.2.3.0. Successfully, I created a web service through controls of data with the following URL:

    " http://10.10.30.54:7101 / MobileExample-model-context-root/AppModuleService? WSDL"- 10.10.30.54 is my computer's IP - "

I try to open this URL through a browser chrome on an android device. The web service normally opens in the browser from my computer and other computers on the network (locally) through the ip of my computer. However, I can't open it on the mobile device. I even tried a different port (8080) but still nothing. I connect the phone through a wifi network that has full access to my LAN.

    Any ideas?

    Mohamed.

The AndroidManifest.xml must be deployed with the Android app.

  • Deployment where to deploy on the Android emulator error

    Hi all

I encounter a problem when you try to deploy the Mobile application of the ADF in the Android emulator.
I followed the tutorial steps in this link. [Tutorial Mobile ADF | http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18941_01/tutorials/BuildingMobileApps/ADFMobileTutorial_1.html]
Can someone please help give advice on this subject?

FYI, I use JDeveloper Studio 11.1.2.3.0 and Android 4.2 (API, 17).

Looks like you have spaces in the path where you created your Mobile ADF workspace:

    C:\JDeveloper\mywork\ADF Mobile Tutorial 1

I suggest that is to run the command turned off. Close JDev, remove spaces, reopen JDev then the workspace. Try again.

  • How can I change the Version Code in Flash Android from the Android market app settings?

I recently tried to update my app on the Android app market and when I downloaded it I got the following message:

"News of the apk (1000000) VersionCode already exists."

In Flash Adnroid settings I changed the version label, but that did not help.

    So I have two questions:

    1. How can I change the Version code in Flash Android settings? I changed the version number and the version label, but it does not work.
    2. What is the difference between the version number and version label?

    1.1.0

That should fix it, you must download the wrong file. I got this error before, by simply changing the flash version number and reexporting solves the problem. Flash can sometimes reroute your destination the exit .apk file folder, when your double apk download check that it has been created when you think it is, best way to do so is to publish and then transfer it, and after download be sure that it has been created a minute ago or so not on 30 March. Also try without the version label, it would be in conflict with something.

  • What happens to the Android Packager?

I thought to experiment with the Android edition.

Unfortunately, 2.6 SDK no longer use the 'Packer '.

I use the "ADTHelper" created by Pea for SDK 2.6 for ISO.

Is there an "interface" or so for Android? or do I have to use the command line?

Without the package manager to download, what are the steps to take to finally reach this place where I can click compile to create an APK file?

    Thank you.

Then you be making line ADT command line, or using the utility of peas.

  • Is my site Popup does not work on the Android browser

I am the owner of a website IE http://www.stdtestingorlando.net . The Web site is using a responsive model. I just installed a popup javascript based on my site. I just noticed that it is works well on desktop computers, but does not appear on the android devices. What could be the problem?

Mobile browsers have usually a single window, so the idea of a second window to appear has really no sense, or it will end up as another tab.
