8.1 (surface Pro) - Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 products do not launch Windows

I've seen similar problems, but none as just that and not a solution that actually worked.

I have a Windows Surface Pro 8.1. I installed creative cloud on about a year ago (I never had a problem with the sequel to 2014). But I uninstalled it due to the 2 limit licensed computer.

Fast forward to present day, I reinstalled creative cloud yesterday and I just want to get Illustrator on my Surface. Illustrator 2015 installs without a hitch, however, when I go to open the product, nothing happens (no splash screen, no errors). For fun, I installed Photoshop as well to see if it was the product, but Photoshop does not either. The only response when you attempt to launch an application is that it appears in the Manager of tasks for a brief second and then disappears. Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already tried:

-disconnected and recorded in CC

-Tour Sync disabled

-moved the location of the folder and confirmed the permissions on the folders

-Made sure 8.1 Windows is fully patched, restarted the Surface

-Uninstalled all Adobe (Adobe deleted registry keys) products, reinstalled CC

-Ran in compatibility mode (all flavors)

The only other thing I have seen is that this is a problem with the CC 2015 products, but because I just downloaded CC on my Surface yesterday, I can't try to install an earlier version. Does anyone have an overview of what's going on?

    Once the trial was over, CC app would invite, allowing you to purchase the subscription to continue using creative Cloud applications.

    I downloaded Adobe Creative cloud on my laptop, Windows 10. It worked and it opened correctly.

    But the next day, I keep trying to open, but it does not open more.

    I've just upgraded to Pro 8.1 Windows Pro 10 Windows and have problems with most of the programs Adobe CC. I use Illustrator as and would help to know what the problem is. I chatted with a few support technicians but didn't get anything yet.

    I have a self built PC with motherboard from Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK, Intel Core i5 4690 K, 32 GB of DDR3, Nvidia GTX 980Ti, operating system and the programs are installed on a 256GB Samsung 840 EVO and my documents and data are on a 1 TB Seagate hybrid drive. Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 was working perfectly until I did an upgrade on Windows Pro 8.1 for Windows 10 Pro site.

    At the launch, I get pop-up that says "Error loading plugins." followed by a long list of plugins and an OK button at the bottom, when I click 'OK' then I receive a popup that says "the operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [IMPORTANT] "with an OK button, this popup appears twice in a row. Illustrator now works without any tools, as soon as I try to click on anything anyone in the bar upstairs, for example, file > new, I get a Windows popup stating "Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 has stopped working". Illustrator, then closes.


    What I tried:

    1. Removed and reinstalled Illustrator CC 2015. Same question.
    2. Removed, run Adobe Cleaner and reinstalled Illustrator CC 2015. Same question.
    3. Removed from 2015 and installed legacy Adobe Illustrator CC 2014. Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 works perfectly.
    4. Upgrade of 2014-2015 through the Adobe Creative Cloud program. Original question came back.
    5. I deleted all the programs Adobe CC and office program creative cloud, creative re-downloaded and all my programs, same problem.

    All the other Adobe programs I have installed as well as their current errors if they relate.

    Worked for me. Thank you. I noticed that only what default print is 'Nitro PDF Creator (Pro 9)"accident of Illustrator. But when I change to another default printer the problem is solved and I can create a new document.

    I'm VERY angry with anything that does not work on my computer with Adobe, and everything appears to be from a missing or wrong creative cloud installation.

    I downloaded the latest installer from the program and started it. Initially he installed the creative cloud, but the program does not work as required.     But guess - it did not work.

    I'm very upset that *, I tried now for about 6 hours to get this working. I am in desperate need of InDesign to get running, but that gave me errors of editing that ACC PEUT be incorrect or damaged.

    I hope someone can tell me what's happened, or maybe what I did wrong and how do I get rid of this programs and issues.

  • Adobe Creative cloud after Macbook does not work in the migration of the iMac

    I migrated everything on my iMac to my Macbook. When I went to open Premiere Pro, I continued to get a message on the Application Adobe being funky handler and re-download the version more up-to-date. Clicked on the link and the page Adobe then bound me to the download page of Creative Cloud, saying that downloading the latest update should fix the problem. However, now I am stuck in a loop of the download of the update and then receive this message during the installation:

  • After the recent update for Adobe Creative Cloud 2015, I have the following problems:

    1. is no longer the ability to drag-and - drop between photoshop and illustrator. I create art from base with illustrator and drag and drop it in photoshop to add depth to the drawing. It is no longer possible - it seems to work, i.e. the image is recognized by photoshop and the direct selection arrow appear with the + symbol, but when you release the mouse button, nothing happens.

    2. the order of all tools in the photoshop toolbar appear to have been reorganized - I used photoshop and illustrator since the very first version, and it's a pain really get use to the new arrangement.

    3. you can not directly select a layer in photoshop only the artboard in a layer set in photoshop.

    4. When you select all the layers in photoshop, the alignment tools will not work.

    5. where to place an image in one of the applications adobe CC, photoshop, illustrator and indesign, the limit of any plan of work is placed and not only the image.

    6. the main changes seem to be getting people to use creative cloud storage areas, but they seem to have messed up the basic features of the CC apps together, not impressed.

  • Creative Cloud 2015 apps will not update

    I was able to update applications on my desktop without any problem, but when I try to do on my laptop, nothing happens. I click the button to update and everything is just sitting there. No error message. It is not start and hang up. Nothing. I've updated several times in the past without problem. Any ideas?
