  Consider that it is licensed to the company? If so your IT people should have a way to apply activation during the installation code, but my IT group did this, so I don't really know details. I know that Adobe has stopped support for licenses of the company last June, I think. However, you should be able to get an answer on how to do this, since you have paid for the software. I then logged out of my user every day and in my admin to have a snoop around and all the data disappeared from there too.   I would put this code on the preSign rather than the postSign event. Note that if you are targeting an earlier version of Reader/Acrobat that these events were not part of this release. I think (but I'm not sure) they were added in the calendar of 8.1.
