Hello

my system crashed on the blue screen. I wasn't able to restore it. So I decidet to format all disks and reinstall it. But now I can not activate windows. It shows "Windows 8 Build 9200" on the bottom right. What should I do now to return the original version?

Best.

OK know I could activate it. By using the 'get_win8key' program, he showed me my key. I tried to use this key directly again to the activation and furtunatly it worked. Thanks a lot for helping me.

    Hello

After the release of Windows 8, I upgraded my Windows 7 Ultimate for Windows 8 Pro by purchasing a key online from Microsoft. I activated my copy of Windows 8, but on the desktop at the bottom on the right (above the clock), it says "Test Mode Windows 8 Pro Build 9200. Is there a way to solve this? Hello

In addition to the post of ikrstic, I tested orders bcdedit and if TESTSIGNING turned on I saw the Test Mode notification as well right.  Using the bcdedit command turn off should solve the problem.  Make sure that you run this as Administrator:

Go to your desktop and right click in the lower left corner

    Click prompt (Admin)

Flashing cursor type: bcdedit - set off the TESTSIGNING

    Press enter

To restart, press Windows key + C to get to the bar of charms

    Click settings

    Click Power

    Click on restart

    Hi Ibrahim.

The error you receive says that Microsoft Office that you have installed has an error. This error about the Windows Activation, is what concerns Microsoft Office product activation. To resolve this problem, you will need to reinstall Microsoft Office and check if it helps.

Re-setup of Microsoft Office did not help, then it is better to post the same question in the Microsoft Office forum for more help on this issue.

    Hello

You don't say if this is a desktop computer or a laptop.

If a desktop computer, it doesn't have wireless capabilities unless you install a PCI Wireless card or a wireless USB Dongle.

    When a laptop;

Go to the website of the manufacturer of your laptop > Driver and Software Support Section > search your laptop model number > then your operating system > locate the good drivers of Windows 8.1 > download and install.

    See you soon.

  • Why the default format window opens in the new documents open in Pages 5.6.1?

Someone else asked this before, but it is with an older version of Pages, and it's a few years, so I thought I'd make a new discussion.

Everytime I open a new document in Pages (version 5.6.1 on OS 10.11.2, on a 13 "Macbook Pro of 2009), the formatting window is open. It's ugly and I do not want to use immediately. What is the default? Like other posters, I tried to create a model that does not do that, but even at the opening with the model, it opens but each time. As in the other poster said: this is not a terrible amount of work, but it is very annoying to do all the time. This has happened for years. A word about the recent patches?

Not and unlikely he's going to change.

I tried to download various packages on the site of HP support for storage/disk hard/that it is, extracted for the key in separate folder, but still Windows has not found something there.

  • Gettinng less updates to Windows Update after formatting Windows

Original title: problem with Windows Update after PC format

Hello, I have Windows 7 x 64 OEM and today I had to format 6 times my PC because of my graphics card.

Problem which is the 5th time that I formatted my PC, WU shows me less up to date than the first time. And in format 6, least of all day.

How can I solve this problem? Thnaks.

    Hi Josele69,

Whenever you install a new update, it contains the updates released before. If you will get only the recent updates. When you run windows update, you also receive only for new updates when you're done with the updates offered. This might be a reason you found less updates after formatting windows.

  • Cannot start Windows 8 on HP Envy

    Hello

I lived several support sites, trying to solve the following problem and found no solution so far. I'm having trouble of Windows 8 start on my HP Envy 4 Ultrabook. First of all, when I try to log on Windows by using my password Windows 8 he says "The service user profile Service is not the user of the sign-in profile cannot be loaded".

Then following the advice of other online support forums, including this Court, on restarting the computer and pressing F8 repeatedly I get the following message: "not found boot device. Please install an OS on your hard drive. Hard drive (3F0).

Any help / support by much appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hi @BT14.

You can go ahead and make the recovery.  However, with the failure of hard disk, it can last a day, a week or a month, is unclear.  There is no way of knowing when it fails completely.

You could work on something that was very long and important and all of a sudden it will fail and all would be lost.

If it was me I would like to replace the hard drive and then do the recovery.   I want to know that my cell phone was in good working order and do not worry when it will fail on me.

    Good luck!
