  When you see this error, 9 out of 10 times the problem is related to something happening at the physical level of the system.  Recheck (value that you use in this configuration?) pullup resistors and look to see if there are wandering connections to the Earth.

  Just to cover all of our bases, could you provide a description of the layout of the circuit?  The 8451 pins are connected to which of your interfaces of the AS5510?

  The error basically tells us "I tried to use this line, but I couldn't take control of it or pull up."  As a general rule, the lines are either not set up in a way conducive to be pulled upward, or something is pushing it down.

  In the event that we have stumbled upon one of those rare cases of 1 in 10, we also wish to re-examine the used addresses.

  101011 is only 6 - bit, and this device is expected to be treated by a 7-bit identifier.

  In your code, depending on whether the ADDR PIN is high or low, the hexadecimal numbers, 56 and 57 or decimal values of 86 and 87 are probably the right path to take.

  I have a very simple circuit I want to operate a valve. I have a NI USB 6008 with 12 digital i/o ports, a KF0602D solid state relay, 12V power and a solenoid valve.

  The idea behind this circuit is pretty simple: use a digital line of the 6008 to close or open the switch in the KF0602D. With the switch closed, current flows from the power supply through the switch, to the valve and that opens. When the switch opens no current flow and the valve closes.

  When I plug my 6008 in the KF0602D, however, my 'high' digital output falls from 5V to 1.73V. It's a problem because my switch requires at least 3V to close. I don't know why the voltage decreases because the relay is supposed to just on 3mA current with an input 5V, wells in the area of the specs listed 6008. What can I do to make this work?

  It is easy to enter your favourite homepage address. If you check either of the boxes, the expansion will set the focus in the page as well, for example, the cursor will be in the Google search box. (See third screenshot attached). I had to leave Firefox and start it up again before new custom tab started working, but this may have been due to tests so many extensions back to back.
