  You can usually two installations and activations just so to install and activate on your new device.

  If you see an error of account activation, open captivate on your old device and click Help > deactivate.  Then, install on your new device.

• Captivate WIN activation problems

  I have an old version of captivate that years I activated. The original computer that it was loaded in is no longer exist and I want to load it into my new computer.

  The phone numbers are all out of date and no longer work and he says no internet connection by trying with my original key.  I have no luck, or is it possible to continue to use this product?

• Captivate 9.0.2 free Active

  I just downloaded and installed the Captivate new version 9.0.2. Immediately, I went to the assets and was able to load my assets and Adobe Stock, but heritage free will not charge. The e-Learning active brethren worked well in my previous version and their character sets is critical for my projects. Has anyone else had this problem and have a solution? I don't think that it is a COMPUTER issue it worked fine yesterday, but of course that assumption may be wrong. Thank you!

  I had the same problem - it just showed a gray screen.

  I deleted the Cache and preferences and it worked.

  NB: If you saved your preferences and have implemented projects in cache - you can search the forum to see how to save.

  I'm working on 10 Windows tries to use Captivate 5. I get the message reached activation limit when I try to activate using my serial number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  You really need disable your Captivate license on other computers, where it has been installed, so that you can then turn on a new computer.

  If you can't do that, then you need to talk directly to the Support from Adobe.  It is only a forum for users.

• Captivate 8 active/inactive button

  I've been using 8 Captivate for about a year. I am self-taught with fantastic help that I receive on this site. I used active forms in the form of buttons for a while. One thing I don't understand, is why there is an inactive section of each button. The point of using a button is to have someone click top. Why would you want it to go inactive if you use it for a quiz No. I normally just use the small cursor and activate the button for as long as it is on the timeline. Can someone help me understand why the button has this feature?

  The timeline between the active and inactive segments shown vertical line defines the point where the button is paused the chronology.  If you do not want the button to pause, but want it to be active for the entire timeline, you can uncheck the break after.

• Enter the activation code in a free trial of Captivate 8

  I downloaded the free trial version, then bought 8 Captivate.  All my published works saying they will expire when the trial expires, so it is obvious that my Captivate is not updated.  How can I enter the activation code?

  Help--> Activate should do just fine. For what anyone in addition, you will need to provide information on the system and any other technical details, you still haven't doen.

  Hi, I was told by a representative of online chat Adobe they deal with is no longer supported for Adobe products except through the forums and so I was re-directed to my question here. I recently lost access to my two previous installations of Captivate 5.5 because facilities were residing on the hard drives have been reformatted. Thus, I can not disable the facilities and when trying to activate the product on my new installation it says that my activation limit has been reached. Can someone from Adobe please reset my activation limit so that I can activate the product on my computer?

  I recorded a process how to fill an excel spreadsheet which contained active cells. the images on the demo in captivate look very well (yellow background - see image 1)

  

  but when I saw using the web browser they appear not yello and after each race, they change colors. (see image 2)

  No, just change the quality of the slide in the Panel properties, or substitute even easier, the quality of the blade with the publication in the preferences (screenshot, highlighted in yellow). In the same box, you will find the compression settings (checked in my screenshot, highlighted in green)

  Is there a particular slide, you use or anything else, you must have on your slide to enable drag and drop the menu item? All other menu in the Interaction menu items are active, but drag and drop.

  Drag and drop is not available for projects of a reactive nature.

  You can only cut all sound equity advances/shared, not just clicks. Muting happens by activating / deactivating the system variable cpCmndMute, which is a Boolean value.
