  This is my first post. I tried to import multiple Camera RAW files in After Effects, but before loading each image in the After Effects project requires you to click through to the Camera Raw adjustment window for each image.

  Yes, that is how it is supposed to work. AE has no way to know that you want to apply the same settings to each image, because it would make the image raw whole import capacity loss of functionality. AE assumes you want to import raw images because you want to change the world. I guess, too. A classic DSLR image is 3Kx4K pixels these days, 12 million pixels. 1080 Full HD is considered only about 2 million. You are overresolving the format of your production by a factor of 6. You will start to feel that you apply filters and moves. I only use ground full of raw images in the scenes where I know I need the magnification. Otherwise, I'm downconverting to jpg or tiff images that are, for example, 1500 x 2000 pixels for regular sequences.

• Is it possible to import multiple vCards at the same time? That's how I exported my contacts from my webmail client.

  This is a new experience for me (allows me to simply call a novice), and I think it would be easier for me to do an import in bulk, rather than one at a time, or worse, manual entry of all the... I exported all of my contacts in webmail in multiple vcards (how it was available) and thought that there must be an easier way to pull this off.

  You can use a Parm file and crontab for this too.

  Otherwise, something like that does not work:

  nohup /u01/app/oracle/dba_tool/bin/db_export.sh DATABASENAME > /tmp/DB_export.out &

  I have 3 possibilities of use (corresponding to 3 places) who put every day to a location on disk 3 files with the same data (sales). The files are named:
  Sales_Loc1_24052008.txt
  Sales_Loc2_24052008.txt
  Sales_Loc3_24052008.txt
  where 24052008 is the date of export.
  
  I need to import files of every day all that 3 in a table in Oracle.

  It has more than one option for that.

  A simple is:

  (1) create a variable of the ODI

  (2) create a data store for one of the files (I assumed that all txt has the same physical structure)

  (3) in the name of the resource to the data store, write the name of the variable (such as: #YOUR_PROJECT_CODE.your_variable)

  (4) create a package

  (5) and drag the variable and the interface of 3 times each package.

  (6) each instance variable defined the name of txt.

  (7) create the stream as: variable - OK---> Interface - OK---> OK - variable---> Interface - OK---> variable---> Interface

  It's an easy way to do it.

  As an alternative, you can work with 3 settings, one for each file and run the interface once for each context.

  I use CS 6.   I edited a marriage which I've separated into body of ten sequences.  I would like to know the meathod recommended for these ten sequences in the still and their integration in a movie.  Each sequence is his own screenplay in yet?  Should I breed all clips in a timeline yet?  Should I breed all the sequences in the body, and then simply import a sequence in enora?

  Nest sequences in a single master sequence in Premiere Pro, then export using a preset MPEG2-DVD.

  "Adobe 3D Reviewer" has this ability to merge two models into a single model. First of all open the model and in the same session, you import the second model. It will result in a single model.

  In "Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro", you can import several designs in one document. Open the first model and then add another model using the options "file-> handset." Model here will be not be merged into the single model, but will create the single document.

Some pictures are in my structure more of once - for example in the original import file and folder 'best of the year' or better ' holiday XXX ". Problem is - elements will not accept this and apparently accepts that each image once. My Nikon gives the number of photos up to 9999 and start again: it seems that the items do not accept that (not quite sure if).

  I know that I can use keywords and albums, but after using a lot of software over the years, I prefer this simple method that 'never' even if I change software - well never to what elements. Someone know a solution to this (other that to rename all the files - am I looking for a large number of files).

  Yes, the elements does not "duplicates". Have duplicates is a consequence of the use of a hierarchy of file based. With a catalog built around a database, you must never create duplicates. This is the main disadvantage of a hierarchical structure. And now the duplicates soon becomes unmanageable.

  You can use keywords and albums. Your keywords can be in a hierarchy, but you can also work by combining multiple keywords without knowing their hierarchies. Albums are like "playlists", they are simple sorted lists of files. You can include the same file in several albums: do not create a duplicate, the albums link to the same file.

  As explained above, renaming alone would not work elements would recognize real duplicates except if you change the file size or date-taking.

  You cannot duplicate an organization catalog and database with a database with a simple folder hierarchy.

  Hi - I just upgraded to AE CS6 CC on a 2013 MBP with OS 10.8.4

  I usually import raw files for the work of time, for this sequence but I captured JPEG images.  Command-I to import window and I chose all ACCEPTABLE FILES, formats JPEG and checked the SEQUENCE.  The problem is that when I select ALL the JPEG files in the folder, the STRAIN box disappears and multiple SEQUENCES is the box...

  Also the IMAGES dropdown is grayed out.

  I want to import JPEG images as images but they import as individual files.

  A container, a structured document element can be a paragraph element, which contains one or more paragraphs FrameMaker complete (elements corresponding to the chapters, the titles and the list items, for example, are usually elements of paragraph), or an element of text range, with content that includes a portion of a paragraph. A DSP didn't need to identify the paragraph being paragraphs default containers. Make you an element a range of text with a text format rule that specifies TextRangeFormatting.

  In your case, if you have a wrapper element that contains three items that you want to appear on a single line, in ESD, add a rule for three items inline text format that specifies TextRangeFormatting; specify the overall paragraph formatting in the definition of the element for the wrapper. If you do not have a wrapper, however, the overall paragraph will inherit formatting regardless of the container element is; root element of the document or a major division as a chapter or a section, perhaps the containing element. If this formatting is not what you want here, you can leave the elements 'inline' as a separate subparagraph so that you can specify their implementation form, but you the first two counts run (which is made in the Placement property paging properties).

  I have a question I wonder if the community has no clarification.

  Let me set you up. I use the DPS App Builder, choose to build for iPad, the next screen asks (among others) my Folio exported. I got it my retina 1536 x 2048 Folio exported by the producer of Folio and everything's fine.

  My question is that I also have an interpretation of this Folio in 768 x 1024. How can I add that in if the App Builder packages it as well?

  Bonus question, how different the question above between app unique Folio (Stand alone) and multi-Folio (library) app?

  We can create multiple execution plans in a single container.
  But it can be scheduled one after the other don't.

• Is there an easy way to synchronize multiple computers running teststand?

  I have a test setup where I need to be running on two separate comupters teststand, but the sequences must be synchronized between them to ensure that the correct steps happen in the right order.  I expect to do so through ethernet if possible.
