Deskjet 3052 alignment failed

I just installed a new black cartridge on my Deskjet 3052 a. The printer prints the alignment page. I put the alignment on the scanner (right front corner) page and press 'OK '. The printer has worked for a few seconds and then gave me a message that does not have alignment and cartridges have been created for the default settings. Now, whenever I try to print something, I have a message that says that I would get better if I aligned the cartridges. What happened, and what can I do about it?

Thank you.

The alignment can fail for several reasons, including black or cyan print does not correctly.  The document here can help solve the alignment failure message.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8500 a Premium: alignment failed

Stupidly, I pulled the plug on this printer at the wrong time. But then it was still does, just print with a blue ride, then no blue at all. I replaced the cartridge Cyan (HP brand), but still no blue.

Then the printer started aligning each impression (perhaps each color printing - I don't know). I replaced the Cyan/Magenta Printhead. That seemed to go well, and report the print quality seems good. But it aligns and aligns - impressions color - then gives the message "alignment failed. Refer to the documentation for the device for more details. »

  • I'm unable to scan a multi-page document. HP Deskjet 3052 has J611

I'm unable to scan a multi-page document. I tried everything, re-installed the driver and studied the help settings and there is nothing. Once I scan a page it allows me only to save it and not to add another page to the document. I can't send a pdf CV by attaching two separate pages. I have scanned multiple pages documents other HP scanner and never stumbled on this dilemma. I am running Windows vista and the printer is the printer HP Deskjet 3052 a J611. Help, please.

    Hello

Don't forget to run the scan of the computer to scan several pages.

Open the HP software and click on scan a Document or Photo.

Select the PDF shortcut and if ensure that the dialog box overview checked to be disaplayed.

Make sure that the resolution set at 300 DPI or lower (any higher resolution does not support multiple pages) and click Scan.

Use the button to add additional pages until you are finished, and then click Save.

  • Office Jet Pro 8500: alignment fails

I tried to reset the printer, but it always comes up with message alignment failed.  Whenever I try to print it starts the alignment process, although she finished the satisfactory print job.  Outside the aspec your time, it wastes a lot of ink.

    Hi Alwyn,

When you reply to a post there is an option to attached below your text window.  You can scan the alignment and save it to your hard drive, and then look where you saved to attach to your message.

However, I don't really see it.

I think that the error you get told you that a print head is missing.

I don't know how to stop the error from happening than to clean the printhead step 5 in this document:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/product/HP-OfficeJet-Pro-8500A-e-all-in-one-printer-series---A910/4083864/document/c04855186/

If that doesn't correct not alignment does not error, you can check if your printer has a replaceable print head.  Step 6 in the document.

  • All-in-one HP Photosmart C309a "Alignment failed" error message even after cleaning the print heads, etc.

About 3 weeks ago before making the error msg above, a large black ink blob appeared on my printed piece of paper.  This product for several sheets later, but kept decreasing in amount.  I continued to print & finally all traces of ink have disappeared.  2 days ago I got a msg of error on "load plain white paper. ", but the paper tray was plain white paper in it.  I have removed the paper, straightened and her successor. As a result, the msg "Alignment failed" appeared.  I went through all the steps HP online information on the treatment of the "alignment failed", including the cleaning of the printheads (the right amount of ink was on it), check the vents of cartridge, etc.  My question is: if I have 4 out of colored inks and a new black ink installed, the alignment is being affected by the old cartridges?  A msg on this appeared on the Control Panel, giving the opportunity to proceed with the old cartridges or install new ones, but be careful that it "cannot allow completion of...» "If 'old' were replaced not.  I need to replace these color cartridges or is it probably another problem, which is print head damaged?

Checked the evacuation & there is no problem, so I tried the informal solution to put the printhead in hot water.  A ran 1 cleaning via / configuration on the printer and finally aligned with success tools.  I waited a while to respond because I wanted to see if the printer should continue to work, and there!

Thank you very much.  I'm happy that I can keep this printer!

  • not printed; print head alignment failed

I bought a printer HP 6700 Premium last summer (2012) and made a montage for use by WiFi connection to my laptop Dell Inspiron 1700.  The printer worked fine for 2 months, he was used before packing away until may 2013.

To start using again once I got an error message regarding the Set up ink cartridges.  Assuming that the cartridges were parched of non-use, I have bought/installed HP 933 XL (color) and 933XL (black) ink cartridges.  All indications from the printer indicates that the cartridges are installed correctly, and that all are new/full shells.

The printer continues to not print under the orders of the normal print or with orders queue on the printer for reports such as the 'printer status', 'Print quality', etc.  I also asked 3 times the printer functions "align the print heads", with a message of continuation of the print head alignment failed.  Show based on the "clean printhead" printer (twice) also failed to solve the problem.  When producing a page using above mentioned orders, the paper emerges with images very low (and widely dispersed).

I'm not a person technically the inclined and would be very grateful if anyone could advise on the potential problems noted, and suggestions for the resolution of it.  Thanks in advance for your response (s).

    Hi Plapen,

Can you double check your black ink cartridge.  What is a 932 instead of 933 cartridge?

If it's a 932, can your try to clean the cartridges 2 times more?  Are there changes?  If this does not help, take a look at the following link and try all measures not yet taken.  Click here  Let me know how it goes.

  • C310 HP All in One: black cartridge won't print; Alignment failed

Printer works perfectly, as usual.  Rec'd notice to update the drivers of HP software; has done, and suddenly black ink does not print at all.  Done all the troubleshooting steps: test page printed. print the Diagnostics page.  Align the print cartridges.  Cleaned print heads.  Although the cartridge has shown the more partial estimated ink level, replaced by the new HP black ink cartridge.  Still not printing black ink.

Print uninstalled and reinstalled the software.  Tried everything above.  Has released a new cartridge and replaced with previous.  Also been clarified vents on both cartridges.  It is not that black ink is smudged on striated, it's as if there is no cartridge at all.  I also checked to make sure that the printer is not set to print grayscale.  It is located in the color and Normal.  Changed for the better, still nothing.

HP Print and Scan Doctor initially show all correct.  The device status is now red X: Make sure cartridges and printheads are correct or your printer.  All are genuine HP cartridges.  Now I get a message on the printer alignment failed.  Is it possible that this is related to the update printer drivers?  I have never had a printer HP fail before.  Have at least six of them.  I do not use the printer a lot it should be worn.  In addition, it printed fine until what I've updated the drivers.

Advice on what to try next? Thank you.

    Hello

The only troubleshooting steps to run is clean print head.

Make sure that you perform print head cleaning for at least 3 times.

If the problem persists, then the print head must be replaced.

You need to call HP Technical Support to get help to get the printhead replaced.

If you are in the United States, the toll free # is 1-800-474-6836.

If you're not in the United States, and then connect to www.hp.com , bottom left it is an icon of the world map, click it and then select the region that you belong to, which would then provide the support options for you for this region.

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 but I can't find the app when I opened the window to scan for my DeskJet 3052 a.  Windows has a feature to Scan, but I don't want to use it.  I prefer to scan directly to my HP scan window.  Before the upgrade, when I click on the printer series app, I was able to get to the window from there, but now my only option is to add a new printer.   I made the doctor of printing & scanning HP and he added a few updates and analysis of test went well, but I still can't find the scan window.  Help, please!

    Hello

I don't have a printer icon on my desktop.  I have a HP folder only.  He was not yet an option to scan so I clicked on the icon AIO Printer Remote and I was directed to download a Capture & Scan application.  Because I downloaded the application, I now have a separate HP scanning icon.   It is very different from the way it worked in Windows 8, so I don't know if this distance is something different.  However, it works so I am happy.  Thanks a lot for all your help Banhein!

  • HP Officejet 6500 ink cartridge 920, Vista - alignment failed, black ink does not print

I went through the diagnostic process because my printer gives me a view of alignment failed and my black ink will not print.   It is established that I need to replace the print head.  Is it complicated?  What should I do when I need the printer/fax every day?  I have no time for that computer to be down for a day, and even less for as long as it takes to get the part here and replace it myself.  Or worse, if I send to HP to have the work done.

Replacement of the print head is not complicated, it can be done in 5 minutes.  Before doing this, you could be sure that the ventilation openings are not connected and you might try to soak the printhead as shown here.

  • HP Deskjet 3052 a: driver HP Deskjet 3052 a cannot be installed on my laptop Samsung

    Hi all

Since I bought my printer HP Deskjet 3052 a wireless about 3 years ago, I was not able to install the driver on my laptop successfully. I always get a message concerning the detection of another HP printer that is already connected to my laptop.

More precisely, during the driver installation process, 'HP Deskjet 3052 a e-all-in-one printer - J611g', a window opens with the model and serial number of my other printer ("HP Deskjet 5150 Color Inkjet Printer") and makes me want to 'Solution' or 'start over '.

When I click on the 'Find the Solution' button, nothing happens. However, when I click on the button "Retry", after a "reflection", the same window opens with the model and serial number of my other printer ("HP Deskjet 5150 Color Inkjet Printer") and makes me want to 'Solution' or 'start over '.

Could someone advise me on what to do? FYI, my cell phone is Samsung for 5 years.

Thank you, X-23! This works! Now, I have two printers working.

It seems that the key was to uninstall the driver of the wireless printer and remove temporary files, so that implementing a table shaves.

This knowledge will also be useful for me to add additional printers.
