  Well, finally found the solution after 3 days of searching.

  Credential Manager Service has been disabled.

  1. Go to RUN (Win + R key)
  2. Type services.msc
  3. Scroll to Credential Mnager Service
  4. Right click and go to properties and change the Startup to automatic type
  5. Start the service

  Now you should be able to edit/create the PIN. Answer if the problem persists.

  If you want to send an E-Mail from an APEX application, you can use the APEX_MAIL package. Another package for sending mails is UTL_SMTP.

  ("I'll have a vcard (.vcf file) and when I try to analyze this vcard using the method contactFromVCard("asset:///newfile.vcf ") , the returned contact object is always empty.

  So I checked the Contact: isValid() method to check whether the contact is valid or not. It shows that the contact is incorrect and not able to get the coordinates of this object.

  I tried to analyze vcard with different versions (2.1 and 3.0), but I still get the contact as an invalid.

  Even if I tried to generate vcard using the method contactToVCard (c.id ()) and parse generated using vcard above method, I am making contact as an invalid.

  Vcard format is as follows, which I use for analysis:

  contactFromVCard method takes a vCardData as an argument not the path of the vcf files. QFile use to read data from file switch argument of the method.

I managed to create the disc, but when I tried to put the new password, I got the message error "an error occurred while the wizard attempted to set the password for this user account', which I must say is not very clear. I found a few methods of force - reset the password for the account of the admin, as using a sort of Windows Vista DVD or go to Safe Mode to find the hidden administrator account... but I have no idea what this DVD is or where to find, and in Safe Mode, there is no account user administrator to be seen. I believe that my machine is corrupted, but I don't want to buy a new. I want just to reset a password...
