  You can right-click the border of the cluster and choose "arrange control cluster...". "The user interface is not as intuitive as it could be, but it will allow you to reorder items. They will also update automatically when you make changes to the type definition.   You can try to disable the GPU performance by clicking on the icon of the rocket in the bar of the App, or on the top of the menu bar, deselect the box Performance GPU; You may also uncheck performance GPU in your preferences.

  I looked at the file number and watched a recording of you work with the agent and I am not convinced that what you see is necessarily due to the graphics card.

  This is my interpretation and thoughts around what have seen you. I noticed that you are working on an image that took a good amount of the screen seen in the zoom of 16.7%.   I think that the combination of these two things was the reason for which the pencil tool appeared jerky or fade in and out when establishing. This happens because you are using such a small size and are zooming back as long as the lines are barely visible. When you zoom in her resamples program appearance.   So in this pic is an orange rectangle, and within this rectangle is a blue strip. I would like the blue band surface perfectly (not too much and not covered) the edge of the rectangle.   For a reasonable quick fix you can just use the blur tool on the strong border girls or you can take the original selection of girls before putting them in Times Square and it soften a bit.
