A required device is not connected or cannot be accessed error on startup blue screen

I have a PC laptop Toshiba Satelite P75-A7200 w / CORE i7 that had been working well until I got a wild hair update to Win 8.1 since then that I was getting an error warning ' criticism of the process died ", I have not been able to get into safe mode and tried to change it w / without success. Now, when I try to turn on my computer the Toshiba logo appears then a blue screen error message "a required device is not connected or is not accessible", then it turns off after a minute or less. I created recovery disks when I bought this computer, but they do nothing. I am not very computer but can follow directions.

To start the HP logo lights up and says prepare auto repair, but it brings me to a blue screen of recovery saying a required device is not connect or are not accessible.

    With an error code: 0xc0000185

Says I need to use recovery on my installation media tools. Unfortunately, I don't have and searched online including the HP website to no luck maybe a way to order them.

I also have the 3-year warranty for the laptop but not sure if that includes software problems or damage accidental just like a fall, spillage, etc.

  • Envy DV7 HP: HP DV7 Envy your PC need to be repaired a required device is not connected

I have 10 Windows on my HP DV7 envy.  When I turn it on I get the error "Your PC need to be repaired a necessary device is not connected."

None of the keys work, which means I can't select startup options or select System Restore.  It just brings back me to the blue screen with the error message. So I can not try all options, I found on the internet that are made not boot master book or disable secure boot record.

I ran the tests of memory and fast disk, as someone else suggested that memory may be bad.

(HP please don't answer back Windows 10 is not supported.)  Microsoft has given to all customers of Windows 8. Besides it is not at all compared to the question, since the system cannot not even load the operating system.)

I fixed that basically like this:

    1. safe mode in the bios
    2. change the boot order to put USB in the front
    3. Install Ubuntu from USB, so erase Windows

I got stuck because I had copied the Ubuntu ISO was not a complete file.

No doubt I could able recover if I asked HP ship me a replacement disc for Windows 8.1

Also, I learned that you press f8, f9, f10 or f11 when you turn on the computer.  You must wait until the screen goes to sleep again and repower the computer to switch to another option.  Now key people will work until you do this.

"0xc000000f the boot selection failed because a required device is not accessible" I'm not able to use the installation disc that my CD/DVD drive has failed. Is there a way to create a bootable via a USB disk and the PC started?

    Windows Vista.

    Hi Anand,

The error "0xc000000f the boot selection failed because a required device is not accessible" is related to the error in the hard drive that is required to start.

Steps to create a bootable USB stick with Windows 7

As the CD/DVD drive does not work, you can create a bootable USB drive using which you can repair this problem.

Before you create the bootable USB key with Windows 7, you can download Windows 7 from the link

    provided below.

    http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/PDP/ProductID.253735200

Here is the link that will help you to create a bootable USB.

WINDOWS 7 USB / DVD DOWNLOAD TOOL

Steps to fix the problem with the error code

After you create the bootable USB key with Windows 7 you can insert it in the boot of the computer, and then press F12 to go to the boot window priority and change the priority of Boot on USB.

    a. After you change Boot priority on USB that is usually at the last, the computer will boot using the USB and it will take you to the page where in the GUI (Graphical User Interface), it will display the install now option.

    b. here you must select fix you the computer from the bottom left.

    c. This will take you to the WINRE (Windows Recovery Environment) window that offers different options

d to fix problems with Windows.

    e. in WINRE, select the option that reads the command prompt and type the following command.

    Chkdsk /f /r

    Note:

The data available on bad sectors may be lost when chkdsk attempts to repair your hard drive.

    Good day to all,

We have a BDS server work with IBM Traveler.

We have 1 user who, since this morning, cannot receive email.

After looking around on the traveler and the BDS, servers, we found no manifest error.

On the phone, we can see that the Internet/personal workspace work perfectly.

But the BES 'Account' is in the status "not connected" and when you walk inside to examine the configs, we get the red message "your device is not connected to a network. To connect to a network and try again.

That is, of course, completely false as works of personal data and its other, personal accounts work correctly as well.

    10.1 device.

We triied what follows (no license):

-> Stop / start the data on the device.

-> Stop the data + mobile network > both start

    ->, Restart the phone

-> Go into airplane mode > back to normal.

We triied to reproduce the issue with the other 2 phones: both work well. If only 1 phone has the question.

The BES server shows that, since the beginning of the question, we get this:

  • Error: Your device is not connected to the Internet.

    Hello

I have a dash HID - B70 model and until last week it works fine. I used about 2 weeks ago and have had on energy saving mode after that. I tried to use it again a couple of days, and when I typed on the screen the unit remained in power save screen and showed a yellow above the clock error message: "your device is not connected to the Internet. Press to reconnect. "I hit this button and the unit tried to reconnect, but will still end up back in the same error message and the screen.
I tried to push the reset button on the device, but I still see the same black screen and the clock with the error message once it restarts. I unplugged my wireless router and managed to get the device to show me the other wireless networks, then I plugged the router back in and reconnected (device showed that the connection was successful), but then he went immediately to the error screen.
I can't the unit to go to the home menu at all, no matter what button I push, if unfortunately I can't even reset to factory settings to avoid the problem.

Any advice on how to fix this? I do know not why it happened because I didn't have the routers or wireless providers, nor have I added all devices on my home network.

Thanks in advance for your help.

try to perform the recovery by using the partition.  boot f11 and recovery manager must take over. If not, or if the process does not finish successfully, perform a large hard drive. If the test successfully you will need to order a copy of your HP recovery disk.

as an alternative, you can create a new admin account and simply delete your existing account after.

    hope this helps
