  I hope it was not shown below, but I start my worki with nxt and labviev and a certain problem.

  I want to build a dosing of powder, which consists of two conductors of powder (driven by motors) and the weight of lab controlled by RS232.

  The goal is to be able to make precise mixtures in order to weigh the empty box of weight, tare, and then adds a charger of the weight of the powder (A) checks how much gave - if not enough adds some etc... etc... continued with 2 powder and mix to...

  The problem is that I know that I can write the labview NXT program to run the NXT brick, but it would be very complicated to use - the best way would be to take direct control over the engine via NXT - therefore when I want the engine to move a few degrees it should not start the program in the nxt brick do the program level LAbview... IS this possible? Can I use brick NXT as a controller of engine itself?

  Marek,

  This is possible in 2009 in Module NXT and NXT earlier toolkits.  In 2009, just write your code NXT in a VI that is not the target of the NXT (e.g. it is targeted at the Instance of the Application My Computer/hand).  The VI NXT know when they are targeted on the computer and automatically send direct orders to the NXT brick via USB or Bluetooth.

  In previous versions of the tool NXT, you must use the Direct screw of NXT to accomplish the same task, which is not as transparent as the new method, but all works the same.  Please let us know if you have any questions about how to apply this.

  I have several definitions of register in the ring controls, but manual entry would take a lot of time.

  Was wondering if there was more automatic way, I could read the values from a file.

  Using the first method gives you the ability to extend such that each column specifies a control of the ring if you need fill the multiple rings.

  This example assumes that all of the three rings contain the same number of elements. If this isn't the case, you will need to create a Subvi, which removes the empty elements. [Edit - create a text file that contains a column for each ring, separated by a tab character.]

The mouse does not work and none of the keys work. I have WIFI in my house, but the system looks like it's waiting to connect. I waited for more than 10 minutes. The only thing I can do is press and hold the switch down for a few seconds until there is a power down. I then power back up and get my password again. I between it and the system is in place OK. It happens all the time. It all started about 2 weeks ago. I have not loaded all the apps since it worked normally. Also, if I am growing up and running and I doi a stop with a reboot, the system comes down and restarts and arrives at the passwword. Enter the password and I have hung up again.

• Management control of the engine with proximity sensors

  I have two prox switches and two relays that I can control in labview manually, however I was unable to produce the needed code to "lock" or the relay that prox has been activated.  The application is very simple, I have a linear actuator that I run at the end of the race until it activates the switch prox "scope".  At this point, I want to activate the second relay to reverse the direction of the motor until it activates the "home" prox switch

  I know that someone will take about two seconds to bust the code but I was failing for about 2 days on this subject.  Any help would be appreciated.

  Try this.  Proximity detectors and the relay outputs are simulated.  You will need to replace those with your digital inputs and digital outputs.

  I'm glad to hear that your ports are now displayed in MAX. And I think it is a good idea to use the outputs analog on the myRIO. As long as you know the needs of the motor controller to order the right moves tension and a control loop in place, you should be good to go.

• Control of data using multiple thermocouples via indicators and the waveform in real-time

  I apologize in advance for this question is probably a bit simple but I'm all new to labview and the forum and could use some advice. I have a CompaqDAQ with two 9213 16 modules of track and I'm trying to read in 30 thermocouples in a waveform, but also display 30 indicators so I can mark each indicator with the thermocouple for real-time tracking. Each thermocouple corresponds to a specific location and it is essential that the interface has an accurate indication or a label for each of them. I wonder if there is an easy way to do this in addition to split the signal and have 30 thermometers on my diagram? Perhaps a table any? If I use a table to create 30 thermometers, the DAQ assistant automatically sorts the thermocouples according to ascending numerical order. For example, would be the indicators of first and second on my interface automatically assigned to channels a0 and a1 of the first module, or should I do it manually? Even for the waveform?  Thank you very much!

  I see that you use the DAQ Assistant to create your task.  Now I understand why you may have about labelling.  It is easy of the seller NOR spiel booting...  But in any case, you already have a task to the MAX instead of use the DAQ Assistant?  The interface is similar and there may be a step or two, but your end application will be more effective and you will have more options with your data and properties.  For example, I tried to update the names of physical channel in the DAQ Assistant installation program, that it let you do, but it propagates that change forward to waveform chart legend.  Also, I don't know any property for this dynamic data type node, although I never use it either.  I suggest the setting up of your task and channels, Max if you'd give it a go.

  Since I thought I didn't really takes you all the way with you help, I wrote another one.  It uses a cluster, even if it's a bit barbaric.  I thought that there was a more eloquent way to do by changing labels, but I could not it works as I had expected.

• OEM Windows XP - can I move it to a new PC? And MSE refuses to turn on real-time protection

  I have been using my Windows XP for 8-9 years now (since 2004) and I am looking for an upgrade of the unit, because the specifications of my mobile phone exceeds my computer and it cannot manage tasks effectively.

  I'll be able to transfer my current operating system on the new computer? The old computer is no longer to be used. I have all the original documentation for the computer (However, the license key is on the back of the CPU). I have read conflicting answers online saying that how it is against the EULA and others say that a phone call to Microsoft to check that she would work.

  I do not have an upgrade of the OS, since my external 500 GB hard drive only reads on my Windows XP (I tried on a Windows Vista, Windows 7 and computer Developer Preview, all told, it has been altered) and all my programs are installed on the external hard drive.   MSE also recently decided to pack and to no longer offer protection in real time from the computer. I tried to solve this problem myself for the month and the program still refuses to turn on protection in real time, even after a reinstall. Here is a SS of the error code.
  

  OEM licenses are "linked to the hip" to first on what computer it is installed.  When this computer dies or consider you otherwise out of service, the license dies with him.  Each OEM manufacturer provided a method to ensure that a transfer will not happen.  You cannot transfer it to a new computer.  To install Windows XP on a new computer, at a minimum, you will need to get a retail license for Windows XP (which are no longer available on the market).  In addition, you may find that your new machine contains chips day and components that were never supported by the drivers Windows XP - XP so maybe never run on your computer up to date.

  Programs need to be reinstalled.  You cannot simply connect an external hard drive with programs installed on another machine and expect it to work.  The system registry is suitable for the material on a specific computer and its applications installed and cannot simply be moved to a computer containing a different material.

  Your choice of only reasonable upgrade is to buy a new computer with an operating system that supports it and re - install your applications.  Your external drive * should * work on XP via the last Windows OS.  Try to perform an operation of "chkdsk/r" on your hard drive to make sure it is not damaged.  If it still does not respond, and then save the data elsewhere, reformat the disk on a Windows 7 computer and then put the data on the disk.

  I guess that the "0100101010" - code must be some kind of error code, but I'm not sure. But even if that's who you wouldn get information on this subject given that these technical information are kept for toshiba technicians, I guess. :)

  So, in this case, you can not do anything and just ask some laptop technician/service station for a checkup of material or a repair.

  Subtract the IMAQ VI removes one image from another or a constant. You can then view the removal from the user or save the images if necessary. Here a link to the reference IMAQ subtract VI.

  I have MSE as my time protection rel and Malwarebytes (free version) as my program "we demand."
  Ways to request that is not run until I turn it on, and it stops when finished scanning.
