I bought my macbook 13 "in 2010 and after 4-5 months of use it has started running very slowly. The ball was running constantly, apps were taking ages to start and they were usually crashing. My macbook was still under warranty so I took it on the apple support. They changed the hard drive and my macbook has been brought back to life.
I realize I should have called for a new Macbook because a year later the problem reappears. My warranty has expired so I found the patience to be the only solution.

I use Macbook Core 2 Duo 2.26 13-inch (white Polycarbonate "Unibody" - end of 2009). My Mac has 2 gb DD3 RAM integrated, now I need to upgrade. So I can go with 4 GB of RAM and 8 GB of RAM if you please let me know. According to the amazon.in 8 GB Crucial DDR3L 1600 MHz PC3-12800 SODIMM 204-PIN for macbook. I'm confused with her as it supports up to 8 GB or not.

Under no circumstances should you install operating MacPaw or ZeoBit software (CleanMyMac/CleanMyDrive or Mac Keeper, respectively.) You don't need special software to keep your computer.

Troubleshooting Applications

You can also get an external drive at least equal to the size hard disk internal and make (and maintain) a bootable clone/backup. You can make a bootable clone using the disk utility's restore option. You can also create and maintain clones with good backup software. My personal recommendations are (the order is not significant):

Additional tips
Make sure you have a sufficient amount of RAM installed for the number of applications you run simultaneously. Make sure to leave a minimum of 10% of the capacity of the hard disk as free space.

With 8 GB of ram, it will work fine. Install on an external drive or an internal partition is a wise option that you can get rid of it if it does not meet expectations. Be aware that some of your applications can work more like exceeding 10.6.8 Rosetta support has been dropped.

Can anyone please explain to me, why we can't install macOS Sierra on MacBook Pro mid-2009 models and can install it on the MacBook models end 2009? I checked the specifications of these two laptops and they are quite similar, where MBP is faster/more stronger and it's really not any sense that we cannot move to the Sierra.

I have an imac 27 "late 2009 with 16 GB of RAM which is constantly freezing. Later, I'll try to explain all the things I tried before this announcement:
- Start the computer, everything goes well and after a few minutes, the imac freezes: I can see the screen and move the mouse but the iMac does not. I stop and restart
- The two phases of boot, it only works the first: I see the Apple logo and progress bar until it reaches about half, disappears a moment, and instead of progress, it displays white screen.

Trackpad MacBook Pro late 2011 does not not after upgrade
I just update the OS in my MacBook Pro (late 2011) which worked perfectly well 'El Capitan' to 'Sierra '. Everything went, smooth and pleasant. but now, the trackpad is completely erratic, is in itself (such as move and open programs like possessed). I tried several suggestions from apple such as checking for updates, check the settings, delete all the gestures, etc. I'm assuming that the material is very well that was perfectly fine yesterday... any suggestions please help. -Note; I have to use an external mouse, and the latter is very well.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. It is my understanding that after upgrading to Sierra, your MacBook trackpad has become erratic. I know that my trackpad is an important part of my daily use, I can certainly understand your concern. I'm here to help get this resolved with you.
You did an excellent job so far! Then I recommend the system management controller (SMC) reset. This system can solve some unexpected behaviors. Follow the steps below:
- Stop the Mac.
- Unplug the MagSafe from Mac power adapter.
- Remove the battery. (Learn about removing the battery in the MacBook and MacBook Pro computers).
- Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery and the MagSafe power adapter.
- Press the power button to turn on the Mac.
The LED on the MagSafe power adapters could change State or temporarily disable when you reset the SMC.
Reset the management system (SCM) controller on your Mac.
If the problem persists, test this problem in safe mode. This will allow you to exclude the software as the cause. To help get started in safe mode and additional steps, use the steps and the link below:
- Start or restart your Mac.
- As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.
- Release the SHIFT key when you see the logo Apple appears on the screen.
After the Apple logo appears, this may take longer than usual to reach the login screen or your office. This is because your Mac performs a check of directory of your drive to boot in safe mode.
To leave safe mode, restart your computer without pressing any keys during startup.
Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning

I have a MacBook Pro Late 2008 with 2 sticks of 2 GB of RAM. I know you can unofficialy upgrade to 6 GB of ram, but I don't know ware to get the 4 GB stick.

Question time is it possible to start a program to install windows 7 from a USB drive on a mac that has a great drive to run the dvd because my mac won't start it won't read the installation from the dvd files yet, but he knows it when I open the bootcamp helps it will say "wait until the Setup program is recognized" is just once more I got something MacBook late 2009 on this subject

an iso standard is a copy of an optical disc, so it must be burned as an image, not a file
That being said, then you can try to search but I remember people saying that Mac with optical drives cannot be installed via USB or even through external optical drives, but I could have missunderstod so the search tips
