A1 does not recognize the internal or external SD card

Well, as you have read, my A1 cannot recognize the internal SD. When I go to configuration< storage="">< internal="" storage,="" it="" says="" that="" there="" is="" nothing,="" i="" mean="" 0.00="" gb="" availables="" and="" 0.00="" being="">

It happened after I tried to update to ICS. I couldn't update, and now I can't use my internal SD card. It's the solution? Thank you

  • Aspire One d255 does not recognize the usb connected external ssd drive

I want to replace the original HDD 160 GB with a 120 GB Samsung ssd 750 evo but bios and win 10 does not recognize the ssd drive as an external drive connected via a usb connection, so I couldn't create an image of my internal hard drive.  Is there a way to clone my hard drive SSD, so I can exchange the disc later?  I need to update the bios, install a missing driver, etc. ?

I used two different connections: one is a 2.5 "SATA case disc that I used with a disk 2.5" HARD and works very well with the HARD drive and the other is SATA/IDE connector combination with cables for SATA and power and none of these works.  I read in another forum during my research that the Aspire One d255 doesn't recognize any external SSD connected through a USB either.  Since my netbook has no data, and I had just a pure 10 Windows installed on his drive HARD internal, I removed the 160 GB HARD drive and replaced by a 120 GB SSD and installed another Windows own 10.  It worked and my system boots now in less than 20 seconds.   We can close this thread now since I now have a faster machine fully function.  Thank you!

    Hello

Is your AC adapter malfunctions or there is something wrong with the power supply to electronic s laptop.
In the first case you could purchase a new compatible AC adapter and could check if the laptop can run successfully.
The second possibility is a serious hardware problem, but in this case, the laptop must be checked by an authorized technician.

  • Vista does not recognize the auto-disque external eSata hard.

I just bought 1 external to external drive "Fantom". My Vista 32-bit Home, does not recognize automatically, I have to restart every time for Windows vista to recognize the drive. Y at - it a fix for this problem? I have a dual boot and Windows XP has no problem to access the drive after plugging in.

  • Device Manager does not recognize the internal WLAN card

I have a laptop HP/Compaq Presario V6200CTO which has an internal wifi card. The wifi worked perfectly until about a week ago, when Windows 7 has ceased to recognize the card altogether. I thouhgt first it was a hardware problem and that the card had died and so I bought a USB adapter, but before the arrival of the adapter that I needed to start in SafeMode w/network (I used adapter Linksys a friend). When OS safe mode entered it automatically loaded the driver "Broadcom", installed the wifi device internal and it worked fine while I was in safe mode. After the system restarts the operating system has yet to recognize the internal card. I rebooted in SafeMode once again, but still the card was not recognized. It seems unlikely that a dead card came suddenly to life for the short period of time I was in safe mode, and then quickly died again on restart. Therefore, I think it is an OS problem, but as the map is not displayed in Device Manager I have no idea how to proceed. N USB adapter I bought works fine, but I'd rather be able to use the internal card and free USB port. Is there a way to load the device from the command line or in a way to force the operating system to find the map?

Lack of maps can often work for short periods. Then, some components overheating or falls down and they stop working.

  • Windows 7 does not recognize the new WD external hard drive added to the usb port

Recently, I tried to add my third USB WD hard drive to my computer.  It's a My Book Essential.  The meter turns and the virtual cd drive is listed in WD, but the hard drive itself does not appear on the list of devices with a drive letter.  My my first two books are readers: J:, and L: I have no "new device found" message   I search for new devices and it the PC do not find anything.  If I click on the virtual CD drive (M :) it askes if I want the computer to allow WD to make changes...) I say Yes and the screen flashes and nothing happens.
The drive be defective?  Any other ideas?

    Hello

Have you tried to connect the external hard drive on another USB port?

Try to connect the WD external hard drive on another computer.

    Follow these steps:

Method 1: You can run the troubleshooter in the following article and see if this fits the Bill.

Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-Troubleshooter

    Also, run the Fixit.
Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/hardware_device_problems/en-us

Method 2: Check if the external hard drive is recognized in disk management and assign a drive letter to the same.

To open disk management, follow these steps:

    a. click Start, type disk management in the start search box and press enter.

    (b) if the drive is detected in disk management, I suggest you to assign a drive letter and see if that does the trick.

For instructions, see this article change, add, or remove a drive letter

  • Vista does not recognize the RAW files to CF card

I used my card reader on my desktop dell under Vista Home Premium for more than 2 years without problem. Now, when I put the card in the reader, he simply asks I format the card. The drive is on a USB connection. I recently added a second hard drive and moved the data to the new disk. Also, I stopped between 1 and 3 services, that I thought were unnecessary. The only other possible signs of a problem are only on media computer management / the media pool is "not recognized"; and a right click on the drive under Computer Management / libraries, I get a message "there is a problem with the removable storage service". Restarting the service has no effect.

Try to assign a different drive letter in disk management. Probably the card tries to use his previous assignment of drive letter that is now used by your second hard drive. Or you can do it on the second hard drive.

Change, add, or remove a drive letter

  • Installation DVD does not recognize my internal HD on a 2008 iMac

I'm looking for suggestions here.  My 94 year old mother has used the iMac 2008 8.1 for internet e-mail.  We needed to upgrade its OS X 10.5 to be able to upgrade to a new version of safari to access some banking sites.  I upgraded the memory.  Sister has an iMac with OS X 10.6.2 Installation/restore dvd 2010.  I went to update.  I have caused the initial problem because after reading info seemed I could create a second partition on the hard drive of 250 GB and use Time Machine to back up before preceding.  See not all the warnings on the addition of the partition. (Yes, if I had not forgotten my external hard drive I should not try that, but I forgot it.)  Things seemed to make the partition, but time machine bogged down and hung up.  After trying many things, I found myself deleting and resetting on the internal extended (journaled) using HD, recreating a single partition using the guidelines GUID, thinking that I could just do a clean reinstall.  BUT, while I can check/fix delete etc the internal disk utility when HD started from my external hard drive so I boot from the OS install DVD it does not recognize the internal HD.   ? ? ?   Gives cannot update this post Mac.  If I run the Setup from the beginning of the disk upward once again, no offers to go to in the installation program.  I can access everything in THE RUNOFF when the post boot drive.

Why THE works on the internal HD of the post start up (which was made with the 10.6.2 installation DVD), but not when started to leave the DVD left me puzzled. The DVD is not just see the it.  When it is started from the DVD with the external drive, he sees very well.   You are looking for ideas, thank you in advance.  By the Way the machine had no problem before starting this :) live and learn!

If I understand what you were doing, you tried to use a Mac installation disc and to update another Mac? Is this correct?

If I am not mistaken, which simply does not work. The installation provided with Mac discs won't work on another Mac, the original installation discs are machine-specific.

    Hello
I m not very well how to help you.

I found some information about this WEIRD disc and it seems that he didn't need an external power supply. Its USB bus powered so I guess around 500mA power since it is the default value provided by a USB 2.0 port.

I don t think that there is a problem of missing software. It is a plug n play device so you need to connect it to the USB port and the system should automatically recognise.

From my point of view of the few you try to connect the external USB ODD two ports to aid a * Y * Cableusb.
I think the reader needs more power provided by a single USB port.

I buy the art external disk HARD Stor E 3.5 "and spend a few days in windows does not recognize the HARD drive. Try to connect the drive to other USB 2 ports and nothing happens. Use a USB to see if has been a problem with the USB ports, but all 3 are OK. Try it on the laptop Asus and windows 7 recognizes the HARD disk. I formatted the drive in NTFS FS. My laptop is a Qosmio F60

This is a really silly situation. It can be recognized by other laptops but not your Qosmio.
According to the description of your HARD drive when connected simply doesn t exist for your Qosmio laptop.

Some other HDD is recognized correctly?
What you can try is to reinstall the chipset driver, restart the laptop and test it again.

Since when you have this problem? Some installed updates of the last days?
