  Your question has nothing to do with iCloud. You should remove unnecessary data from your phone to free up about 10% of your phone's storage space.

  Have you tried to boot from the Partition Recovery and repair then the disc from there, using disk utility?

I went to different menus to help and try to delete these files specified such as AAMUpdater, OOBE and OOBE1 and then start the creative menu cloud app. Have always the same message that "program does not - close the program."   I ordered the Dell XP disc and did the re-install. It works fine now. The Dell technical support had me do some updates on the web as well. I have not had problems since. What happened with the automatic updates completely wiped out my operating system. At least I don't have to buy a new computer.

  If nothing else works, try reinstalling your operating system. It worked for me.
