About Xperia Z5 battery recharge

Hello. My Xperia Z5 is a few days old and I just found out that my phone charging is to have a small problem. The phone can't remove a lot of 100% charged when activated. It stops at the mark of 95-97% (98% sometimes), so he won't top even after how long it has been plugged. The same happens also when it is off, but above all we get to 100% but when turned on straight hits to below 100%. I had only managed to charge my phone 4 times since buying it. It's about once a day.

My questions are:
is this something common to other units sold?

@o2jie

It's quite strange, you could fix again the phone with XC or you could start on > safe mode and see if you experience the same

  • I read this topic (I have a lot of questions about Xperia Z2 with lollipop)

Hello world. I read this topic (I have a lot of questions about Xperia Z2 with lollipop) and I have posted a question, but it seems that no one saw him. That means the following: (how can I install the source application unknown to other users in my phone because it is to the unknown source menu is disabled in the settings-> Security)? This means that I can not install all the apps if I switch to the lollipop? Can someone tell me please the exact meaning of this?

    Thank you.

It's true, but game store will not need this option checked - loading of a file manager will - but which is not say that the application will work once installed

  • The Xperia Z2 battery

Guys OK, sorry if this sounds like a ridiculous question, but I just bought my Xperia Z2 on Amazon.
The box looked like it was opened until the package got to me but nothing seems missing.
That gave me a little paranoid and scared, maybe I got a refurbished unit.
I have heard many good things about the life of the battery of the Xperia Z2, what mine looked like after 4 hours of projection at the time, especially after installing a bunch of applications, certain navigation and whatsapping. Seems a little fast to be 20% for me. I have nothing to worry or everything seems normal for the rest of you? I'm afraid I have no knowledge of how all these settings are supposed to look like. Maybe it's just a matter of breaking in the battery and get stable results after time.

    Thanks in advance.

I do not see the picture, but when you come to buy your phone, and the battery is new, it will be faster than normal, which is quite normal. The phone has to stabilize at your level of use in 2 or 3 weeks, it varies, the longevity of the battery.

  • Satellite U series: Question about bypassing the battery when connected on AC

Hi, I am a bit newbie to PC Toshiba laptop (series U) and I was wondering if my laptop has this feature where it bypasses the battery when it is fully charged and the power supply cable is connected?
I see the battery blue led is on even when it is fully charged and the power is connected, it means that my computer is still using the battery?

I'm running a lot and I will not waste my battery life.
    Thanks for any comments.

    Hello

Congratulations on your new machine, I understand that worried you´re for your battery life. I was scared too, but a lot of people here in the forum told me that, in each new machine for many years (i.e. about 6 to 9 years) almost every laptop has an electronic charge that regulates the process of charge of the battery.

Don t worry, if your battery is fully charged, the built-in charging circuit is a special State that is as "cool cool" to maintain your battery and to protect the battery.
S better to keep the battery in the machine then removing it.

    Welcome them

  • Battery recharges each time connect to the PC

You just bought the clip over and noticed whenever I connect it via USB to my PC to download files, etc, stack of the clip starts automatically reloaded. The duration of the regular cycles of charging battery will not affect my battery life?  I guess there is no way to just connect the clamp to the PC without having time to recharge battery at the same time?

The processor in the Sansa automatically manages battery.  The battery is a lithium-polymer and is quite happy being systematically "topped up" when it is connected to the power, just like a car battery.

The nickel-cadmium battery of the past is probably the most familiar to most users.  These batteries would develop a "memory" at least that systematically rejected.  The new battery like supported, and it is better to load when it is plugged.

You cannot overload the Sansa battery; in fact, the loading process is actually disabled by the processor once done, rather than "trickle charge".

  • Battery recharge because of minor soaking

I rocked a large cup of tea with milk on the upper right of my trusty T61. I turned off and removed the battery, but when I started it all back up, I noticed a minor problem: don't recharge the battery.

Very well, I thought. The battery has drowned. I bought a new battery, but no dice. A new charge or the other. Flashing orange light of futility.

    Power Manager says:

    Status: recharge

    Condition: good

    Charge time of accomplishment: -.

    Temperature: 29 ° C

Something tells me that there is a short circuit between the battery and the rest of the machine. No idea what could be wrong? I have the whole case open and am looking at the innards of the T61 poor now.

Can blow you a fuse, but my guess is that you blew one of the power transistors in this area. Tea is conductive and acid. It is not as bad as pepsi, but it is pretty bad

What should be the duration of battery life when I use the normal power profile? and with the help of constantly internet internet and Ms word.
I hope you can help me

    Hello

I found the same information, but I put t think you can use 4 hours. My opinion is that you can use it two hours. I recommend to set the CPU at a lower level and also check other settings like the brightness of the screen. If you set all these lower-level settings, you can save useful energy and work for long periods.

    Good bye

  • Satellite R830: Question about power for battery usage options

    Hello world

I recently bought a R830-182 (detailed configuration below).
I had to update Windows 7 Home Premium Ultimate because I need to use it on my university network.

My University gives us an upgrade to windows 7 ultimate edition, but I had to do a clean install (from inside Windows 7 Home Edition, copy the upgrade you can do).
The key, with what they gave me would not work with the Windows anytime upgrade utility.

I think that I have installed everything that I need to get the laptop to work, but I'm not sure of the configuration of the battery. The cooling fan seems to be always on, and when the battery reaches 100% charge that he also said that he is in charge.

    My questions are:
    1. is there another program I have to install to allow the computer manage settings of the battery?
    2. do I need to change some settings in the power options?
3 should. what settings I change in power options?

    Any help would be welcome
    Kind regards
    Alex

I think this Toshiba document should help you get the best power settings

Usually if the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator should move from orange to blue (or green).
If it does not then it means that the battery still in charge.

  • Questions about Satellite P200D battery charging

    Hi all
I bought my satellite in March 2008, and after some initial problems with the result having replaced, I have finally been sorted and have had very few problems since. However, in recent days, this is all changed. My battery is now practically refusing to load and run not power off. At the moment its operation off power supply and load, but for the past hour its been hurtling battery.

What going on it when I plug in the AC adapter, the light making goes blue and seeing power begins blue and flashing orange (constantly between the two colors) and the battery light flashes orange. The HARD drive light is also blue.

I don't know if the problem is the battery or another problem with the power actually do to the computer. The fact that it fits as being plugged in all time leads me to believe that the power adapter is not the issue, while its battery not wanting to take new service charges, or another issue with the laptop not properly in the face of the power to be.

Someone at - it ideas? I scoured google and have not been able to find anything on this problem. I bought the laptop through Curry, but I don't want to pay a pound and a half a minute to talk to The Tech Guys, when they most likely wasting time asking me if I rebooted it.

Looks like there could be a hardware problem. Take it to an ASP for warranty repair.

  • Equium M50-164: Question about timer use & battery fan

    Hello!!

Just put your hands on my laptop equium m50-164 today and I wanted to clarify a few issues

    first of all,

I flashed my bios with the latest version and after restarting, fan kicks at full power and has not extinguished until I put the laptop in standby mode, this seemed to fix the problem but fan seems suddenly in much more than compared to before, fortunately the fan isn't the one 100% , but more like 15-20% every 30 seconds or one minute then goes into silent mode the fan does not reach 100%, unless I have do a reboot :),.

I know the fan will accelerate faster based on the use of the processor (thermal) etc. but is this normal? I talked to support and they wanted me to have an immediate replacement, but I said that I would wait a few days to see if she could calm :)

and finally looking at the electricity meter and other software tools there seems to be no calibration of the battery, with previous laptops, I noticed that numeric calculations are made based on the use of the battery and time [i.e. a timer] but with this laptop that I kind find a timer - I would of thought tha any computer laptop has this facility today!

    any advice would help

    see you soon

    Ephid0r UK

    Hi ephid0r

If the Toshiba service makes an instant replacement if you should take it.
Maybe there's something wrong with the hardware or software.

But as Feliks has suggested, you must first reinstall the Toshiba Power Manager.
This utility is responsible for the CPU and the cooling module activations.

PS: The time of battery life indication occurs if you move the cursor over the icon of standby power.

  • Satellite L50 - battery recharge even if it works?

    Hello!

I'm here because I don't know where else to find an answer.

Yesterday, I changed the hinges, the plastic cover and the chassis of a L50. No problem at all.
I have reset the motherboard, disconnect the battery and keeping the start button for a minute or two.

The computer seemed fine. Then after a few hours, I realized that even if the cable is connected and windows battery icon said, connected and charging, its level kept going down, now indicates 0%.

I tried some solutions, like the motherboard reset once again, uninstall Microsoft compatible control ACPI battery but nothing worked. He always gave me 0%.

Even if the battery is less than 2 years and works perfectly well until yesterday, I tried a few tests:

-J' started the computer using cord, no problem. I then removed the cord, the laptop off almost immediately

-J' started the computer using cord, no problem. I disabled ACPI Microsoft compatible control method battery.
I removed the cord, the laptop does not shut down, he kept working.

At this point, more than a question of damaged battery, it looks like a software issue?
Should I leave the computer in charge for a day or two?

I read somewhere that when these batteries fall below a certain threshold they take forever to load.
But I think that maybe I should do this operation keeping ACPI control disabled?

    Thank you!
    Max

At this point, more than a question of damaged battery, it looks like a software issue?

If the battery is connected and the laptop without AC adapter attached, then the battery is not empty and is the office-holder. In this case, I also believe that the problem must be related to the software (compatible ACPI control method battery)

Should I leave the computer in charge for a day or two?

Why not keep the power adapter plugged in for a longer period of time, and after that try to use the laptop with the battery power.

Alternatively, you can try to uninstall compatible ACPI control method battery.
Once the compatible ACPI control method battery driver disappeared (uninstalled), click on the 'Action' menu at the top of the window and select Scan for hardware changes.
This should reinstall the removed driver...

But if it does not solve the problem of battery, keep off compatible ACPI control method battery.

  • Question about Satellite L300 battery

I heard that when the lap top is the power of the adapter, that there is no need battery, you can take off from the top of the tower and keep right on adapter without battery.
    Is this true?

If the AC adapter is plugged you don t need the battery, that of right, but you do need to no delete it.

For example, I often work with AC/DC adapter but I never remove the battery.
