Absolutely no sound!

In windows media player, he said: a number of queued files cannot be played. Nothing works, it's not minor.
I know that pc is very good... I'm not no programmer or something good, but it is said that there is no audio device. When there is! I even had a friends dad put in 5 different sound cards, too. None worked. Zero sound... I just live with this _ and im tired of it; Games are not too good to play, can not read music or anything like that. Searched the Internet for help, it dose all does not work, never... I try to update my material, but it fails. I tried...
Help me please.

Hello kingkane77,

Have you installed driver sound in your PC? (For example:-Realtek AC 97)

After reading your message, it is likely that you have not mention about any audio driver installed.
Only sound cards does not work, you will need software driver (ie. a sound/audio driver) installed on your pc to get sound.

I suggest you first driver install sound/Audio which you can find on the CD provided by your dealer when you buy your computer.

It would work very well then. :)

Thanks and greetings

  • No sound when guitar hung on the macbook air.  entrance monitoring, on strong connections.  Speakers as microphones, strangely, but nothing straightens guitar sound.

    Hi all

I'm operating out of a brand new MacBook Air.  I tried to interfacing with 2 separate 3.5 mm adapters, but also a USB adapter without success.  I have followed input turned on and I am getting no sound what so ever of the guitar.  Strangely, my speakers seem to act like microphones when I am connected, but nothing is to recognize that a guitar is plugged.

Very simple configuration.  The Paul > electric guitar string > guitar string 1/4 in an adapter of > 3.5 mm 3.5 mm adapter into the headphone jack of the computer (also tried USB adapter) > choose the guitar/bass track (also tried audio) > select input 1 (or USB) > monitoring of activated entry = absolutely no sound guitar!

Any guidance here will be very appreciated.

    Thank you!

The headphone jack is an exit, not an entrance and the USB is a digital input, your Les Paul is not digital, so that all the senses.

Get a USB preamp for guitar, connect through that.

    Nice axis incidentally.

My computer information are highest.  I have absolutely no sound from my laptop even if I use headphones.  It makes no noise at all.  Not even windows noises.  He worked earlier today, but I noticed that I had to turn up the volume higher than usual to hear it.  Now, there is nothing.

    Hello

    Try the following.

Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp53001-53500/sp53281.exe

One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you're done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then perform a hard reset for your model as described in document here.

Type far to the esc key that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.

    Kind regards

  • No sound on Dell Latitude D520

Dell Latitude D520 was in a good condition, a few weeks ago, regarding the sound and programming settings, functioned at that time here. Someone handed the laptop down to me and from that point is when I started having problems who never were a problem, all the time that I used it. The main problem is the fact that there is absolutely no sound. I took it to a sales associate at a store that does repairs on computers, who asked me to do a diagnostic check/scan, and when this was complete I discovered a problem under the sounds and Audion devices that joined the "IDT High Definition Audio CODEC" does not properly, so when I went through the troubleshooting instructions , a download started, but was interrupted with a notice reading "continues the instalation of this software may impair or destabilize the functioning of your system, either immediately or in the future." Microsoft strongly reccomends that you stop the installation of this software now and contact the provider of material for software that has passed Windows Logo test. "The sales associate told me that my problem was a change in the sound for some reason or another settings. In the hope that the previous owner might be able to give me some instructions on what changes have been made so that I could directly where to go and what kind of changes, I do, I failed in my attempt to get ANY useful information like that either, because he says he brought no change, so the sound should work. Although it is most certainly not!

I remember that I was in a similar situation some two years back in an attempt to re - install Windows XP on another laptop from my friend. We install everything except the audio. Finally, the technician at the shop could install for us. Now I'm away from the place... So can not go and find out that the man how it install it. It was also a HP laptop only...

I would like to add that the mute button stays red and does not respond when you press.

I have several DVD play all very well with Windows XP.  When I play on my Vista Machine, some play perfectly, but with others the video plays perfectly but there is absolutely no sound.  Even with the volume up in Windows, Windows Media Player, or Windows Media Center.

    Does anyone have a solution?

  • All the troubleshooters NOT working and NO sound

Hello! I have several serious problems that I can't seem to get fixed. First of all my computer has been attacked by a virus on 10/11/14, but my anti-virus (paid Webroot) said it had removed and repaired everything. It happened because I have absolutely no sound. My laptop is old and use Windows 7 Enterprise. I followed every path and the management that I can find, but nothing works. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the sound drivers. My system shows everything works correctly, but there is still no sound. The other major problem is that ALL the troubleshooters fail. I get error 0 x 80131700. What can I do now? Where should I start? Help, please!

    Hello

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft community.

I would like to know some information about the problem so that we can help you better.

    1. What is the brand and model of your computer?
    2. what troubleshooting have you done when you say, 'I followed every path and the management that I can find?

Thank you for details on the question and your efforts to resolve.

It is possible that your computer is still infected by a virus or malware. Convenience stores may also not work because of missing or damaged system files.

I understand you used webroot antivirus to scan your computer.

However, for its issue, I suggest you use Microsoft safety scanner to eliminate any virus or malware that can cause the problem.
    Reference:
    Microsoft safety scanner
    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

    Also see this article:

For the question of troubleshooting, I you suggest to run the system file checker (SFC) and then try to run the troubleshooters.
    Refer to this article:
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
    http://Support2.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

System File Checker is a Windows utility that allows users to find corruptions in Windows system files and restore the damaged files.

I just installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit on my computer that previously had windows xp professional sp3 top.  My motherboard, what I don't know, is an a32gv11c from ASUS with a team of a soundcard SoundMax.  I have absolutely no sound and can't seem to find the drivers for it anywhere.  Y at - there anyone out there that can help me to find the driver I need to get a sound?  Help, please.  Thank you.

I know it's my advice, which means that the hardware manufacturer, who has done this.  The installation for the integrated sound card cd says that the current operating system is not supported, which to me makes sense because this material was released before windows 7.

All documentation is in stock and not accessible.  I looked inside to the motherboard and can't seem to find any useful information pertaining to the brand of it...  I never spent by with any programs driver utility because my model did not appear.

Issues that everyone seems to have is with no sound from sound card after installing windows 7, not just isolated to my sound card.  I have a hard time believing I am eternally screwed with no sound from my computer because of my hardware not supported under windows 7.  There must be a solution out there.  I realize that I should have found that now but can not which is what brought me to this forum.  Someone knows and can help me.

You are not 'for always screwed"- you can always buy and install a sound card which the manufacturer supports their product under Windows 7 - operating system, you choose to run.  The trick is to have a piece taken in charge (by the manufacturer) hardware or software - * under the operating system you choose to run *.

Yep - you've had this old Ford Mustang you bought this Nitro kit for... But now that you have this new Ford Mustang - Nitro kit may not work.

Your only real solution: get a piece of hardware - audio device - supported under Windows 7 by its manufacturer.  Else do you play with fire, may or may not work and even if it does not, could be broken by the next patch or update.  If you have a PCI or PCIe available slot, find a cheap good sound card (trust me - the one you had would have qualified as cheap) and throw it in.  15 USD and up to I guess.

  • Export CSS: Absolute Position

Maybe is just me that I don't know yet how to use Fireworks well but what I find very annoying, when you export to HTML CSS, all the styles for the DIV elements are position using the 'absolute' setting, sounds good, but when you try to insert the result as part of another page he will never look.
is it possible to avoid this? Maybe if the whole image has been locked in a DIV of the principal and the rest will be inside with a position of "relative" to the outer box that works perfectly and can actually use it.
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you

  • Satellite A300 - his stutters when I enable Wi - FI turns

    Hello!

I am owner of a Satellite A300, and almost from the beginning, I noticed some occasional stuttering on the sound.

Really got me bugged with this question, and I tried several times to solve. I even got to the point of resetting the default computer. Sooner or later, the same problem started again.
I even started a thread in the media forum, without a solution for the bug. Even if I had a valuable contribution on an antivirus I've tried and I think is quite good, avira.

Let me describe more accurately 'symptoms:

    * I recently discovered, this annoying behavior isn't random.
    * The stuttering is repeated at the minute, all about the same second every minute.
    * This led me to suspect a certain type of hardware/software cyclical behavior.
    * I guessed the laptop components that could have this kind of cyclical 'check' could be wireless equipment, for example, searching for a kind of networks.
    * Immediately, I turned off the switch.
    * Waiting for this ' second marked "happen and to my surprise, the suttering did not.
    * WAIT a few minutes and the situation remained out of any disruption.
    * then I turned the switch back on and within seconds after 4 or 5, the suttering returned and again the minutes that follow, by the same second.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this problem?
I have to say that sometimes, I am able to have the switch on without problems. In this case (I think) when I start the system with the switch, wait until the system is fully elapsed, turn on the switch and start a had-hoc wifi network that I created on my laptop to share my computer with a dsl connection laptop here at home.

But right now, I booted the system with incidentally on switch (even got stuttering on the welcoming sound of windows) and in this session, I was not able to maintain the switch without the "bug", again. Even if I activate the had-hoc wifi network (i.e. activation worked on other times), I can't get the stuttering sound, without having to press the switch.

    See you soon!

    Hello

What are you writing about? Your laptop starts with windows media player playback music or how to understand this?

I have Satellite A300-1LI in front of me, and I tested it with Vista preinstalled original. Work on my Satellite I like listening to music or simply Internet radio. I can switch on / off WIFI, but there is no difference. Absolutely no sound stuttering.

Believe me, that's not easy to say why this happens. I do not understand why you write about the bug. Why my laptop doesn t have the same bug that your?

This happens when you only use the WLAN switch or when you use the FN + F8 key combination too?

  • Acer aspire e17 options to advance bios where is it how do I unlock it

    Howdy all

Just bought myself the e17 aspire and I use linux and program for android uses android studio that reqquires me to use VT enabled for their emulator.

So I did a kvm - ok and here this is not enabled in the bios, so no problem, I went into the bios and NO ADVANCED OPTIONS either.

    First question is why?

I guess for least developed it wise, but for us who need only option there should be a choice to allow him so we can use it and for all those who need to use a virtual machine, it wouldn't work without it.

So the great qustion here is how the hell show this thing so I can't see the advance options menu in the bios.

Even if there is a hex code which must be turned on (1) which is it?

I can use ghex to this if necessary, but I absolutely need sound for my work and it's the first bios I've seen without an advance in option for the VT to activate it.

So this slows me down now in my work because of this.

I have to get this permit.

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance and please remember I do not use windows at all, it lasted about 8 hours before I almost nut with tons of shortcuts on the hull and normal user interface was not much better either, I use linux.

I just need to activate the hidden pages in the bios the option should be there.

    Sam

lol as usual when it comes to linux no response from the support teams unless there for the weekend.

in all cases I've seen there is a updated bios update ZQN_107 so I installed and updated the bios with freeDOS (linux only here) and there are still no advance or (still hidden) power option but at least it seems that you have the default VT so I can use the KVM for android studio so I guess I can mark it as RESOLVED now.

Just thought I would update this for others who need to use VT or KVM

I still want the options in advance and be able to be UNMASKED if possible.
