  I have a Windows 8.1. About 5 days ago from desktop applications (IE, Chrome, Google Drive Office) has ceased to be able to access the Internet at all.

  Windows parental control have no option to directly block access to the internet in a Windows user account, because the system needs to provide activity reports.   I got McAfee, but the connection has started working again on its own so I thought I was clear of problems.
