Is there a possibility of access to the Internet, surf the web and send emails using the sGPS Betacam in the milestone.

  • Satellite A300D - 13 X - cannot access the internet through wireless

    Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me, try and tell you my problem as clear as possible.

    I am more able to access wireless internet. Tried to conect via the ethernet cable and that does not work either but broadband still work as my PS3 is still accelerating signal and can still connect via WiFi with my phone.

    Everything was working fine one night and the next day nothing!

    I put t know why you are 100% sure that the drivers work correctly if the yellow exclamation point appears in the Device Manager.
    Once again; wireless network adapter appears on Device Manager-> network without any exclamation yellow cards?

    If this isn't the case, then you need to reinstall the WLan driver again!
    The laptop seems to use the WLan-RTL8187B REALTEK card 802.11(B/G) and you need Realtek WLan driver:

    You will need to have the proxy server configured to allow ports looking for the game or, if the game has the option, you can put in your proxy server information in the parameters of the game.

  • I can only access the Internet through a browser. My programs cannot access the internet. Help..?

    I can access the internet without any problem in all browsers, but can program.

    For example, when you try to install Windows Live Essentials, I got an error saying I need to be connected to the Internet (but I already was!) - error: OnCatalogResult: 0x8104000b.

    And another example, I can't use Windows Live Messenger, apparently for the same reason, no internet...

    Some additional info:

    • I tried with an Ethernet connection and a wireless network
    • I also disabled the firewall Windows, but which didn't help either...

    Oh, by the way... I use Windows Vista .

    I forgot to say that my problem has been resolved.

    It was lack of Norton. After the execution of the removal of Norton tool by PC is back online with no problems.

  • VLAN internal cannot access the Internet through PIX501

    Im having problems with my current setup. We have Cat3750 switch which acts as a base for intervlan routing. At the same time, we have PIX501 as a firewall.

    the firewall is configured to statically map our Web server to the external network. The Web server is accessible from outside.

    My problem is the following. Internal users cannot connect to the internet. Each user has been defined with gateway for their assignment of VLANS corresponding. VLAN internal works fine but can not access the internet.

    Also, all users within our network cannot ping inner (192.168.1.7) address of the Web server. the Web server is directly connected to the switchport aboard PIX.

    Our facility is the following: modem DSL - PIX 501 - Cat3750 (InterVLan routing) - access switches.

    Pleasee see connected PIx and Cat3750 running config or reference.

    Add a default route on your 3750 score inside the PIX interface.

    I used Google to find a solution as to why guest (Ubuntu) cannot access the internet. Host system is Windows XP. None of the solution has not worked for me. Solutions that worked for others: 1 activation NAT 2. Allowing the shared internet connection

    I think the problem is that my host and guest use different subnet masks default (respectively 255.255.0.0 255.255.255.0 vs) assigned by DHCP. The host's configuration manually to use the same subnet mask doesn't help either. I guess that I have it configured incorrectly.

    Your configuration looks like, it has been changed manually! Default vmnet8 (NAT) on the host computer has an IP address like 192.168.x.1/24, comparable to vmnet1 (Host-Only). I suggest that restore you the configuration to its default settings that should work as expected.

  • Unable to see the computers in the workgroup or server to print to my HP laptop, but I can all ping and access the internet through the router.

    I have a laptop HP with XP pro. I have a network with 2 computers laptops (Dell and HP), 1 office and 1 DP300U DLINK print server with a static IP address. I use a LINKSYS WRT110 router. Everything is connected through this router. I can ping ALL laptops, the office and the print server. I can access internet from all laptops and office. All THE MACHINES are in the same workgroup. Only from my DESKTOP (XP HOME), I can click on FAVORITES NETWORK, click VIEW group of WORK COMPUTERS and I can see the other compters and the print server. However, since my computer Dell laptop or HP LAPTOP (XP PRO) I can PING the router and the journal in it, all the other machines and print server but can NOT SEE THE OTHER COMPUTERS or ACCESS THE PORTABLE HP computer or the other laptop. I turned off all firewalls and firewall McAfee (PORTABLE HP computer) and still no joy. I think that there is a box ticked somewhere or the one that is checked and who should not, but I can't find out where it is or something else to look at. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Have used firefox for ages w / no problem - this morning, firefox will not have internet access - modem and the router are fine, inernet explore what access very well.     They did something with firefox 3.6.8, which upsets the McAffee Firewall currently. Since the upgrade, I get the firewall Alerts pop ups. If you click on the block (which could have your children), then Firefox will be blocked completely.

    If you dig in the McAffee Firewall tools-> program authorities, you will likely find that Firefox listed as "blocked."

    On my machine, the entry is for 'Free' only and I now get alerts. I think they will disappear if I switch it to "Full". But I'm reluctant to do this, why a browser should accept incoming connections, why this change has been made and what benefit is it for us as users?

  • Cannot access the Internet through WET610N to E4200

    I have a number of devices which do not have the built-in wifi and WET610N allows you to connect wirelessly to the Internet.  It worked with WRT610N router, but when I upgraded to router E4200 to Internet access no longer works for WET610Ns.

    Internet access works very well with the adapter wireless from my computer, but the WET610N tests on my computer port ethernet confirms unable to connect to the Internet.  Utility says Windows Server Troubleshooting DNS cannot be found.

    Seems you have to assign a static IP address to each client using a bridge to connect wirelessly to the network of E4200.  You can have the IP address of the client in the list of booking E4200 DHCP.  The client will not have access to the Internet if their IP address in the DHCP reservation list.

    I have a big thank you to Linksys support for not sharing this information.  Try to put the blame on the bridge wireless and then try to charge me support because my WET610Ns were no longer under warranty.

    Hi, I recently bought a method 3 G USB wifi router. I connected physically on my desktop and internet wifi works very well. However I have problems to get access to the internet using my laptop Vista. The laptop is a connection for the wireless network connection, but that's what I get. Any ideas what is the problem?

    On my system, I connect them BOTH to the wireless network connection AND Internet (there are separate connections for each installation) on my laptop wireless.  If I don't connect to the Internet, I'm just locally connected to the wireless network.  If I am not connect to the wireless connection, I can't connect to the Internet.  I know not how your needs to be installed, but that is probably the problem.  You may add an internet connection for your laptop, and then connect both to achieve a good connection.

  • Routing access to Internet through an IPSec VPN Tunnel

    I installed a VPN IPSec tunnel for a friend's business. At his desk at home, I installed a Cisco SA520 and at it is remote from the site I have a Cisco RVS4000. The IPSec VPN tunnel works very well. The remote site, it can hit all of its workstations and peripheral. I configured the RVS4000 working in router mode as opposed to the bridge. In the Home Office subnet is 192.168.1.0/24 while the subnet to the remote site is 192.168.2.0/24. The SA520 is configured as Internet gateway for the headquarters to 192.168.1.1. The remote desktop has a gateway 192.168.2.1.

    I need to configure the remote site so that all Internet traffic will be routed via the Home Office. I have to make sure that whatever it is plugged into the Ethernet on the RVS4000 port will have its Internet traffic routed through the Internet connection on the SA520. Currently I can ping any device on the headquarters of the remote desktop, but I can't ping anything beyond the gateway (192.168.1.1) in the Home Office.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi William, the rvs4000 does not support the tunnel or esp transfer wild-card.
