  At this point, control of the media and the Image control can only view videos and images that are hosted on a web server. So the video streaming is not possible at this stage. You may be able to simulate streaming by using a camera to capture images and record these images in a directory that is hosted by a web server. Then your Web UI Builder application you can programmatically load the images in the order at a desired rate (assuming that the file naming scheme image are known). Depending on your application, this may or may not be enough.

• Capture camera IMAQ via DAQmx trigger operation

  I thought I could re - this poster in this forum to see if I get more ideas!

  I work with a PCIe-1427 card connected by link to a camera (SUI Goodrich) and also using a card PCI-6731 to which I attached a connection block M SCC-68 series.

  I managed to write code to control the .avi capture the camera and write separate code to control the lighting of optical switch connected to the SCC-68.

  The two lines of the optical switch Relay different info and I will in turn present this information to the camera for analysis.  Ideally, I'd like to trigger the acquisition of the capture of the camera with the optical switching so that each image contains information of a single channel only, but I still fell in the integration of the operation of DAQmx meter with IMAQ camera code.

  Is this possible?  I see 1 previous post by using a RTSI cable can I connect the two devices together (or alternatively use the DAQmx to produce a trigger on the digital).  Can someone offer information or an example on how to route signals via the RTSI to IMAQ DAQmx?  Also do I tuned regarding the generation of pulses to the switch that allows signals to pass through RTSI?

  I find it by running my camera and counter code in vi even both will work (not in sync)-if I connect the RTSI and select the camera settings to accept the RTSI triggers, if it was a simple solution?

  I would greatly appreciate any ideas you may have. my time runs out very quickly and is really distressing.

  If I understand what you try to do in VI you attached, you want the output of the counter of the task DAQ to serve the trig by buffer task it IMAQ via RTSI.

  To do this, use the property node of channel DAQmx to configure the output terminal of the impulse to be RTSI 0:

  Select property > counter output > Pulse > output terminal

  B. change the node property to write.

  C. create a constant and select/Dev1/RTSI0

  On your IMAQ configure Trigger VI, RTSI value as type, set to 0 the number of line, set the action to trigger each buffer and set the polarity to rising edge.

  Oh yes, make sure to connect the RTSI cable for two cards.  I forgot that before and felt really stupid later.

  I have a Camera Link camera and a NI1427 Council. I need to change the shutter speed by program during an inspection. Is it possible to change the attributes of the Interior VBAI camera?

  I have seen a few examples for Firewire cameras and Camera Link cameras do not use IMAQdx, IMAQ simply. Is it possible to send commands to the camera inside VBAI? Is it possible to call a LabView VI that was to change the camera settings? Thanks for your help!

  Thanks for the input Brad. In fact, I realized another way to change the exposure through VBAI.

  It turns out that my camera camera (Sony XCL-5000) link has a mode in which the shutter speed can be controlled by a trigger pulse width.

  In IMAX, I changed the following attributes of the camera:

  Mode of operation-> pulse width

  Source of relaxation-> Camera Link

  Duration of exposure-> 7ms

  Then I put CC1 to "switch 0.

  In VBAI, I have configured step to acquire images at:

  Triggered-> checked image acquisition

  Trigger-> external 0 line

  -> Rising edge polarity

  I thought I'd be able to use the stage to generate impulses, but the width cannot be changed programmatically. So I use two measures of e/s of read/write with a time delay between the two. The first read/write IO affects 0 ane high external line that second place low. The value of the delay can be changed using a control variable. The pulse width resulting is probably not the most accurate, but it works for my application because I want to just increase the exposure when the picture is too dark and decreases when it is too bright.

  I'm trying to acess IP Axis 207MW network camera and I can't seem to understand how to communicate with the camera. I know it's possible because I saw a high school using this type of camera for FIRST Robotics. LabVIEW provided the files to do, I don't have these vi. Right now I use linux command called wget to get the picture from the IP address. However, it is very slow and delayed. Can someone explain to me how to better communicate with my camera? Thank you.

  Customize the page to extende the controller to the header: level of commitment to set.

  Instead of the standard gamepad - oracle.apps.ak.attach.webui.AkAttachUploadCO, attach your custom controller.

  Custom controller will have the code to check the attachment MIME type and throw an error if not valid.

• Corrupted images captured new 5 d Mark III

  I had two images corrupted during the shoot with my new 5 d Mark III... I used 45mbps sandisk extreme SD card and the mode was only to JPEG (fine). After obtaining two corrupted images I shoot 1 k images but no problem after... Later, I copied these images in my HARD drive except two all corrupted images are looked nice... My question is what was the real problem? Thank you in advance...

  I would advise at least do a quick format in camera each time you insert a memory card (or just after download) If you use the USB cable to transfer your images.

  The format in camera prepares the memory card for use, configure it with certain structures of necessary files and writing about the old files.

  If you never format in the computer, always re - format in your camera before shooting. It is possible that the computer will not configure the card in a way that will work correctly in the camera.

  Usually corrupt images are due to map or connectivity problem when downloading. If you see corruption in the camera, so I suspect the card first (it is defective, it is misconfigured or something out there is the cause of a conflict).

  I damaged once a number of images on a Compact Flash opening memory card door and pulling the card too quickly, while the last image or both was still written. It damaged about 1/3 of the images on the card, not only the last of them taken. Initially all the images on the map were illegible, until I ran a recovery program. Who has been able to repair about 2/3 of the images to about 200 to 300 images, if I remember correctly.

  The issue of corruption worse than I had (in ten years digital shooting almost exclusively, nearly 20 years ago, some digital shooting), was because of connectivity issues. I had a card reader connected to a USB hub. He took off the hub and plugged directly into the USB port of the computer and the problem was solved.

  It is possible, but rare enough that the camera itself is causing occasional corrupted files. Usually the camera begins to shake the corrupted files, if most or all of the images... not just an occasional. I keep an eye on it and if it continues to happen, first try a different memory card. If it continues to happen with another card, the camera is looking at.

• New mouse does not work - mousepad to blame?

  I bought a new iMac with El Capitan on the matter in February.

  Yesterday the mouse started to act strange.  It will only move the cursor vertically and not horizontally.

  I tried to figure out why, and it seems that it is the mouse pad, I use which is causing the problem.   When to use the mouse pad, it is where the problem occurs.  But without the mouse pad, the cursor can go in all directions as usual.

  I use this mousepad everything with no problems until yesterday.  Someone at - he ever heard of something like that?  It may have something to do with static electricity?

  My first suspicion would be a faulty mouse. It carries the same warranty as the Mac, it came with.
