• 2014 creative cloud on Yosemite Beta 2 installation

  I just bought a creative cloud plan and installed CC 2014 on OS X Yosemite 10.10 beta 2; However, the CC app does not work.  I tried all of the fixes listed here, but nothing worked. I just get the wheel rotates forever.  I realize that Yosemite is not officially supported, but I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and solved it.

  

  I didn't do any of your corrections, but the CC app started working today.  I'm guessing that Adobe fixed something on the backend.

  As the title suggests, CC is installed ok, but recently, the bar of menus or application window is totally blank. No simple solution?

• I need help for Lightroom CC for the launch of the creative cloud. 5 Lightroom always throws, but Lightroom CC only run my applications folder. I use a MacBook Pro of the retina Yosemite running. Also 6 CS PS does not refresh.

  I've deleted and reinstalled creative cloud and all my applications. I upgraded from LR LR CC 5 but LR CC doesn't launch since the launch of office about LR 5 CC CC Desktop App, but also PS CC & PS 14 CC. LR CC will launch only in my applications folder. I can not also updated PS CS6. My desktop CC app had a '1' next to the icon for so long and this is an update for PS CS6 but it still fails. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the apps again, but he is not always up to date. I even opened CS6 PS in my applications folder and tried to update there, but still, it would not work and gave me the error:

  13.1.2 for cloud creative Photoshop

• Help! All creative Cloud applications crashing on launch!

  Everything was working fine until 2 days ago, and then all of a sudden, Indesign crashed on launch. I tried Photoshop and Illustrator, both crashed the launch.

  It works on a new MacBook Pro the retina (just a few weeks) OSX Yosemite 10.10.2

  Looking on the Forums I know many other people's / have experienced similar problems with crash CC apps.

  I tried suggested possible solutions, starting with deleting the preferences etc files, disconnect and check-in CC and also uninstalling CC entirely, running CC cleaner and then reinstall everything. It still does not.

  Was an agent of Adobe yesterday working remotely is trying to solve the problem, just do the same uninstall/reinstall, but also works in root.

  Tried another cat with some Adobe agents today and get told there my mac, there is no problems with CC apps (!)

  Well, I have some massive problems with them: they are constantly crashing and helps the person to sort. Adobe do not seem to take it seriously.

  Suggestions welcome...

• Mac Yosemite creative cloud errors: IND, HAVE, PSD, FireFox. scrolling, drop down menus, look at one, paved, etc..

  I am running OS X Yosemite with creative cloud. I ran a patch system today with the IND, AI and PSD update. I have the following problems before and after the system and application upates:

  • When opening some HAVE, in the drop-down menu where you select the type of file/size (e.g. print, video, etc.), when I click on the arrow down to expand the dropdown menu, wildly, he travels all options without stopping, and does not allow me to choose an element, even if I try to use text or upper and down arrows on my keyboard.
  • In Firefox, I tried to go to the Adobe forums. When it was time to select the drop down menu to what is the app that I wanted, same problem: uncontrolled scrolling and unable to select an item by using arrows or text input.
  • In IND:
    • Command + 0 or + 1 command do not work: instead the page of document is moved to the left of the screen so that some of the page is removed from the view. This cannot be corrected by using the scroll bar: no matter what I do, the page view bounces on this position.
    • Find and replace: does not. Same issues with menu drop down as mentioned earlier for Amnesty International and FireFox.

  • The creative cloud app: 80% of the time, I can't get it to open. Sometimes, it does.
  • I rebooted, disconnected my external keyboard and monitor, replace the batteries of my mouse and put to update all software.
