Process data XML of LV

Hi, SPANKING NEW GUY BRAND here, with what is probably a Newb question entirely:

Formula: LabView and TestStand 2014

In Labview, I have a VI that extracts data from an XML file, the Treaty and spits out another XML file

The result is:

Name gross Score, rank

To the test, I want to run the VI, take the output file and report

Name Grade, Pass (/Fail) based on the raw score...< 60="">

All I could do successfully is to create a report with all the elements of the output XML (1 item per line)

Thus,.

1. is there a way to create a report with more then 1 item per line of return?

[Have

Name: John

Score: 100

Grade: A

Name: Fido

Score: 50

Category: F

...

wanted:

John, A, Pass

Fido, F, Miss

...]

2. how to read & USE the XML data, producing an item that was not in the XML file?

Let's say you have a LabVIEW code that creates 3 tables for name, raw score, and rank by doing the analysis it seems that you are already able to do.

In TestStand, you use a loop For for each element of the 3 tables.  Then, you have a None any adapter that is a test of numerical limit.  The Source of data for this step is the raw score and limits less than 60.  In the expression of the post, you can add the line Step.Name = name [i] + ', ' + Grade [i].  (I is the index of your loop.)

I don't think I understand what you get your second question.

  • Merge two files of system-jazn-"Data.xml"

    Hello

I have a system-jazn-"Data.xml" from Apps BI 7.9.6.4 sized * 1291 KB * (having financial, HR, EAM Analytics) Note: a new installation and no changes have been made in safety.

Now for EAM Analytics, there is a bug and all application roles are not present in the policy store and apply a patch Patch 16321623 which just States copy the new file system-jazn-"Data.xml" to the location of fmwconfig (see ) doc 1548988.1 )
Problem is that the size of the system-jazn-"Data.xml" is * 342 kb.*

Looks like both of these system-jazn-"Data.xml" should be merged. (don't know, maybe this 342KO file contains all application roles)
Need advice here... as for what I'd do here. ?

    Thank you
    Ashish

See that there is no problem if you replace, just take the backup or rename the existing _old and copy a new. Even when I installed the OBIA on windows machine on top of some OBIEE dummy to generate the folders (biapps) of informatica, dac, RPD, catalogue files metadata then afterwards I got the file from the file 800ko and according to the guidelines of the oracle, I need to replace the one that is generated with OLIVIER on top on OBIEE which is only 320 kb file I simply replaced it na not thorw errors/problems until now. So I m confident enough to replace the file.

See this link http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E20490_01/bia.7963/e19038/windows_ic.htm#BABDCEGC paragraph 4.17 applying the security policy of the Oracle BI Applications to the BI domain

If your BI EE deployed with the Oracle's Applications of BI system is different from the BI EE system used to install some Applications of BI from Oracle, you must apply to the security policy of the domain of BI on BI EE system deployed by following the steps below.

If your BI EE deployed with the Oracle's Applications of BI system is the same as the BI EE system used to install some Applications of BI of Oracle, then the installer of Oracle's Applications of BI performs this configuration automatically.

To apply the security policy of the Oracle BI Applications to the BI domain:

Note: Machine is the machine system. B is the deployment machine.

Stop all processes in the system of BI EE. More precisely:

    the Administration Server

+ (if there is a cluster) all managed servers in the cluster bi_cluster +.

    all processes managed opmn

On computer B, save and rename the existing DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/system-jazn-data.xml.

For example, if the root folder of BI EE is named OracleBIEE11g, then the folder location of the field (on Windows) can be C:\OracleBIEE11g\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\config\fmwconfig.

Copy the jazn file Applications of BI of Oracle machine machine B to DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig A ORACLE_HOME/biapps/admin/provisioning/system-jazn-data.xml.

Start all processes in the BI EE system for security of Oracle's Applications of BI policy take effect. More precisely:

    the Administration Server

+ (if there is a cluster) all managed servers in the cluster bi_cluster +.

    all processes managed opmn

  • tags of the query return data XML XML to lose

I have a recordset returned by SQL Server 2005 by using a stored procedure. One of the fields is XML. When I left this field in my cfm page, all the XML tags are gone. I don't know where they get lost or how to get back them. I need to process this XML using a XSLT stylesheet so that only part of the XML data is displayed. Any ideas? Thank you!

Oh! You're right - thank you! I thought that my XSLT was not working, but it was.

I changed the XSLT to display the data in HTML and it's all good. Thanks again!

  • Control of process data HFM

    Hello

I use HFM 11.1.2.3 requests. I have a question about the control of process data HFM.

For example, Japan entity has 3 Level0 member (A, B, C). I would like to present the data for only two members (A and B). Is it possible to start the process to ensure that the members of A and B. I want to ignore C member.

I've known of all members of the child must be at the same level to promote at the level of the examination. But I need to know if there are no opportunities.

    Thank you

    Michel k

Yes, you can start only A and B, but when you are finished with your consolidation and want to submit, to publish and to lock the parent (Japan) entity, you will also need to submit, to publish and to lock the C entity (for example, disabling his account of validation)

Any help why this configuration works on production envirement?

    My system-jazn-"Data.xml" has entered correct...

Finally, I found... Administrator develop new envirement and they use java 1.8 (WTF). Have to kill them immediately after to write this post...

I found that the search to setDomainEnv.sh

Changed start at 1.6 and all works like magic... IM really surprised that start weblogic with java 8 and generate strange symtomps with authentication...

I thank all of you for the help

  • Install PT8.53 with Linux question: connection process Data Mover and application designer

    People,

Hello. I install PeopleTools 8,53 Internet Architecture.

Server database is the database Oracle 11 GR 1 material.

Operating system is Oracle Linux 5.

I installed successfully JDK7, WebLogic Tuxedo 11 GR 1 material and PeopleTools 8,53 10.3.6, in Oracle Linux 5.

I've been setting up of database PeopleTools8.53. Because the Wizard installation problem, I created PeopleTools 8,53 database manually by using starter PT853 Oracle database instance. I have run the following scripts:
    (1) utlspace.sql
    (2) dbowner.sql
    (3) ptddl.sql
    (4) psadmin.sql
    (5) psroles.sql
    (6) connect.sql

Then, we perform Data Mover script in a Windows XP Client computer to fill the PeopleTools PT853 database machine Linux Sever instance.

I installed Oracle Database 11 g 2 client for 32-bit Windows XP 64 - bit Windows virtual machine and run it successfully.

In Oracle Linux 5 Server Machine Net Manager:

    Service name: PT853
    Connection type: default database
    "TCP/IP Protocol".
    Host name: 192.168.196.102
    Port name: 1521

    Listener: LISTENER
    Protocol: TCP/IP
    Host: 192.168.196.102
    Port: 1521

I test the Service PT853 with "SYSADM" username and password "SYSADM". The connection is successful.

In the Windows XP Client computer, the information in the Net Manager is the same, and the connection is successful as well. Its details are as below:

    NET Service Name: PT853
    Protocol: TCP/IP
The host of the database Machine name: 192.168.196.102
    Port number: 1521
Name of the Basic Service: PT853
    Connection type: default database

This means that Windows XP can connect to Oracle Linux 5 successfully. But in the computer Windows XP Client, Data Mover and application designer cannot open a session in PT853 Instance of database in the Linux Server machine. Its details are below:

    Configuration manager:
    Type of database: Oracle
    The database name: PT853
    User ID: SYSADM
    Connect ID: people
    Connect password: people

    Data Mover:
    Type of database: Oracle
    User ID: SYSADM
    Password: SYSADM

    Application Designer:
    Type of database: Oracle
    User ID: SYSADM
    Password: SYSADM

When connect Data Mover and application designer, I got the same error:

ORA - 12154:TNS: can not resolve the connect identifier specified. Invalid user ID and password for the access code.

According to my understanding, process connection Data Mover and the application designer requires 3 tables in SQL Server: PSOPRDEFN, PSACCESSPRFL, PSSTATUS. I'm not sure the process of connecting to the Oracle database. I checked the database PT853 instance in Linux, and there is only one table "PSDBOWNER" created by the scripts.

    My question is:

Can any folk tell me the connection process Data Mover and Oracle database application designer? Requires only one table "PSDBOWNER"?

    Thank you.

Oh my, many mistakes action here. If PSDBOWNER doesn't have a line, it must be solved at the time that the error came out. The replacement by SYSADM first why? Why is complaining already existing SYSADM? Most likely, you HAVE created manually, where you shouldn't.

Again and again the same story. And again, sorry to say but you should take the basics of Linux training, Oracle training bases and sorry to be hard but reading training as well to read correctly the Peopletools Installation Guide where all required steps are really described in details.

I don't think anyone can help you across the network in this respect,

    Nicolas.

  • Conversion in failure "the reconfiguration of processing data store.

I'm trying to convert a Windows XP SP3 machine that has one partition D:. When I try to convert, it fails to stage "Transformation of the reconfiguration data store" with an error indicating "FAILURE: unable to find the system volume, reconfiguration is not possible." I checked the boot.ini file and it seems to be ok, however when I run a Spotmau CD to try to make some recovery/survey to see what the problem is, it shows Windows is on C:, and in the conversion process step that says "Drive to update for the layout of the destination volume letters" goes and comes without error , so I guess that converter is changing the drive letter, that is all pipe up. Can I prevent converter to change the drive letter, or can I change afterwards?

  • When the redeployment, jazn-"Data.xml" crushes users the App provides on Weblogic

    Hello world

    I use
    -JDeveloper 11.1.2.1.0
    -Weblogic 10.3.5

I found that when I transferred a request, it seemed that whatever the roles that I have setup in the Console of Administration WebLogic for users who are not defined in the jazn of application data, gets crushed by the data from jazn-Application data

    for example
I have an application with jazn-"Data.xml", defined as follows:
    -Creation of 4 users
-Created the company 3 roles (role of customer, NormalRole, ReadOnlyRole)
-Assigned 4 users to roles of business as a result
-Given the workflow, Web Page and ADF entity as a result object

If I configure the 5th, 6th, 7th and so on users through the Console of Administration WebLogic and grant them a role (i.e. NormalRole). As soon as I redeploy the application, all users (except 4 which are defined in the jazn-data application) seem to lose the delivered business role that I gave earlier in the Console of Administration WebLogic.

It's not ideal because we always maintain user through the Console of Administration WebLogic (so we can add / remove / update user information at any time, rather than having to do it by changing jazn-Application data and do a redeployment). Is that what I was wrong? I tried excluding the jazn-"Data.xml" during deployment, but the application does not work. What should I do to prevent this?

    Thanks for any information.

    Kind regards
    Andi

You are aware of the request-> Application-> deployment 'Deployment of Security Options' properties, particularly checkboxes to crush the security on the deployment objects?

  • migration of system-jazn problem-"Data.xml"

Hello! I use 10.3.5 WebLogic and JDeveloper 11.1.1.5.
We have created the "ADF_server" on stand-alone WebLogic managed server and now we are trying to secure deployment ADF application to it.

After deploying secure ADF application (secured by the safety of the ADF) AdminServer on stand-alone WebLogic, System-jazn-"Data.xml" is properly set up. It inserts the tag application with all users, roles of application and the company and its mappings. But when I deploy to managed 'ADF_server' no companies role configurations, application or user of the application are inserted into the system-jazn-"Data.xml".

Everybody recognizes the problem and especially the sollution? That has something to do with permissions? I also tried to give permissions of reading / writing to system-jazn-"Data.xml" at all, but it does not help.
    Thanks for any helpful info.

In a production environment allowing political security to be overwritten when deploying on a managed server is a security hole. That's why he behaves like that.
Use EM or migrateSecurityStore script to migrate policies.

  • Add a user in the system-jazn-"Data.xml" file

I have an ADf application (developed in JDeveloper 10.1.3.3).
It implements security using xml. (jazn.xml points to the system-jazn-"Data.xml")

In the system-jazn-"Data.xml", I have entries like -

no idea what are these entries and why they are here.

    Hello

as it appears, it comes to forwarding password for a data source. In order to avoid the definitions of data source by clear text password, the defined data sources use an entry in the system-jazn-"Data.xml" where they are encrypted.

  • Recursive data xml with xmltable()?

    Hi all

I have the following XML and want to store in a relational manner, preserving the hierarchy...

The problem is, each line item can have a number any of 'name of the rowset = 'content' ' children. And the line items in there may have once again any number of children of 'content '. And so on. Depth is unknown, unlimited.

    Is this feasible?

I'm looking for is to get the hierarchical data, sort of itemid locationid parent_itemid - so that I can process the data normally in a relational manner using hierarchical queries to Oracle.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello Stefan,

First of all, please always give your version of the database (all four digits).
You can use XMLTable so I guess you're on 10 gr 2 or higher.

Here's a solution involving an XQuery query to retrieve the parent row, assuming that the XML file resides in the variable 'v_xmldoc' of XMLType:

    SELECT x.*
    FROM XMLTable(
         'for $i in /eveapi/result//rowset/row
          return element r {
            $i,
            element parentID { data($i/../../@itemID) }
          }'
          passing :v_xmldoc
          columns
            itemID number path 'row/@itemID',
            parent_itemID number path 'parentID',
            locationID number path 'row/@locationID',
            typeID number path 'row/@typeID',
            quantity number path 'row/@quantity',
            flag number path 'row/@flag'
         ) x
    ;
