Application of office creative cloud on MAC OSX Yosemite 10.10.5 keeps me a disconnection or stopping

I am running Mac OSX 10.10.5 Yosemite and the creative desktop application cloud keeps disconnect me or stopping about 5 minutes after I connect. I asked the support, but no results and they said for me to log out of the application and sign. Problem still exists. Help!
