accidentally deleted datafile empty at the OS level and have no backup of it!

Oracle 11G

Hello
After you create a new data file, it was accidentally deleted at the level of the OS (AIX).
Because it was new there is no backup of it.
Now, tablespace think there is 3 files of data in it, but one of them is missing.

Is it possible to recreate an empty data file on-the-fly?
He left me the value of offline data file, but it wouldn't let me do anything else.

Now, my backups fail as he acknowledges:
"the State of the database file is RECOVER"

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

No problem, recover a file that has never been backed up is a standard training exercise (at least, that's if are trained by me :)))
Just do this:

create datafile 'fully_qualified_file_name' as 'fully_qualified_file_name' ;
recover datafile 'fully_qualified_file_name' ;
alter database datafile 'fully_qualified_file_name' online;

This create a new empty, based on the definition of the missing file and apply all do it again because it has been created. without loss of data.
