Account assets cloud but stuck in the limbo of serial number

I have an active subscription to cloud, but I'm stuck in limbo trial/activation/serial number. It is quite frustrating. 1 day trial a popup appeared I was hoping for was some sort of bug fix update. Now the trial (!) has expired and he asks me a serial number. Tried to disable them with another application, but has been disabled in help. I did all the facilities through the application manager. This is a clean install on the Mac. I used on inscription on an old CS4 license I have to discount.

Help needed immediately!
