  A day before the sending of this email I had to update my details anyway to cause to be poor and scrapping finally enough to pay for the last months payment.

  I want to cancel my clues, but because I update my info a day before receiving this email, I believe that I renewed it without knowledge.
  If that's the case I want to terminate now because it WAS LATE IN BEING SENT to ME.

  I am literally seeing red because of the amount of circles, I followed trying just to get in touch with their customer support. Something that seems just no bloody which does not exist.

  I opened a new account hotmail 2 days ago, as the computer Windows 7 brand new did not support my Outlook Express email address existing. I then sent (or tried to) all my friends informing them of the change of address and almost immediately got blocked as a spammer. I came here yesterday and finally managed to get unlocked. If I had not had the intelligence to google the error message disturbing, I haven't discovered that I had been blocked at first. However, it now seems that I can only access my new hotmail address via messenger. Trying to enter directly via windows live mail results in a window that appears displays the new account and a former account hotmail of emergency set, even if I asked for the old one be closed yesterday. I want to just keep the new hotmail account and for the old disappear now and not have to wait 270 days or so that I didn't need it to be for 2 hotmail accounts. Settting upward the new hotmail email was more traumatic than other issues relating to the evolution of my computer. It is quite normal for a new account holder you need to send a lot of people immediately to inform them of his developments without such problems. Also, is there no way that holders hotmail account can contact hotmail to report any difficulties? I don't mind sharing my problems with others if it helps, but I'm unable to disclose specific information about my account.

  I encounter this problem by which I am unable to update my account settings that the 'Billing address' section I have to choose a 'State' even if I'm not from the USA. I noticed that the format of mobile phone number is too different. I'm from Singapore (Asia) and I can't seem to change the location of origin of my phone on my background.

  For this reason, I am stuck without being able to install anything new on my phone, and regardless if it's a paid or free app, because I have to "Check payment information" before I can install anything. I have no idea how this change in the USA even happened, didn't know it until I got the notification update settings. I use the phone for more than 6 months now.

  Would be very happy for any help I can get, or if this has been asked before. I tried Googling on this issue and explore the settings on my phone, nothing helps...

  I have this problem and it is quite ridiculous and very frustrating. My wife was using an old account of Skype that I linked to his new xbox live ID a couple of years. No problem at all for 2 years and then last week, as the Skype account was suddenly suspended. His only use of Skype is to talk to his mother abroad each week, so I tried to fix it for her.

  I filled out the form but no matter what info I get I get just an email two days later saying my data is not good enough on behalf of output. They suggested that I have create a new account and link this one instead. The problem is that I need to connect to the suspension Skype account on skype.com to untie and forcing me to use perfectly valid MS account my wife to do. This redirects to the Skype account recovery page and this circle completely stupid of pain comes to an end. I need to recover an account that I am not allowed to recover just if he can UNTIE a valid PAY XBOX LIVE GOLD account! This is beyond stupid xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  The appropriate design would allow me to control the Skype done to dissociate from the normal ms account administration pages. This account is - once again - very well. I don't know yet why the Skype account was suspended after 2 years of valid use on xbox it anyway. We do not know what magical details, let Skype admins remove the suspension. I could not even connect to make this post using the account of my wife because it redirects to the recovery page, lol. I am connected using my normal personal gold account. Skype account ID my wife is [private information removed by Moderator] , just in case the admins read this and have mercy on us.

  I don't have access to the old account. I'm perfectly willing to create a new and a link to account however valid to my wife. Please help, because management refuses to do anything.

  My account has a kind of parental block on it.  I can't change my "friends".  My account has been hacked by a person and a bunch of friends said that I have not or use, with names/Arabic text.  I deleted the email addresses of pirates and added my laptop, but I have not been able to remove the parental block.   I'm 37 and my parents have no access, authority over, or understand, my email address.
