ACCOUNT - NOT ORDER, STOPPED CANT FIND ORDER NUMBER

Hey Adobe,

I ordered LightRoom4 for my daughter (I have the order number) and its processor was too old to manage updates of the mac software needed to operate the LR4, so she just bought a new computer and wish to install on your new computer. Previously, it has downloaded and became an error message telling him she couldn't open the installer to install the software. Now that she has a computer up to date, we would like to install the purchased product we have not yet been able to use, but it is not showing in my history of orders or downloads more. Help, please. (I tried to call but was less impressed by the telephone service automated that not using the download/order/account options!) Not a happy customer.)
