  Nevermind found the solution...                                                                                                              Follow the steps below. (Please be careful when you handle the electrical components of the computer such as batteries and power adapters)

I had a Bios 2.05 2.03 intead and I had to install 2.05 before making updates. I recommend you seriously all the people who use the S7-392 to strictly follow the installation procedure for Windows 8.1 mentioned on the Acer site.

  Please update your Bios to 2.05 before installing something new, especially a new anti-virus.
