  iPhone SE, with 10 iOS and iTunes Remote version 4.3 (updated 15/09/16).

  1. launch iTunes on iPhone Remote

  2. Select homeshared iTunes library (12.5.1.21 iTunes, iMac ~ 2012, OS X v 10.11.6).)

  3. menu open airplay

  4. Select second device besides iTunes (in my case, it was an Airport Express)

  iTunes on the iMac immediately crashes.

  This started happening with iOS 10. It was not fixed with the recent update of Remote.app.

  All I have this problem or found a way to solve it?

  I have the same problem. The same thing on my iPad as well. I don't know if the problem is the iOS app or the latest version of iTunes that came out at the same time.

  In recent years we have used a Mac as a media server running iTunes controlled by the iOS app with multiple speakers airplay throughout the condo. Often, sometimes with less satisfactory results, including frequent falling output and often pregnant airplay of iHome requiring a reset.

  When the Apple music came out we have signed with enthusiasm, because, you know, everything Apple 'just works' together. Only, the remote iTunes iOS app indeed does not yet support Apple's music. Yes I know I can 'add music' my library, but all the music discovery needs to be done on iOS or OS X. But hey, looks like the remote app has least support for the Radio Apple... uh, oops, not with this latest version.

  Now it feels like the final straw... Sonos integrated music Apple support now before remote App. Apple own, Question is, is anyone know if Apple intends to add support for Apple's music for the iOS client application?

  I guess I do not understand your question completely. The remote supports all the features as Apple TV iTunes playlist. Make sure you have 'Home Sharing' enabled in iTunes preferences and on the remote app.

  What about adding music or playlists and others, use you iTunes and the music for this. ITunes of photo and music as a CD drive giant and the Remote App as your remote control. Once you have loaded your music on your "giant CD player' using the remote for playback, Start, Stop, search, Play artist, play by playlist, etc.

• Remote app can't find Apple TV 4

  I can't the IOS App Remote on my iPhone to connect to Apple TV4.

  -iPhone and ATV4 are on the same network

  -Home sharing is enabled on both devices

  -Remote App is updated to the latest version

  It is aggravating because my iMac and iPhone can find ATV4 as an Airplay device. To me, this proves that they find each other on the same network and home sharing works.

  Any advice appreciated

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

  I see that you have some problems with the printing of your Windows Phone to your craving 4520 e - all - in - one - done. I can help you with that.

  First of all, the HP all-in-one App Remote is designed for iOS and Android devices. For a Windows phone, you will need to instead send emails to the address of the printer configurerais ePrint. To do:

  1. On the printer, click web services icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
  2. If you see an email address that is letters and random numbers, click on the gear and scroll to delete Web Services. Once completed, click web services icon again.
  3. Click on accept and Yes. The printer should print a page.
  4. Go to HP connected and sign in or sign up.
  5. Once logged in, click the devices tab.
  6. Click Add the device.
  7. In this screen, enter the code request on the sheet of paper printed earlier.

  Now, when you need to print from your phone, you will be able to send e-mails to the address of the printer. Everything you send is print.

• Is no longer able to navigate using the Remote app

  I'm suddenly is no longer able to navigate (left, right, up, down) on the Apple TV using the remote app. I also tried with the new application. I'm t able to select the current item and return to the previous menu using button "Menu".

  given that it could also have been a problem with the display of my mother's phone, I scroll on different applications etc and it works fine. So it seems that it is an application (or Apple TV) problem.

  Make sure that the software on your TV is up-to-date. Perform a restart of settings or by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can perform a reset of settings.

• Apple TV Remote App - Volume control

  I have an Apple TV 4th Gen - the remote Siri works perfectly.  I just download the new (01/08/16) Apple TV Remote App on my iPhone 5s.  The app works well except the TV volume can be controlled with the volume of the iPhone + and - buttons.  Our version tvOS is 9.2.2 CEC is activated and the Apple TV is a device of overdraft on my Vizio TV.

  Some report to community members that the iPhone volume buttons work with the TV Remote application again Apple and others have the same problem I have.

  Ciids remote uses IR to adjust the volume on your TV/receiver in the vast majority of cases and HDMI-CEC in a small number of cases because / TVs very few seem to support the volume in this way.   Hello. If your remote Siri does very quickly, it may be damaged. You should be able to return the entire system for refund or Exchange. The remote control battery is expected to last for months.

• Missing Remote App Setup button

  Difficulties matching "Remote" app (downloaded today) on my iPhone with the new Apple TV 4 6. I followed most of troubleshooting on Apple Support pages, nothing helps.   Fixed. I removed the Remote, reloaded app to my iPhone and then reinstated the info Apple ID and password in the app all connected immediately. The 'Remote' option is not always present under file/devices/Remote, but everything works well at this point.
