Acrobat 9 Pro - working fine until this sudden license problem today?

My daughter has used Adobe CS4 Premium including Acrobat 9 Pro on a laptop so far. He has worked with Mac OS 10.10. and also with 10.11.1 without restriction. Also the regular updates worked fine.

Today it again and get the following message was confusing... "The license for this product no longer works."

In my AdobeID account nor in him is Adobe CS4 or Acrobat listed as product?

It is not the first time have license issues. A few years ago there was also a problem, and we got a new serialNo.

We tried it on the desk (without an internet connection, MacOS 10.11.1) - it works fine.

What is the Adobe solution?
