Acrobat CC asking a product code

I canceled a student-to-teacher subscription CC June 21, which ended July 1. The same day, I again pulled bundle photographer CC (PS and LR & Acrobat Reader XI).

I had to talk to support a few days because LR and PS were not recorded and showing as a trial version. This has been resolved quite quickly by logging in and out of Manager of CC.

But today I opened Acrobat and received a similar message saying I use a trial version and I need to enter the code of the product license.

No one knows what might happen and how to solve it please.

Yet once, log out and then back to your office cc Manager.
