Error: "either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot meet the demand for e-mail.  If please run MS Outlook and set it as your e-mail client by default etc. »

I confirmed Outlook in default prog ", I tried various Registry hacks and also deleated MSMAPI32. DLL.

This error appeared after the Office 2013 and Acrobat Pro 11.0.3 update.

A fix would be appreciated.

Well, I may be a work around. I don't know what version of Adobe Acrobat Adobe began to have the default value of the program displays a Panel on the right side of the window but this Panel looks at the root of the problem. The Panel displays the Tools / log / and comments. Just click on the words tools / connect / comments (the one that you have showing) to make the sign go. Exit Acrobat. Run acrobat. Error disappeared. Fix the Panel. Error return almost immediately.

My experience is that the message shows that when one of these panels are visible. I tested on Acrobat Reader X and XI with the same result. Hide the Panel gets rid of the error.

    Hello, we have problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.09 do not open in a preview window in IE 11.  Our application shows a preview of the pdfs in IE, but since the upgrade to IE 11 open some pdf users outside of IE and open in Adobe.  Is there a setting or a plug-in for Adobe that solves this problem?.  It happened not while we were on IE 8.

    registration is not necessary to install on a pc replacement.

    Just use your serial number and your installation files to install xi acrobat on your new computer.  If you see an error account is activated and you cannot disable the acrobat on your broken computer, use a browser that allows cookies and popups, contact support to adobe for hourly pst by clicking here and, when available, click on "still need help", https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html , and request a number of activations reset.

  • Version of Acrobat Pro serial number of DC will not start.

    I compile and install images by computer for teachers and staff in a University.
    Some of these users choose to buy Acrobat Pro DC in the edition number constantly to keep the software with the machine through personnel changes.

    I install the software at the time of the generation and the software can't get out on the internet.

    When the computer is in place and connected to the network, the user is prompted to enter their Adobe ID to register the product.

    Entering successfully into their adobe ID, the product completes without error.  The product is not registered. Next launch, the process repeats.

    I have:

    -run a repair on the installation.

    -uninstalled and reinstalled the product

    -Launch the uninstallation and clean to remove utility the product and any other acrobat software and settings, then re-installed.

    -Attempt connect using different user adobe accounts.

    -Downloaded the latest installer of serial number of: download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X and installed with it.

    The problem persists.

    The machine is online.  On the login screen, the user chooses to connect now.  Launch of Acrobat IS NOT successfully, but rather closes without error and without registration of the facility.

    I think that this series of events is not technically a 'solution' as a workaround solution usually involves the product of work after work around the problem.

    This issue is constantly itchy and will become problematic as the dozen multiple computers that are running a version of Acrobat Pro must be replaced and the new, non-functioning software installed.

    A next resolution would be appreciated,

    Okay, so I made a second attempt, this time:

    1: uninstall all products (including non-pro versions) adobe acrobat, and then restart the computer.

    2: go to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\, here you need to rename the folder named "SLStore" "SLStore_old" or you can use any name of your choice. (Please note: ProgramData is a hidden folder and you may not be able to see it.) Make sure that hidden files do not appear on your computer, you can follow this link to the same thing: Show hidden - files-Windows help)

    3: go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache. Delete all the files and folder in this folder. Make sure that you do not remove the SLCache itself.

    4: go to:-C:-users- \AppData \Local-Adobe-OOBE, delete this folder.  I also deleted the folder % userprofile%\AppData\Local, % userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow, %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming Acrobat

    5: used CCleaner to clean the registry references

    6: reboot

    7: install Acrobat DC when you're connected to the internet by using the last installation program downloaded, before the serial number when prompted.

    8: restart the computer without launching Acrobat DC.

    9: launch acrobat DC, connect you with the Adobe account, accept the license terms

    10: (again) invited me for the serial number.  Serial number entered.

    At this point, the program successfully launched.  Although I can't say for sure what's the difference between the first and second attempt.

    I am wary uninstaller expatriates registry references which do not crushed on re - install?  Restarting Windows 98 - style persistent may also have changed things.

    However, this kind of unpredictable behavior has been the standard for all of our DC Pro Acrobat installs.  Some work very well on the first try, others take 3 or more, some take the above list to play with hidden files and registry entries to work.

    Thank you for your help, however, I hope the installation for versions of serial number becomes more standardized and less unpredictable with future updates, it takes a lot of time for those of us with a selective use Adobe programs in an enterprise environment.

    You can try to repair Acrobat, and see if that helps.

    Is there an error number or exit code associated with the error message? If so, please provide us with the screenshot of the same thing.

    I have to admit, I'm a little frustrated. I bought an Acrobat Pro DC subscription with the express intention of creating fillable forms.  Given that many tools of purchase/members have opened for use (including files combine, Fill & sign, Send & Track, etc), but other tools when you click on deport me to the Web page to buy a subscription... I already have. These include: prepare the form, delete, etc..  They should all be included in my DC Pro subscription, so why am I asking pay?  How can I "add" to my account?

    Please tell me what I need to do my program recognizes me as a Subscriber, so I can access all the features promised. I'm logged into my Adobe account.

  • Acrobat Pro installed DC, but appearing is not in the list of applications.

    I recently got a new Macbook Pro with OS X 10.10.4 and installed Adobe CC and many of the applications without problem:

    When I try to install Acrobat Pro DC, it is as it is installed and appears in the activity log:

    But it never ends up in my list of installed applications and just stay down below with the button 'Install '. I can use the program to find through Mac OS, but it's a little boring.

    So much worse... After about half an hour, he appeared in my App list without any particular reason. I don't know what it was all about.

    Unfortunately, the serial numbers are platform-specific, so your Windows license is not valid for a Mac system.  In addition, the latest version of a perpetually licensed product is eligible a unique platform swap, so since you have the version X and XI is the last, there is no option to swap platforms in your case.
