  Recently decided to upgrade to Acrobat DC after discovering that she will allow me to OCR files that previously forced me to spend of TIFF, and then back.

  I downloaded the program and installed today.  I was the conversion of Acrobat 9.  After that I started uninstalling Acrobat 9 Pro, Windows Explorer has started crashing.  I finally restored the computer

  I checked the Microsoft forums to see what could have gone wrong, and they seem to indicate that I should run sfc in the prompt, then see if there are problems in the registry. Here, of course, began with today or yesterday (which doesn't make sense - not sure that the report gave me irreparable files, or both fixed and fixed, or what). Other research suggests that I do a disk cleanup, and since then I had the problem of Windows Explorer.

  I tried then just install Acrobat DC on Acrobat 9.  This seemed to work properly.  However, now I have problems with Acrobat to crash (although the window remains open?). The message says that acrord32.exe is the culprit.  In addition, a number of my PDF files cannot be replaced - if I want to save my changes, I have to save to a different folder, delete the old file and move the other in its place.

  It's basically a nightmare, and I lost a ton of productivity today putting out fires.  Do not have these problems until I started playing with Acrobat.

  It is very annoying. I have uninstalled twice, Adobe Reader and Acrobat. The first time I uninstalled ALL my CC from Adobe. How can this be repaired?

  The pop-up product crash even when Acrobat is not running - and usually right after that that it is closed. If I close the pop-up alert when Acrobat is open, nothing happens, and I can continue to use Acrobat.

  I am running Win 7 64 bit on my pc works with all service packs and updates installed courses.

  I have a problem with Acrobat Reader, that it does not always open the. PDF file, but leaves the AcroRd32.EXE running as a process visible in task Win Manager. These 'orphan' processes accumulate, and I have to 'kill' everything manually.

  Sometimes the. PDF will open the first time, and sometimes it takes several clicks of the mouse (which causes the remaining process).

  In this case, if I try to open or view the. PDF in Windows Explorer, Firefox, IE11 or MS Outlook.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstall and the error still persists, it was also present in previous versions of the player.

  Reader 11.0.10 with protected Mode off should not do this. are you sure that you have "Enable Protected Mode at startup' unchecked?

  Is there something that could have been changed software/hardware-wise on the machine before this error occurring?  Also, what version of LabVIEW and DAQmx do you use?

  This could be caused by a number of different things of nidevmon.exe.  Please look over this article in the knowledge base for possible solutions to the problem.

  Remove the download directory and then to return to the update sites. to do this, follow these steps:

  1. stop the automatic updates service. to do this, follow these steps:

  a. Click Start, click Run, typeservices.mscand then click ok.

  b. Automatic Updates service right click and then click on stop.

  c. minimize the software component services snap-in.

  2. rename the c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution directory. to do this, follow these steps:

  a. Click Start, click Run, typecmdand then click ok.

  b. type cd %windir%, and then press ENTER.

  c. type ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SDTemp, and then press enter

  d. type exitand press ENTER.

  Note when you delete the folder % windir%\softwaredistribution, the history list is erased from the section "review updates" site web windows update. This action will not affect the updates installed on your computer. subsequent updates will appear in the history list.
