  My Windows Home Server (WHS) prefer the same name of user account on all computers that I use - for the connection and easier access to the files. So to my Vista computer, I changed my account [ancien_nom] name [name]. Vista indicates the name of the new account everywhere but the server after a while (!) stopped recognizing my account and complains about "a name of the user [name] account log does not exist on Windows Home Server" suggesting I should change the name of the account on the ESM. Since I have other computers where I can't change the name of the account (work computer), for this purpose I changed the name of the account on my Vista computer.

  The reason why the WHS could work properly at the beginning maybe I can connect to the WHS folders in a separate process by using the new account name. Choose to save the password - which might have worked for a while, but no more. I also tried to connect as a network device, but I do not correctly reconnect with the identification information data (and saved).

  1 is the name of initial account stored anywhere even if I changed and the reason why it can pop as in this case?

  2. any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  You can not access a locked account. You can connect to an unlocked account (open).
  ALTER USER myuser ACCOUNT UNLOCKING unlocks the account if you can connect using it.

  Please, don't say "user account" when you hear the user account control. They are 2 different things.
  Tell the UAC if you wish.

  The table Ouedraogo is the link between all the tables of an instance of a resource. The ORC_KEY is the process instance key that links the tables of UD_XXX. And there is also the USR_KEY which connects to the table user.

You get invited to associate the file with a program when you try to start an .exe file by double-click of left mouse.  Why is this happening? I also did the registry repair as suggested on Microsoft Website using cmd prompt ' (which also requred me to use run as - to run that, even)... any ideas?     -gene

  The .exe fix works with Vista and Win7, but also XP. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  You can delete and recreate rmjtapi user without any problem. Agents config is stored in the DC directory. After creating the user rmjtapi just assign phone agent to this new user.

  You must use a shell script to modify the etc/vmware/hostd/authorization.xml file. I have yet to see a powershell script that can make these changes for you, but you could check in PowerGUI.

  Trying to access the admin account to change some settings in outlook.  After visiting the forum have tried the following: CMD CMD in the search box, make a right click, run as administrator

  Type: net user administrator/activate: Yes – it's the answer

  Start Orb > Search box > type: cmd

  I work in a CEP. I have AD and AD Pwd Sync connectors and connector DBAT installed.
  
  IHAC who expected to see the following behavior on the management of the users password:
  
  (1) when the user change password on behalf of IOM, this password must be propagated to all targets (AD and DB table).
  Ok... I had the behavior.
  
  (2) when the user change the AD account password, this password must be propagated to the user IOM account (therefore this password will be propagated to all the goal)...
  How can I do to achieve this?
  With AD password synchronization, I can just sync the password between the target and resource password form.
  
  Note: AD is not the Source of confidence. The announcement should only be trusted for the password source.

  It seems that the connector has changed since the last I used it about 4 years ago. You will need to create additional tasks and the logic to handle this. When password on the form AD process changes, you will have to also compare the password definition as well. And if they are different, then you will want to reset the password on the user form. When runs in your task to change the user password, it returns the same password to the form of the user of the AD, which then will not do anything because there will be a real change on the ground, which means that the update of password does not work. And then you also have your task to change the password on your other resources that will send the new password.

  Pretty simple. This Scheduler is used to perform actions on the user IOM account according to a predefined schedule. This means that you can perform the actions ENABLE, DISABLE or DELETE any user of IOM. And the attribute values can be:

  UserLogin - IOM User Login
  UserOperation - ENABLE

  The scheduler run above will allow the user if the people with reduced mobility. Now the utility part. Consider the following use cases:

  (* 1) * cancelled at any user tell User001 you and that you want to disable this user and all resources provisioned at 18:00 hours once he finished all the work desktop, and if you turn off the user to the user to disable the button the user directly and all of its resources would be left immediately. So you can assign to this scheduler to run at 18:00 hours, with values User001 and DISABLE

  (* 2) * you're a Helpdesk guy / IOM and Director of IOM does not want you to have access to the item of menu users because he doesn't want you to have a look at the personal data of the user IOM but he want always that you can actually run enable - disable actions on IOM. In this case, that it will give you access to the menu item manage schedule the task so that you can perform the daily activity of the operations. It is a solution for the use case.

  Go to design console-> resources-> rule Designer management

  . Give the name of rule
  . Select general in the Type
  . Click on add rule, then slelect user profile data and give value to automatic accession.

  You can define your rule here. For example
  Agency name = IT
