You buy a genuine Windows 7 license. The copy of Windows 7 Ultimate, you have installed is an OEM SLP license that should only be preloaded with a new PC. You seem to have installed a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate that uses an activation exploit that bypasses the product activation.

We know that it is because the BIOS date:

20061220000000.000000 + 000

Windows 7 was released in 2009, the date of your BIOS says 2006, which probably means that your system is provided with Windows Vista or Windows XP.

In addition, he is a well known Windows 7 Ultimate license which has been used all over the web:

Windows product key: *-* - GJY49 - VJBQ7-HYRR2

Do a search on the web.

So you must reload your version of Windows that came on your computer (Vista or XP) or consider purchasing a genuine Windows 7 license or purchase a license for Windows 10

I have the same problem, and I think that MS is absolutely unjust:

    1. I have legal copy for about 2.5 years and had no problem with activation. MS changed something in MY SYSTEM VALID without telling me! If not how could having windows change my behavior?

    2. now I have to prove that my copy is legal - also I can't prove it, because I'm registered anno, so the key "is in use" - of course, it is! by me. (I am "punished" because I wanted to act according to the needs.)

    3. I tried to get help for my problem - no way!

    4. it seems that the only solution is to buy AGAIN the softwrare I already paid for. But that money is not due, so I'm not paying for what is legally mine. I'll look for other OS - perhaps LINUX to replace Vista. I'm sorry, I get fed up with the problem generated by MS!

    Hi Jarska,

    ·        You did changes to the computer recently before the issue started?

    ·        If your computer came pre-installed with Windows Vista, or you don't have it installed separately?

You receive this error 0xC004E003 when the Software Licensing Service reported that license evaluation failed on your computer. You can access the link below and follow the steps in method C and check if that helps you solve the problem of activation. If the C method does not work, you can follow the steps in method G and try activation using the automated phone system.

The installed key is the infamous Lenovo stolen key.

For what version and edition of Windows on your machine, the COA sticker is valid?

If it'f for Windows 7 Ultimate, then you can try to exchange the key - but otherwise you will have to reformat and reinstall using authentic materials and key.

  • Vista activation error code; 0xc004f063

Hey all, about 2-3 weeks ago I formatted my computer with a disk I bought online (multi tools); formatting, catering etc. and most of my pilots have disappeared, although I fixed this problem on the internet. After all this time its telling me that I need to activate windows, I didn't know the product key to activate it, so I downloaded a tool to find, he writes in and got an error code; 0xc004f063, I read a lot of similar questions to this to find the answer the phone automated for your code (this was the result in which i made earlier for my laptop to friends). Although this option shows for some reason, everything I have is; "Contact microsoft for help" and which comes to open the Help window. If someone could help me I would appreciate it highly.

    Thanks for your time!

    Adam :)

the error "0xC004F063.  He pointed out that the software licensing service reported that the computer BIOS is missing a required license. »
Computers built by major manufacturers come with Windows pre-installed, 2 two product keys are equipped with:

    (A) OEM SLP: this key comes pre-installed in Windows, when it comes to the factory. This key is designed to work with Bios OEM flag only on the hardware of this manufacturer. Then, when Windows was installed using the OEM SLP (in factory) Windows key leans on the motherboard and he sees the flag proper Bios OEM (for the manufacturer and the version of Windows) and activates. (that's why you had no need to turn on your computer after you brought it home)

    (B) SLP COA: it's the product key that you see on the sticker on the side (or bottom) of your computer. It is a valid product key, but must be used only in certain situations (for example, if the OEM SLP key stops automatic activation for a reason any). The key must be activated by phone. (Note: all manufacturers that use the SLP OEM system are bound by contract to include a certificate of Authenticity sticker (COA), which has a COA SLP key, on the computer)

Your Windows uses an OEM SLP key, but (for some reason any) can not see the special instructions of the motherboard and is unable to be activated.

To resolve the problem, you need to change the OEM SLP with COA SLP key.  To do this, normal is to click the button "Start", right click on 'Computer', select 'Properties' and then click 'Change product key' (located at the bottom right of the window). Enter the COA SLP key and follow the instructions in the wizard change product key.

Other steps to change the product key

    1) click the Start button

    (2) type: slui.exe 3 and press the Enter key

    (3) enter the product key from the sticker on your computer

    4) click on the next button.

    (5) you will be asked if want to enable, click ok

    (6) it will attempt to activate over the internet and will return an error of invalid key (it of ok, go to step 7)

    7) click the Start button

    (8) type: slui.exe 4 and press the Enter key

    (9) select your location from the menu drop-down and click on the next button

    (10) the next screen provides the number to call to activate by phone

NOTE: when you call this number, you will first hear an automated voice. If the automated voice gives you an option to speak with a Live REP Activation, select this option. If this is not the case, do not enter all the numbers. This should force the automated voice transfer you to a Live Activation Rep. trying to activate through the automated voice will not work in your case; only through the Live Activation Rep. your Activation will be successful.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

    Thank you very much

The installed product key is a license key from the KMS Volume - valid ONLY within the network of the issuing organization, and requires periodic reactivation at the level KMS servers in the organization.

There is no sign that this machine is connected to a network of business or organization.

Where did you get this installation of Windows 7 Enterprise? (which is itself only a Volume License edition)?

If this is your school or work, contact the system administrator for assistance.

If you have purchased this installation - it is wrong.

... Oh - and it installed Office 2007 Enterprise is definitely fake!

  • Activation error code: 0xC004F063

Hi, I ran the same copy of windows 7 for probably around 8 years now, he spent from my old house built computer that I used for about 7 years on my new computer, which is now 1 year old and has been fine so far. The next day (26 December), I installed an SSD as my main hard drive and removed my old 8 year old hard drive. I no longer use the old hard drive and now only use my SSD. The windows installation went well, but today (January 27) I received the message "you can be a victim of software counterfeiting". I followed the process and again entered my product key and I'm now getting the message "a problem occurred when windows tried to activate" error Code: 0xC004F063 "" "with the description" the software licensing service reported that the computer BIOS is missing a required license»»

    I tried to use technical support online microsoft but coming up with errors. I ran the diagnostic tool for Microsoft with the results to be followed;

  • 0x8007000D activation error code

I learn once more that I have 3 days to activate Windows 7 RC (32 bit).  When I try to do, I got the error code (invalid data).  He suggests to call but when I do, I am returned to this forum.  I tried different product codes when I start the download process, but none works.  I went through the approach slui 4 with the same results.  I even tried changing the registry id to match the codes that Microsoft provided. When I get the phone number, the second section page, who should have something to offer an agent are just integers from 1 to 9.

When this happened 30 days ago, I was able to do something that postponed the deadline of 30 days, but I don't remember what I did or I would do.

Should I uninstall Windows 7?  can I reinstall it if I do?  It is currently installed as an upgrade to Vista professional.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you
