  You really need disable your Captivate license on other computers, where it has been installed, so that you can then turn on a new computer.

  Hi, I was told by a representative of online chat Adobe they deal with is no longer supported for Adobe products except through the forums and so I was re-directed to my question here. I recently lost access to my two previous installations of Captivate 5.5 because facilities were residing on the hard drives have been reformatted.
