  I understand that you are having printing problem with your printer LaserJet M251.

  Can you tell me what operating system you are using? What version of Windows you are using, click here: Windows operating system am I running?

  You should be able to see the IP address of the printer by pressing the button on the main screen of the printer wireless. This should be at the top of the screen, then left to right. Once you have the IP address (should be something like 192.168.1.2), type it into the web browser address bar (as you would for a Web site) and try to load the page. This should open an information page for your printer, and is called a built-in Web server.

  If this page does not load, there is no wireless communication. If it does, it indicates that the wireless connection is probably fine, but unfortunately this is not always the case.

  Try powercycling your router to update the communication. Do this by unplugging the power cord from the router and leave it unplugged for at least 45 seconds. Plug back in and wait 1-2 minutes so he can come back online. At this point, try to print.

  If this fails, try to add the printer with the full functionality driver instead of the class driver. Open devices and printers, and right-click on the printer.   It seems at this point that your wireless network adapter has a hardware problem.  Check out this troubleshooting guide step by step on the HP Pavilion support web site.  If you can't get your active wireless card, you will need to contact HP or repair HP authorized repair for hardware Center.
