Active market is a premium feature

I'm now all of a sudden get this message when I try to add assets to the market to my library. The message says that market creative cloud is only available on Creative Cloud "All Apps" and unique App members. But I am a member of "all the Apps. I was able to download assets previously but now all of a sudden I am unable to. Could someone please help?

    I was a member of the CC for the last year or two, so I'm surprised that I don't access Active market.

    When I try to use this service it tells me that it is no longer available to complete CC and unique App members. As I was single app as stated above Member, so why can I not access market these assets?

  • Anyone else had problems with active market CC does not download?

    It's as if the link in the download button is inactive. I can click on the active and visualize it, ect. but he absolutely nothing happens when I click on the download button on the market of CC. First it works fine, but it doesn't seem to work.

    I got on the phone to customer for about 2 hours.
    Finally, I had to end the call until the customer service representative had actually managed to fix my computer after several connections, restarts, uninstalls, reinstall, etc..
    It has since been resolved, but he was apparently remotely, as all the features of my software was restored without ceding control of my mac again.

    With a bit of luck, my case set a precedent for them to have a better idea of how help you faster. It is worth to call them, anyway.

  • Cannot access the active market

    I have CC student edition and Professor of . However I cannot access assets Adobe market.

    According to the Adobe's FAQ (creative cloud help |) Market creative cloud) I should be able to use it but it says that I need to improve, because the asset is a feature of the premium.

    I have Adobe CS Premium for education. I am in the middle of the publication of a book and have been using Photoshop and InDesign. I had problems with hard drive and had just installed a new hard drive. InDesign seems to work very well. However, when I open Photoshop, I was told that I had to activate my copy. The method of the Internet did not work. When I tried to use the phone option, a record came and told me that this option is no longer available.     Adobe allows two simultaneous activations of CS3, so if the software has been installed and enabled on both computers before, you will need to disable one or both of them to perform a new installation. On the old computer, start a CS3 application. From the Help menu choose Help > Deactivate > permanently disable: Learn how to enable or disable Adobe applications.

    If you do not have access to old computers to disable, you will need to contact customer service via chat and ask them to reset your activations. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older products like CS3, but they can help with licensing and activation. FYI, Adobe have reset your activations will delete the information about the licenses of all your computers, so you'll need to reactivate the computers currently in use.

  • Activation error - CS6 Web Premium

    I can't get CS6 Web Premium to activate with the correct identification number with Windows 10.  I get an error telling me that the serial number is valid, but not for this software. It then asks me to choose another product and add a different serial number.  I can't because I don't have of the affected products or a serial number that will work for these packages.

    Thanks for the bombing to help.  However, since the cat from Adobe, the Customer Service Representative was to allow to the part of the customer of the activation popup support and fix it themselves.  In this scenario, I provided the code to support and then, they provided a separate support code that I copied in the support dialog box.

    They checked the serial number that I used was correct and it was not an upgrade, there was nothing else I could do on my side.  In the window of my account on adobe.com, it lists the purchase of the CS6 Web Premium product as well as the details of the purchase and the serial number, I did.  I downloaded and installed the version that has been provided with the download of the product on the same page.  When cut and pasted serial number was placed in the right place, I got the answer of it being an upgrade which was not and to choose another product and enter this serial number. I have had no other products or serial numbers that I could replace.  I have to add that it was an installation of Windows 10.

    Printer OfficeJet 6700 Premium with latest firmware update as of August 25, 2012. Apple iOS devices 5, iPhone4 and iPad (v3) devices with installed AirPrint. The printer is visible and selectable from Apple devices.

    Of any one of the two devices, I select the print option and wait for the document to print. No document print devices.

    Not sure what the next step.

    Try to bypass the temporarily from router to refuse any multicast router question:

    Click the icon on the printer wireless, and then click settings.

    Select Netowrk default settings and confirm any command prompt.

    In the menu Wireless select Radio wireless and make sure it is set to.

    IOS click settings, and then click Wi - Fi.

    Select the SSID printer include 6700 in his name.

    Allow 3 minutes for good to set the connection.

    Now, reconnect the printer to your router by entering the same wireless settings and follow the wireless configuration wizard.

    If you were able to print without similar problems, it means that the router is causing the problem.

    Unplug it for a minute and check for the difference.

  • Network discovery cannot be activated, windows 7 Home premium.

    This problem is very simple to describe, but I do have a lot of time I can't find a solution. Help appreciated.

    In the network and sharing Center, advanced screen sharing, there is the option to turn on network discovery and file/printer sharing.

    When I put one or both these on 'on' and click on 'save changes', the screen closes without guest or delay. If I open the screen again two options are always on 'off '.

    I checked that the services concerned (DNS Client, Function Discovery Resource Publication, discovery SSDP and UPnP device host) are started and they are.

    Tried to reboot, windows update.
    Network troubleshooting is, as always, useless.

    I suspect that maybe some third party software plays a role here. I checked for malware and removing applications with a network component.

    This is probably related. I get an error 0 x 00000001, when I try and share a local printer.

    Manager tasks shows a two process named csrss.exe running, 936 kb, the other is 6532 KB. A matter of concern?

    All the machines in my LAN on the same workgroup. Not in a homegroup.
    Advice appreciated!

    Two questions:

    1. as a photography CC Plan subscriber, I am not a member of the "App"?
    2. If the answer to (1) is no, then why don't Adobe clearly indicate that the 'free Texture' is reserved for premium subscribers?

  • PowerVault MD3200 activating the feature Premium - 2 codes?

    I just hooked up a new dual controller MD3220 and had a question about the management of the high-end features.  I went to md - storage.com and got the license key after entering the activation code of functionality, the series and the identifier.  I have imported the key successfully and now have access to the high performance layer and hide ssd.  I was sent 2 envelopes of "DO NOT JETER, PREMIUM HAVE ACTIVATION CODE".  My question is what I've done so far, covering both controllers?  Or I have to go through this process again on the other controller.  When I connect to the controller, as you know, I'm seeing or the Setup for both controllers.  I don't see a way to add another license key but don't want to run into the situation where a failover occurs for a reason any the second controller and the features are not enabled.  The key and turning it covers both controllers?  I want to just make sure I'm good.

    When you activate the Premium features on your MD3220 in MDSM (Modular Disk Storage Manger), they are active for the entire unit, including all attached enclosures & controllers.  If in case you have a failure of a connection on the controller or a controller must be replaced the license remains active & focus on the replacement controller as well.
