• How to add channels to a channel table in the display panel in the script

  Hi all

  We try to put in place a review tool video using DIAdem, and we want to fill the results which have already been analysed in a Panel. This means populating a channel table in this Panel with the necessary data, but we cannot find a way to add strings to a table in the script. It seems that it should be very simple, but we can not find!

  Yes, it's simple. You prepare your VIEW with the channel table layout and use the add on the columns collection method.

  The command might look like this:

  VIEW. Sheets (1). Areas (1). DisplayObj.Columns.Add("myGroup/myChannel")

  I did apply for a measure of frequency via a HP34970A.

  Closed HP34970A 101--> HP5313 port measures--> and then HP34970A open port 101 again. Continue to port 102.

  I want to use #101 & #102 but # "" is added as well and gives me a timeout 50sec.

  The probe for a list of the input channels watch 101, 102 & «»

  On the output, it gives me

  #101 5 bed, 8ms

  #102 bed 1, 6ms

  # "" bed 0,0000000

  How can I remove ' ' from the list of channels? I don't know that it is not in the list itself, only 2 channels there.

  I ended up remove the entry from the chain and recreate. There wasn't any 'spaces' or anything in the figure of an i, but recreate fixed.

  I have an index.html file that I read via cffile.

  I want to search the whole of the href string and to add with a string custom.   Something like this should work at a basic level, assuming that the HTML code is valid:

  http://mysite.com/?redir= \2\3', 'ALL') > '.

  It employs backreferences in the regular expression parentheses to group parts of the game, which are called \1 \2 and \3 in the replacement string.

• Add channels

  I want to create a large string from an array of strings. Each string in the array is 16 characters and the table has 30 items, so I want to create a string that is 480 characters long. Attached a VI shows an approach that I think will work, but I would like to know if there is a better approach.

  I need the long chain because I calculate a CRC-32 value.

  Hello, I would like to be able to parse a string to find the first maxima (inflection point) and then add channel so that all the values are equal to the maximum

  the index where the maximum was found.

  To explain better, in the attachment, the original channel's Ych and the channel in the annex is Ych_appended.

  The feature you're looking for better using the SCRIPT of DIAdem.

  First of all, you can find the first maximum in a channel by using the ChnPeakFind function. The document below explains how to use this:

  The channels that you specify in the function call will contain the value x and y of the first maxima. Then, you will just need to:

  1. Copy the original using ChnCopy channel.
  
  
  2. Find the index of the value to your channel original x axis at which the peak occurs.
  
  
  3. Browse the newly copied channels, replacing the inside with peak values until you reach the index of the value found in step 2.

  I'm trying to replicate some features of selection of the control Data Logging property in the VeriStand workspace in a Labview application (I wish I could get just the VI for control of the workspace).  In the control of the registration of the properties-> channel category data the time channel can be selected.  When I select absolute time he records the system path = 'targets, controller, channels, Absolute System Time. "  But I have one property TDMS NI_DataType = 68.  If I manually select the channel (add channels) we obtain a = 10 NI_DataType.  The difference seems to be that the NI_DataType = 68 has the well formatted time (m/d/Y/min) while the NI_DataType = 10 at a time in a large number that represents the number of seconds.  The NI_DataType is read-only.  How can I get the formatting nice NI_DataType = 68 to be registered like that?  This post is treated?  If so how to do that?

  I have found that the Group of channels TDMS (NI_VS Data logging API.lvlib) type def that gets wired for the new Data Logging Specification.vi has a def of time type of the channels Options which allow channels different time to be configured and named.

  Hello.. I use usb 6353 DAQ board for my project. I want to buy 3 different voltages and post it on labview. When I take a channel (ai0) data in the daq assistant it works fine, but when I add channels (ai1, ai2) in the nd task run it, tensions mix. I used split Subvi to separate dynamic data, but the readings are all wrong.
  What I am doing wrong?

  I implemented a custom workspace object using the tutorial available here:

  I used VI configuration and add channel VI in the zip file it for my own stuff. I do not change the add channel VI anyway, simply included in my project. When you add the object workspace personalized to the VeriSTAND workspace, configuration VI launches. There is a select button to select a channel. By pressing this button starts the add channel VI. It seems that the VI "crashes" and channels do not display in the list. I know that the channels are there because we can add a regular check of digital VS and right-click, the channels are there.

  What could cause the add channel VI to hang?

• Custom refresh device channels instead of remove device

  One of the great pains that I have met is when you change i/o on a custom device, you must remove and re-add the device custom Veristand project for new channels in the project. This destroys all the channels linking and creates pain when changing custom devices of County canal.

  I've created a good work around. I have create a VI that sweeps the current channels in the Veristand project against the list of channels in the compiled custom device. I then delete the items that don't belong, and add channels that do not exist. The net result is that only the channels that have been deleted to create bad links (obviously) and all the old links remain intact.

  I then create a menu right click on the home page of the personal device that runs the VI I created.

  The end result is a function that works just like the button "Refresh" on a model.

  Most of the examples of programming to use use channel names in separate lines, as in the following example:

  Is there a more effective way to add channels appointed and equipped with units along these lines to bike through some index variable? Like my channel number, etc. naming vary frequently, I would be looking for a more flexible solution, avoiding fixed table or names hardcoded sizes.

  Hello Michael,

  I don't see the real problem.

  You read the header and split it into an array. This is information you have how many channels. Table size ubound depends on the line you have red and is not fix. Everything should be good now.

  You read the information and would divide the tables. Then, you use a loop to generate channels and set the properties. I don't think that there is a better way to do it.

• Suddenly lost all ABC channels in Vista Media Center

  I have been using Vista Home Premium Media Center (v 6.0.6001.18000) with no problems for about six months.  Three days ago my remote control receiver box has stopped working (not), so I did what worked on the only other occasion it has went and passed the USB port to another port, which once solved the problem yet.  Shortly after, I discovered that all the channels (TV and radio) CBA had ceased to work in Media Center.  I tried it worked a few days scanning internet with no luck - please help!  Here's the situation:
  . I confirmed that are still broadcast channels ABC - when I plug my antenna directly into the TV, they're all here
  . my Media Center PC also shows the strings perfectly happy ABC via the software (Lifeview MFP) for the TV (TV Express X 1 MST-T2A2) tuner card
  . I reread several times channels in Media Center, and he correctly finds some 20 stations available in my area (Canberra, Australia), including all those on the strip of ABC (205 625 according to Lifeview)
  . but when I try to go to the ABC TV or radio channels in Media Center, Live TV or even in the preview to Add channels, I get the error 'No TV signal' dreaded
  . I'm back from the control box remote to the original USB port, where he worked with happiness once again, but the ABC channels are still missing.

  Any suggestions gratefully received :)

  Found the solution for me on my two machines,

  Had to add the EnableAutoOffset DWORD key in the registry and the value 1

  It worked on my two machines, without having to even rescan channels.

  I decided to do something for my SBS problem this morning, and jsttry was on the spot with his post... I've documented the process a bit to help make things clearer :)

  First thing you need is a special identification number, the sound for your TV Tuner, and to get it, he must pull up the Device Manager, then go to the properties of the map screen.
