while trying to solve another problem, it seems to me adding a: I added all these unnecessary lines in the Notification bar - I think that is what you call the Strip between the announcements of message received at the top and the message you read downstairs. I don't know how I have them here, but I don't want them! I only wish 'From' and 'To' in this bar, if it is possible - as the little "tricks" which occupies a vertical space as possible!
Thank you! This sounds like you look at all the headers rather than basic ones.
Use these settings:
via the toolbar - Menu bar
'View' > 'Headers' > 'Normal '.Via the Menu icon:
'Icon of the menu' > 'View' > 'Headers' > 'Normal '. -

Hello
Do a 1 Restore Point then you can go back to where you were if necessary.
How to create a Vista System Restore Point
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/76332-system-restore-point-create.html------------------------------------------------------
Control Panel - network - write down of the brand and the model of the Wifi - double click top - tab of the driver - write
version - click the driver update (cannot do something that MS is far behind the pilots of certification). Do
It will be the same for network (NIC) card - then right click on the devices and UNINSTALL - Reboot -
update the driver stacks. Now go look at the site of the manufacturer of the system for the updated drivers.
After watching the system manufacturer, you can check the manufacturer of the device an even newer version. (The
manufacturer of system become your backup policies).Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

You can download several at once however restart after the installation of each of them.
Repeat for network (NIC) card and is a good time to get the other updated drivers as Vista like
updated drivers. If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver in the Windows updates,
This leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who are generally older and cause
questions. If updates offers a new driver and then hide it (right click on it) and then go look for new ones

There are many causes, one of which is the small monitor pays attention to the evil network device.
You can try to disable any other network such as WiFi device and reboot to see if that has an effect.Still a problem of equipment such as a loose network card that is not properly attached to the computer can
cause this.http://compnetworking.about.com/od/WindowsNetworking/f/cableunplugged.htm

Hello
The first thing I would do is follow step 6 in this document to set a static IP address: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02817031
When it askes for the DNS information, enter in Google DNS. Preferred DNS = DNS Alt = 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8This could increase the stability of the network connection to the printer downstairs. If this does not help, let me know what OS is on the computer causing problem, because that could cause a problem? Other than that, you can check the quality of the signal you get form the network and see if this can be a problem.

Lost icons in the notification bar
got a runtime error while watching a TV show. computer is turned off. It is on mute when he was arrested. volume, percentage load and the network icon in the notification bar. using vista and under control panel hardware and sound missing in order to adjust sound. What to do
* original title - lost of icons in the notification bar. There's also list of Control Panel. volume, network and battery charge percentage *.
Notification iconshttp://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/106787-notification-area-system-icons.htmlThe tutorial has 3 methods.
Method is a general method which, unfortunately, rarely works because that box, you need to check usually grayed (unclickable).
Two method is only for Vista Ultimate and Enterprise.
Three method applies to all versions of Vista.
Use the Reg file download. It is simple and easy.
* Do
sure that you restart the computer to complete the
procedures.
P.S. Despite what the tutorial said, it is best to keep these files reg on the desktop. They will come to hand the next time that you lose one of these.
I had to use several times. They have the bad habit of going awol.
Four method is via the registry editor. If you are comfortable with editing the registry, give it a try.
The easiest and safest way is three method.

Cliq 2.1: New Power Widget - Wifi icons aren't in the Notification bar when on.
I noticed that when using the power widget bar or the individual widgets under Widget motorola than when I turn the Wifi icon does not appear in the Notification bar like it normally does. I thought before you even if you don't have a wifi connection icon seems to indicate it was or was not connected.
PS Bluetooth works as I expected. I turn it on not matched and the icon shows it is but not matched. When I have the dome lights.
The WiFi icon will be visible only if you are connected to a WiFi network.
The GPS icon will only be visible if you are using an application that uses GPS.

Name of the provider in the Notification bar / status
Hello Moto,
I just wanted to ask that how can I view my carrier name in the Notification bar / status? (No I'm not talking about carrier name in the Lockscreen). I already checked that option 'show the Mobile network', but still it displays the name of the carrier in the notification as in Moto X (1st Gen) 5.1 Lollipop bar. Any help?
Version: Android 5.0.2 Lollipop
You can't do it. Google removed because they considered it is redundant and most of people (don't know why) were offended by this. But often the notification icons would be stripped because of the name in the corner.
If you pull down the shade (notification bar) with two fingers, you will see the name of the carrier.

AT300 - downoading arrow rest in the notification bar
Whenever I finished download an app from Google play, the download arrow remains as a solid white arrow in the notification bar.
If I turn off notifications, it still shows in the list with the name of the application downloaded beside him. Install a different application doesn't fix it, it just changing the name next to the arrow. Uninstalling the app doesn't fix or the other.
So far, the only things that work are a reboot or turn off the display for 10 seconds.
Any advice?
Hello
Arrows of synchronization you speaking?
I read in some forums android on the similar problem on Android devices.
This seems to be caused by the function "sync contacts".
I think that turning off synchronization of contacts remove double arrow release the notification bar icon.Check this box:
Go to settings-> Applications-> applications > storage of Contacts (filter-> all)-> clear data.So let the contacts of my Google Contacts sync and now it completes a synchronization if you use "Synchronize now".
