  I am currently implementing a Chat window. My ChatManager class has a Panel on the top with buttons, another Panel on bottom with Editfield & button. Central part handles messages. I understand and I think to add messages, I have to use ListField - correct me if I'm wrong or have better options.

  Every message that I got to display in a rectangle with an arrow tilted down and message of a user should be seen on the left and the other right. I wonder how I create this rectangle, add text in and display accordingly in left or right position, adding to the list.

  Try the location in the Microsoft Download Center and download and install it from there.

  If failure repeated, trying to get the update in Mode safe mode with network by following these steps:
