  Instead of filling & signature, tool, use the text comment comment tool, KB doc option. using comments in the PDF, Adobe Acrobat DC files (keyword: Add a text comment).

  I don't understand what the problem is. In the post of the davidr96549424 on May 8, 2015 07:58 you presented a structure of a correct document. Is the issue of the creation of this structure in a PDF file? For this, you will need an Acrobat, not reader.

  I opened the attachment PDF in Apple Mail, used the iOS feature "open in" (or "copy in") to open it in Acrobat Reader for iOS and filled in one of the text fields. I found no problems with your PDF form.

  Adobe PDF package can convert documents to PDF.

  Adobe FormsCentral can create forms to fill in zero or models.

  Adobe Acrobat can do both and more.

  I have applied the signature key for my WebWorks Playbook applications, works without problem.

  Am I able to use the same key to sign transformed Android apps?  Tried several times and always got error: invalid password, while the same key/password works fine with Webworks bar signature. Don't know if I did something wrong or I have to apply a new key for the signature of the Android app.

• Several users filling out and signing PDFS

  I am currently a form in Livecycle Designer ES4, which is supposed to be completed and signed by several users. The workflow is like this:

  Phase 1:                                                  Phase 2:                                                             Phase 3:

  1 the user fills the subform 1, user 2 fills SubForm 2, user 3 signs * and retains the final document

  signs * and sends to the user 2.                      signs * and sends to the user 3.

  And I'm fighting with the Phase 2 , because user 2 changes the shape and the first user signature becomes invalid.

  Note:

  * blocking the fields in the subform 1

  * lock and key fields to the subform 1 and 2

  locks all the document

  User 1 I want to be solely responsible for the content in the subform 1 and two others to be responsible for the entire document.

  Is this possible? If so, how can I make this work?

  Two things:

  (1) in the signature properties, you specify the fields that you want to block with each signature.

  (2) the signature appear as not valid, unless it is certified, when you certify that you can specify what changes as form field input is allowed to remain a valid document

  It looks like you want the signatories to sign their own individual copy of the same document and not to sign the same document. If this is the case, you will need to upgrade to the business plan with sign of Adobe to access the feature called as a MegaSign, which does what you want.

  There is currently not a feature "rotation" fill & sign for the iPad is on the list of feature requests.  For now, you need to use another service to rotate the file, then the tool in the application of fill & sign.

  Needless to day, I installed the latest version. I even reinstalled using the link in the message, but nothing helped. Whenever I click on the link to go forward, I get the same message. Question: (i) is it my PC/software (Vista), (ii) is the site where I'm trying to submit the form, or (iii) is it the software acrobat reader. Note that I used successfully the last version to fill out and sign forms.

  It is none of them. It's Chrome, which is ignoring Adobe Reader and showing the message.

  Solution: just save the document (with the message) to your desktop. Then open it in Adobe Reader. The 'real' should then display.

  If you put a stamp on a document, then this is the work of SECONDS to save a copy if it appears on the screen. Do not rely on the visual appearance of anything these days. If you want to prove the authenticity of a document, you use the digital signatures - where the important bit is invisible, and there could be a stamp, you need to ignore.
