Adds the Manager does not show my extensions installed in the Linux 9.0.1, version

After the automatic upgrade to firefox on Linux (Ubuntu 11.10) 9.0.1, the Add-ons Manager no longer shows my installed extensions.
The extensions are installed, but when I do

Tools-> Add-ons

then choose

Extensions

on the left panel, the page remains white. The same thing happens for "appearance". When I choose 'Plugins', those who seem to appear correctly as before the update.

I closed firefox and rebooted, but I had the same behavior. Maybe someone else saw the same behavior? Any ideas I can try?

Thank you

 Alex

It is possible that there is a problem with the files that store the registry extensions.

Delete the files (extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) extensions.* and compatibility.ini in the profile folder of Firefox to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created if necessary.

See "extension corrupted files:

If you see disabled extensions, is not compatible, in "tools > Modules > Extensions ' and then click the Tools button, on the left side of the search bar (or click on the"Find updates"button in older versions of Firefox) to do a check of compatibility or to see if there is an available update compatibility.

A number of my modules was not suitable for Firefox 6.0 and were disabled during the production of process that the Manager screen does not load then I don't see a checklist of these installed or disabled. They appear in the troubleshooting information.

  • The Add-ons Manager does not load

I want to install McAfee siteadvisor, but I can not load the add-on Manager. I have win7 firefox6. I have the program on my computer and it works fine in Explorer.

The add-on Manager is responsible, only that you probably have the "Get Add-ons" Panel selected and ging the loading icon. Just look to the left and click on the Extensions and if return you to the "Get Add-ons" Panel later that it should load.

The Panel "Get Add-ons" can sometimes load slowly in the view of things addons.mozilla.org, especially on the first start, probably because of two people looking for extension. / theme updated with recent versions of Firefox 6.0/3.6.20, 2.3.0/2.3.1 6.0 Thunderbird and SeaMonkey and recent change on addons.mozilla.org

  • Ad - opening Manager does not show my modules

I go to tools > Add-ons to turn on, turn off or manage add-ons. This will on the Firefox Add-ons site and not a screen that shows the modules the having installed, enabled, or disabled. • Add-ons Manager does not since I updated Firefox yesterday, no?

I've updated Firefox yesterday when the update has been proposed. Now the Add-ons Manager (accessed through the Tools menu) crashes. It says loading and icon spins, but it's never full load. I'm running on a Mac. Thank you.

I fixed that by clicking on the "Extensions" tab in the Add-ons Manager, then again to get the modules.
It seams that get the modules need time to load all the necessary data.

  • Add bookmarks here does not show in the folder

I have 'old add bookmark behavior. " «I can't find the original add on ' Add bookmark here» Is it still available?

There is a version on the page Add Bookmark Here 2 version which is compatible with Firefox 3.6. * If that's what you're looking for.

You must upgrade to the latest Firefox 3.6.x (3.6.28) version to get the latest security patches.

This will probably be the last Firefox 3.6.x as version supports ends in April, then you will need to upgrade to the current version of Firefox 11 to get the security updates in the future.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Media Manager does not recognize the Media card

Installed the media 2G card.  Card is able to format and presents itself as 1.8 GB.  With mass storage, office software (Roxio media manager) does not show - memory card from the device.  In mass storage mode (which, according to the manual means the acts of the device as a USB storage device), PC sees the device, but does not not the files copied to it.  Has spent about 2 hours with the technical support of Verizon... they are puzzled.

I found a workaround for the music files on the card.  I removed from the Blackberry and installed in an SD adapter full-size and there in a USB key with a SD slot.  My computer has seen the media card (embedded in the USB device) and I flew over songs in the repertoire of music on the media card, put it back into my phone and viola... the music file was there!

What exactly happens when you try to start the Task Manager? It appears an error message? Or it start & disappear immediately? You are able to open in safe mode Task Manager?
