JDeveloper 11.1.2.4.0, applied patch 18277436 for IE 11, when trying to export to pdf or export to excel, the file dialog box like"save you = _UTF_8_Q_HISTORIC = 5F. I can't save the file and open the file.
His work in the browser Chrome without any problem.
Any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

Best way to apply the Format mask for the fields in a Table of the ADF

I would like to introduce the price data, quantity etc. fields of the ADF Table of the user interface in a specific format.
These formats need to be dynamic, because they change according to the locale selected and sometimes they differ in the same locale.
I tried approach converter custom but not satisfied because it is called several times when it is used in a table of the ADF and when asked that told me that this is the behavior.
So, please suggest a better way to apply the format mask (which has min & max fractions, grouping, rounding) to the fields in the Table of the ADF.

new to InDesign 6 months I do a newspaper page layout every two weeks. This time, when I opened my model, set up for the next issue, when I typed "W" to display the grid, I have something I never saw elsewhere. ". The background was filled with a new grid of tiles rather than the void behind the newspaper that I'm used to seeing. I don't know what happened, but it seems that Adobe has tinkered once more with the program. As you even tried a factory restore, it may be clear that the problem occurs because of a case that is pressing the button somehow or the switch has gone bad.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It is unlikely to solve your problem. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.
Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.
The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.
Test in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of the test.

Ink advantage 3515: printing issues from ink advantage 3515 after a month of no use

I have problems with the print quality. In the summer, I installed the new HP original cartridges (black and color), a few printed pages and soon, I went to holiday - my printer has not been used or even turned on for about 5 weeks. A few days after my return, I tried to print text. Horizontal stripes appeared. I tried cleaning software (a natural and deep) and the deep one always helped. However, when I tried to print something the next day the problem was back. I tried the update of drivers and clean the print heads and also I cleaned the cartridges with alcohol and a q-tip. Nothing seems to solve the problem completely. While this could be due to a faulty cartridge, I don't think it's possible for the two new cartridges, I bought to be somewhat damaged. I have attached a scan of the printed text - it has been printed in the landscape, vertical blank lines, you see are indeed horizontal.
