ADF mobile list view

Hello

How do I move an item in the list view, I was reading a doc, based that I need to move an item in the list view.

REF this link: https://wikis.oracle.com/display/ADFMobileDesign/Component+-+List+View

help out me.

Sainaba

Hi, Sainaba, you will need to define the true EditMode property to allow to drag you and drop and reorganize for item listView controls.  Try the sample application component Gallery - data - display list views.  Change the Mode change the property to True, and then you'll see how it works.

Thank you

  • ADF Mobile | to view the results in a table

    Hi all

    I use Jdeveloper with ADF Mobile 11.1.2.4.39.64.62 extensions 11.1.2.4

    I must displya quesry results in the form of a table (I'm developing of application for tablets and iPads).

    I don't see any compont to Datacontrols table to remove it as a table on page amx.

    Is it possible that I can display the data in a table in ADF Mobile?

    Help, please.

    Thank you

    Vieira

    Hi Vinay,

    Yes, I understand that the table showing in the window is not the best, but we develop this for the cushions and with highest 7-inch screen tablets.

    I am able to achieve by droping inside the Table list item > row > component cell Format.

    Don't you see the disadvantages of this approach?

  • ADF Mobile 11.1.2.4.1 Patch?

    Hello

    The page of "Oracle JDeveloper and application development " framework (ADF) 11 g Release 2 (11.1.2.4.0)OTN (JDeveloper 11 g Release 2 (11.1.2.4.0) Known Issues & lt; / title & gt; & lt; meta name = & quot;) Title & quot; content = & quot; JDeveloper...)

    .. .talks on a Mobile ADF 11.1.2.4.1patch. Is this available for download? I can't find it anywhere.

    Thanks, Rich.

    Hi, the "patch" is probably confusing because you would actually replace the whole extension of ADF Mobile with a new version in the center of update of JDeveloper.  You should see a notification in JDeveloper updates are available, and the new ADF Mobile extension would be downloaded as part of this update.  If you are not sure, you can also manually select Help - updates - official Oracle updates and Extensions and you should see what ADF Mobile listed as an available update.  If you do not see the extension listed, it means in fact that the extension has been already updated.

    After updating, you can go to the Help menu - about - "Extensions" tab and scroll down to the entry of the ADF Mobile Framework extension. If you scroll to the right, you should see a list column 'Version '.  For the latest patch ADF Mobile version should be 11.1.2.4.39.64.44.

    In fact, you won't explicitly see 11.1.2.4.1 in JDeveloper - it is a version number used internally to track updates.

    Thank you

  • ADF Mobile - Table attached views

    How to pass the new AMX view table as FK PK.

    Don't know how to do in this regard.

    Should we indicate a child view display criteria with Bind Variable from parent PK Table. If so, how.    (e.g. WHERE parent.pk = child.fk)

    Don't want to have a form of parameter, just taking the PK of the parent used as FK to child, like a Mobile view.

    User,

    Always mention your JDev version. Check out this blog: Andrejus Baranovskis Blog: Service Web master / detail ADF BC for ADF Mobile

    Hi, I'm developing a simple mobile app in DW CC 2015 using JQuery Mobile. In the future I would also be able to add, to remove the DB records. Any help, tutorial... Thanks TG

    I would like to connect with the database instead of "writing" all the tables in the bearings inside the Jquery page

    This is usually done with a CMS (content management system). There are commercial products CMS like WordPress, Joomla and perch. You create one or several layouts and then create pages of these page layouts using the CMS. In this way, it is possible to have hundreds of pages, each with unique content, but a page layout that can be managed in a place of sharing.

    CMSs on shelf don't require programming skills. Otherwise, some of us write our own CMS with custom functions, but this requires back-end, as with PHP programming.

  • ADF MOBILE: how to add an item in the list without refresh the entire list

    Hello

    I am using this method to add an item to a list (I've already added the item to the data model):

    providerChangeSupport.fireProviderCreate (String providerKey, int newRowKey, object newValue);

    I don't want refresh the entire list, rather, I want to just add a new item to the list, that's why I want to use this method.

    I want to know, what value should I use for the second argument? i.e. 'int newRowKey '.

    Thank you

    Hello

    the event of change of provider in your case seems to actually create a new line. So the int is the rowKey (index PK or line) of the new line. There is no other choice to simply add an element to a list (ADF Mobile provides no component handles)

  • The maximum size of the text entered in the field "Search" the list view

    I created an APEX 5.0 application using theme 51. I have a simple list view for which the function 'Enable search' is checked.

    I want to limit the length of the "search string" in the field "search". How can I do this?

    There seems to be no limit on the size of the string in the search field. Enter a very large string in this field and submitting research causes APEX return an "Internal Server" error

    CITY

    Hi Michael,

    the amount of data entering your users? Because the limit should be 32 KB.

    Unfortunately, the search field is generated by the jQuery Mobile framework so we do not really have control of a limit, but you can specify the static 'ID' attribute in your area in order to "myListView" and then add the following code to your page "Run when the page loads" level attribute

    $( "#myListView input[data-type=search]" ).attr( "maxlength", 255 );

    But I doubt that this is necessary. Can you please post a screenshot of your error message "internal server".

  • display list view

    Hi all

    I use apex 4.2 on oracle 10g on windows using internet explore.

    I have a vision on 3 tables.

    I want to create a page with the list only, I mean without form.

    now, I have two problems.

    1. the list view cannot be created without form.

    2. when I create list with the form view, he asks to provide either the row id to use as the primary key, or a primary key column. I select the rowid. When I run the form, it generates the following error message

    so I want to know if there is anyway I could create the formless list view and on the other, how to fix the above error?

    Thank you.

    Do you mean a jQuery Mobile Listview or use non-standard terminology to refer to another component?

    If it is a list view for a mobile application, it looks like you create it using the Page create [jQuery Mobile Smartphone] > form > form on a Table with the list view option in the wizard, which, unsurprisingly, will result in the creation of a form. Use the to create a Page [jQuery Mobile Smartphone] > report > List View Wizard option instead.

    If you don't want a jQuery Mobile Listview, then clearly explain what components you are actually referring to, the exact steps that you use to create and refrain from using this confusing terminology in the future.

  • ADF Mobile: Want to reuse the moving components of the adf.

    Hi all

    I need to use an application mobile adf newly created in an existing App. I want to use data controls to the new application in my consuming application to create some pages that I tried to do by FAR of the draft view controller of the new application, adding the FAR to my former PPP as a library... I am referring to 4 definition of a Mobile Application (version 2.0.0.0.0).

    Ideally, I should get two options when adding library (FAR)-

    1 application library

    2 ViewController project.

    But I'm only option 1.

    Jdev version: 11.1.2.4

    ADF Mobile version: 11.1.2.4.39.64.71

    Is the problem with the jdev m using an older version of the MAF.

    You are looking at documentation, Oracle MAF but working with ADF Mobile.

    You must migrate ADF mobile at the CRG as soon as POSSIBLE, and then you will get the functionality you need.

    No reason to stay with the old Mobile ADF which is not supported any longer, migration to the MAF should be smooth.

  • ADF Mobile: Error when accessing the app from the Android emulator

    I am trying to build a mobile app ADF with JDeveloper (11.1.2.4.0) and its extension ADF Mobile Framework (11.1.2.4.39.64.69). The version of the Android API is 23 and the SDK build tools and platform version 20.

    Hi SayantanSinha,

    If you look under API supported levels, the maximum is 19 API.  I can't speak for the ADF 11.1.2 but the lines of code in the (more recent) MAF, who have a similar support matrix, we have noted problems with the API 20.

    You can download older versions of the API of the Manager of Android SDK tool.  Remember to update your EPCO or JDev SDK configuration with the version that you want to use once it is installed.

  • ADF Mobile: Can I add Badging to the features of Mobile?

    Nice day:

    I'll put up the Push Notifications.  Is this possible in ADF Mobile badge function icons?  Here is my goal.  When a Push Notification comes in the badge number is displayed on the icon of the application.  After that the user launches the app I want to display badges for each feature that requires attention.

    Use case: A Manager has the badge number 40 on the application icon.  When the application is launched, I want this number be broken down into service level badging.  For example: the Manager must answer the following questions: 15 claims, 5 applications for leave, 2 requests for home work, etc...

    I looked and didn't see any documentation.  I'm under JDK 7_55, JDev 11.1.2.4, XCode 5.0

    Thank you for your expert opinion on how to proceed,

    Tree Strepek

    Function icon badges is not supported, otherwise get listed in the documentation.

  • ADF Mobile: Can't update thread timer outputText...

    Hello

    I'm rather new on ADF Mobile and I write an application where I need a timer to update the screen at different intervals. But for some reason any the outputText is not being updated on the wire from the timer. The following code reflects the code in my application that does not work:

    <? XML version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF-8"? >

    " < amx:view xmlns: xsi =" http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance "xmlns:amx =" " http://xmlns.Oracle.com/ADF/MF/AMX "" "

    ' xmlns:dvtm = ' http://xmlns.Oracle.com/ADF/MF/AMX/DVT "> "

    < amx:panelPage id = "pp1" >

    < amx:facet name = "header" >

    < amx:outputText value = "Header" id = "ot1" / >

    < / amx:facet >

    < amx:facet = "primary" name >

    < amx:commandButton id = "cb1" / >

    < / amx:facet >

    < amx:facet = "secondary" name >

    < amx:commandButton id = "cb2" / >

    < / amx:facet >

    < amx:outputText value = "#{bindings.name.inputValue}" id = "ot3" / > "

    < amx:commandButton text = "commandButton1" id = "cb3" actionListener = "#{MrBean.buttonPushed}" / >

    < / amx:panelPage >

    < / amx:view >

    mobile plan;

    import java.util.Timer.

    java.util.TimerTask to import;

    Import javax.el.ValueExpression;

    Import oracle.adfmf.amx.event.ActionEvent;

    Import oracle.adfmf.framework.api.AdfmfJavaUtilities;

    public class {Antoine

    Timer;

    public MrBean() {}

    {} public void buttonPushed (ActionEvent actionEvent)

    ValueExpression svarErRigtigt = AdfmfJavaUtilities.getValueExpression ("#{bindings.name.inputValue}", String.class);

    svarErRigtigt.setValue (AdfmfJavaUtilities.getAdfELContext (), "push button");

    Timer = new Timer();

    Timer.Schedule (new RemindTask(), 3 * 1000);

    }

    class RemindTask extends TimerTask {}

    public void run() {}

    ValueExpression svarErRigtigt = AdfmfJavaUtilities.getValueExpression ("#{bindings.name.inputValue}", String.class);

    svarErRigtigt.setValue (AdfmfJavaUtilities.getAdfELContext (), "New thing happening");

    Timer.Cancel ();

    }

    }

    }

    So when I push the button and then "pushed" shows on the screen, but the "new thing happening" message does not display after 3 seconds as expected. Can someone explain why this is and how to fix the code so that it works (I tested the run method is called after 3 seconds when trying to include a statement System.exit (0)). Thank you

    AdfmfJavaUtilities.flushDataChangeEvent () is mentioned here:

    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E37975_01/doc.111240/e24475/amxbinding.htm#ADFMF1615

    Provider and property change listeners are discussed in Chapter 8 of the guide:

    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E37975_01/doc.111240/e24475/amxbinding.htm#CHDHFGAF

    He thinks the reason why overview AMX works currently in Linux is that it uses JavaFX under the hood and there are problems with the implementation on this platform. I checked an internal construction of the next version of the extension, which runs on top of JDeveloper 12 c. The AMX preview worked properly on my Oracle Linux 6.4 VM. Of course, it is not an official statement by Oracle and our plans can change at any time.

    Best regards

    Frédéric.

  • ADF Mobile (jdev 11.1.2.4.0) amx:inputNumberSlider

    Hello!

    As shown here hosted demo components ADF Mobile component Gallery

    He values possible for this components do not appear and the selected value. (unlike the adf)

    I was searching through its properties, but I could find anything, any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    Thank you

    Can clarify you your question?

    You want to see the number of the slide currently has?

    I guess that this component does not appear this info on a phone. It my show this if you use a tablet.

    To view the selected value, you can put an outputText somewhere and display the value property of the slider there.

  • ADF Mobile EL substring

    Hello!

    I shows this method (https://blogs.oracle.com/adf/entry/string_manipulation_functions_inside_el) that you import jstl functions and use the fn:substring, fn:length, etc.

    but I am applying it in an AMX:PAGE, but it does not work there at - it a way to apply the substring, indexOf to EL in adf mobile?

    line 48 shows: I tried #{fn:substring(row.url,0,5)} I need and I get 'number invalid EL incorrect Expression of the operands'}

    AMX pages aren't JSF you cannot use just other JSF/JSP features in them.

    A better approach would probably be to manipulating strings in a bean of support and have card field to this value of bean.
