• Adjustment of the columns in table for Dreamweaver CS4

  Hi - I'm trying to get rid of the thumbnail of the top of the page in DW CS4 if I put video YTV in its place.  Currently with the YTV video here, you see the thumbnail on the left, then the video next to him.  See below:

  

  I can't do it just delete the thumbnail column since the table main on this page all the thumbnails created in a column:

  

  If I delete the column, then all the thumbnails disappear, which of course, I can't do.

  Currently I have this code (below) for the first story that has the YTV video and the thumbnail, so I wonder if anyone has an idea to get rid somehow just that a thumbnail for the video is over to the left, then on the text next to it.  I tried to put the video code of YTV in place of the decal and it was a mess, what does not work.

• Adjust the column widths in the pages by using the 3 column template

  In CS4, I load the value default 3-column HTML Template (3 liquid column, header and footer). I make a few changes to the size of the container, some background colors in the sidebars, each of the three columns make editable (I put in each column value, then use Insert, model of combo box object).  I have to save it as a TPL file.

  I then create a new HTML page using this template.

  I want three columns - but I want to vary the width of them.  I try to edit the css for .thrColLiqHdr #mainContent for example, but get the message "this change should change the code which is locked by a model or a translator. The changes will be rejected. "I have quite a few pages that need three variable columns.  How can I make this work?

  And a second question... when I open 3-column model mentioned above, the central section 'main content' starts lower down that two sidebars - how do I "pull" it upward with the other two and to avoid the two supervised a fall?

  You want each individual page to have editable column widths?  You would have to do that in this way-

  1. move the editable region in the head of the template UNDER the embedded CSS

  2. record the model and this change to propagate to your pages

  3. on each page of each child, incorporate a new stylesheet in the editable area in the head to set the column to the desired width

• That the height of a container of content panel tabs is adjusted to the content of the individual tab.

  I am designing a site and on a single page, I use two tabs to separate the two different types of content.  A tab has more content and is therefore more time on the page. But I noticed that MUSE using whatever tab is the longest as a basis for how long is the page. That's fine then on this tab, but on the other tab, it makes the page much longer (piles of dead space) then it must be.  Is there a way to get around this, or is this a limitation of muse?

  This has developed in the forum Archives. It is currently not a way to create a control panel tabs with height adjustable/variable content containers. This isn't really a bug in Muse, but it's a feature request. • Why only a Yahoo Group displays the column group name?

  I belong to several Yahoo groups and get individual emails from 3 of them. They all worked well until May 8, 2014, when the Freex news group began to display only "[email protected]" in the column. It's always like that. I can't be sure it's a Yahoo problem, like the other groups I am a member of display the senders display name and e-mail address.

• View of the column in the Finder

  OK, so I've had this problem before, but it sets out of himself, do not know how, but it just resurfaced again.  Normally, for the column, you can drag the width of the columns and make as wide or narrow as you want.  However, the mine at that time the bar doubled with the cursor instead of simple lines... and I can't adjust the columns...  Don't know what it is or how it goes.  Not sure if I am fairly clear in my description, but I add a page to help.

  Does anyone else have this and no idea how to change this?  I can't find anything in the Prefs or display Options or anywhere else.  I had to restart Finder in the Force Quit Applications window, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.  Have also restarted my MBP as well.  I had posted a discussion about this before and can't remember if someone did or not, but I'm not.

  Manfred Hi, I saw this behaviour a couple of times.

  Go to your 'Go' menu Finder, hold the option key and choose the library. Then go to the preferences and trash folder these files:

  com Apple.Finder.plist

  com Apple.sidebarlists.plist

  Then, restart or log in and again.

  (You will have to reset some finder prefs the way you like them).

  I use an older iTunes. You cannot create a column for playlists, but you can right click on individual tracks and is one of the elements to display the items in the lists of reading in which it is contained.

• Can someone tell me how to expand the columns of names of files in file Explorer?

  In each program, I've never used, all the user has to do to make a column more wide is to click on the divider bar at the top (or the side of the column) and drag the wider column. Instantly. Easily. Nearly second nature without looking.

  Now, clunky Windows 8 coming, and it's so frustrating!  I went on line and saw hundreds of people griping about the same and some of the answers are right-click on the column heading and click on the size, or to choose the longest title in your file and right click and choose the size of the car, but I don't have any of these options.  I right click on the longer title and don't get choices such as car size or size.  There is not a definable column header.  Above the list of files is a bunch of stuff in the Ribbon, none of this centered above the list of files.  Above, there are a few possibilities for right click produce the word "size" in the box that opens, but is not an active link, and I can't click on it.

  I'm amazed that I bought this "top of the new version of line everyone will go to" and it does not with ease.  It is not calculate how wide to make the column... computers are great to calculate.  Why not Windows 8?   When a program allows you to work harder, take four or five steps to do one thing, that is not good design. He should do it for us, we should not be on the right side of the mouse, click on the left side, etc.

  My main question is how to do widen the column, and my secondary question is how can we get Microsoft to listen to us?  I read the comment after comment on dozens of complaints, which is one of the most common.  Thus, besides wishing they would listen to us... I'll call their hotline tomorrow and complain... what someone knows in the meantime what can I do to see all the title of my files?  Right now they are all cut in half way through.  I want to enter this bar on the right and drag it to the right to reveal the name of file in the way of how work most computer programs.

  It almost seems as if Microsoft tried to make it more difficult for their base of users and new users.   It boggles the mind.

  Of course, I'd appreciate it if someone can tell me if it is still possible to make the column wider, and I would love it if there was a response that is easy without going through a lot of steps.  Thanks in advance to anyone out there who has thought about it!

  There is no difference in the way you make the columns wider if I understand the question.
   
  I guess you see something like this (without the arrows highlighting red and pointing to the column headings and separators that you hover over, click on + hold and drag to make greater/smaller in the method you describe):

  

  Or are you speaking of something else than the "File Explorer" you mentioned in your question?
   
  Also - if you get the "double-arrow" cursor hover at the same place as you would drag to the size of column wider or narrower and rather - double-click on - it (as it always has) calculates the necessary width to see everything in the column to the left of the separator you are clicking on and re - size accordingly.
   
  I think that the right click of the column header (see section highlighted above) and change the size to fit refers to this menu, you would get when right-clicking on the column headers highlighted in the picture above...

  

  Now there's something for everyone - you have to be in DETAILS view (as always) in order to get these beautiful columns.  "Very large icons', 'Large icons', 'medium-sized icons", "Small icons", "List", "Tiles" or "Content" views will not have columns to sort by...

  

  In addition, if you notice in the last frame, in the "Détails" view, you must, depending on the size of your window, see "All columns to fit the size" as an option in the view menu.
   
  And the "size of all columns to fit" as shown in the two methods I could think casual to show calculations for all columns and adjusts large/more details for all visible columns in the display of the Explorer of files in all areas.
   
  Oh - and in case you want to "Détails" view to be the default view from this moment for your windows 'Windows Explorer '... Change to it (as shown above) and find the 'Options' button in the top Ribbon (usually the one furthest to the right) and click on it (not the arrows on the side of it - click it to select it) and should open a new window called "Folder Options."  Select the 'view' tab and click on "apply to folders" and all other folders that you open from the moment which will 'View' by default (unless you change it.)  * Special note * here - you can be originally 'Computer' or 'My PC' Windows Explorer - display you must have at least one folder of the selected (such as "drive Local (c)") drive and active in order to see the button 'Apply to records' assets to click.
   
  New - this is essentially the same since Windows XP.  Some of the options have changed names (heck, even Windows Explorer is referred to as 'This PC' now instead of 'Computer' and 'My Computer') and there were a few additional views added and deleted - but even advanced stuff are quite similar to the latest methods to infer.

  Relatively new to the APEX.  Using the version 4.2.4.  I copied the CSS bar graph plugin which is used in the Bug Tracker demo app in my application and who uses it.  I'm very happy with the results except for one thing - the column label.  The label is truncated.  Is there a way to adjust the width of the column label in the table so that truncation does not or dressing it?  Please see screenshot.  Thank you in advance.

• Transform the data in the column marked in lines

  I've already implemented Tom Kytes solution for dynamic / variant in the list that is found here and on his own works very well when passing a variable.  I'm trying to use it to decode several rows in a table.  Each row has a column of delimited data and I want to turn these data delimited by lines.

  Here is the configuration.

  My goal is to update the table data_source for lines where there is an invalid data source, in the example above that would be 2 and 5 lines.  I can do this individually using the in_list solution:

  What I am struggling with is a method to make it through all the lines for a given loading ID:

  For someone else it may call a function table in several lines, here's what I came with.  First of all, I changed my data to test a bit to add some very incorrect values.

• How can I keep the width of the columns (1) and (2) a header when you replace a table?

  I am trying to format a series of paintings using simple Excel files and two columns that look like this:

  

  I have already created a table style, but I find myself relating to two additional steps each time I replace the existing data with a new Excel file:

  Challenge #1: Manually set the width of each column to 3 inches.

  Challenge #2: Manually convert the top row a header.

  Each of these tasks only takes a few seconds to set up, but I'll have to make hundreds of them and the time adds up. Here's my existing workflow:

  1. Select the existing table, properly formatted.

  

  2 file > Place... (Replace the item selected and The show Import Options checked)

  

  3. import in an unformatted Table using the custom Table Style 1 created for this document.

  

  Note: Once fell, the width of the previous columns is lost and there is no identified header:

  

  4. I manually adjust the width of the columns to 3 inches.

  

  5. Finally, I converted the top row a header.

  

  Result is a perfectly formatted table, exactly 6 inches wide, each column taking up half the width.

  

  Ideas to keep the width of column after replacing the Excel file and/or fit automatically in the top row, as a header would be greatly appreciated!

  Something like this should do the trick. Copy the script in a text editor, save with the extension .jsx and put in your folder of InDesign scripting. If you do this a lot, it would be useful to assign a shortcut to the script key.

  To use, place your cursor in a table cell, or select a cell or a line and run the script.

  This suggests that your class model Code is wrong: it should be built according to the model of properties JavaFX (see tutorial):

  The problem is that when you change the selected property, the individual check boxes in the column of the table are respecting the old instances of BooleanProperty changes, not the new instance you just created.

  Is that possible I put somewhere in the APEX so that the user can download only the columns that I choose instead of all the columns in the report, that this user can see, like some columns of links that directs the detailed individual pages? It makes no sense for the user to see these columns in a CSV file.

  For standard reports, use the property to include export in the column definition.

  To view interactive reports + {message identifier: = 10556630} +.

  * When it comes to 'reports' always make it clear if you use a standard or interactive report.

  I am updating a series of workbooks based on the API VBA Essbase v9 on SmartView 11.1.2.1 and touched a problem - I am new to VBA SV commands, and I hope that it is something obvious that I'm missing.
  
  One of the functions which is essential to ensure recovery of data does not affect the layout of spreadsheets is the parameter 'Adjust the column widths', which, in the VBA Essbase API, could be managed by using the EssVSetSheetOption function, but neither HypSetGlobalOption nor HypSetSheetOption appear to have such a capability. The only option I have is to run get followed by some reformatting of the column widths, which seems rather ineligant for me.

  research in the .bas file (and what needs to be included in your project that I find HSV_ADJUSTCOLUMNWIDTH in the definitions of the index count options to use for HypGetOption/HypSetOption

  Note, I'm looking at the 11.1.2.2 version, your mileage may vary depending on your version
